Special shout out to #152 Yaly Silk & Cotton. The lady boss knew we came because of the other Google reviews. She gave us discount without further bargain. Love her! Good quality scarf and beach wear. We only spent at this store at Han market. We will come again!

I agree with reviews stating that this is a touristy place, but ironically I preferred Han Market compared to Con Market for this very reason. Yes, although the vendors are extremely aggressive and pushy (some even pulled my arms and sleeves to make me stop and browse!), I bought quite a lot of cute and inexpensive clothing here. Whilst not all the vendors speak fluent English, they do know enough to move your bargaining along, find other designs/sizes and complete the sale. Overall, Han Market is a fun place to explore and buy decent clothing, snacks and souvenirs. In contrast, I felt rather intimidated at Con Market for some reason!

If you are tourist should go.. for buy gifts and so lots of sweets.. when i done my trip.. i regret of buying as much i can’t… If even though you didn’t survey price i bet here is cheaper than duty free!!! Check!! Duty free is almost twice price than here just buy here!!! *******Tip! 1. highly recommendation before should check make “buying list” and check around price.. as you know that sellers are usually calling higher price but if you dont know any information you cant know how much negotiation and proper price also… ***even though not exact your price…5-20K just be generous.. cus if you go to check price at the duty free you will be happy*** 2. And buy one place.. As you know that is much easier to make good price in the end 3. Check well expiration date! They just put displayed item, sometime that is passed expiration date so check again! 4. Make the bill! Receipt! In the end you also can check your bought list and piece also i highly recommendation I bought grocery things not kind booth but i knew most of price so i just bought it there cus i found cinnamon stick and there are not many place to have.. And if you are want buy small gift!!! I found really nice woman( i think she is… angel.. i wrote down really hope she gonna be earning money alot!! - and actually i saw some sigh of Korean community recommendation also!) 2F 293!!!! - her start price is not a extra just origin price so please please dont do tough negotiation!! Just believe her!!!!! I visited here for third place every other sellers said higher price but her just said proper price at the from first time TT anyways i really want help her so share these thing please dont make her tired!!!!!! I bough here two big bags and small item 12ea hahahaha and!!! Hats for kids!!!

The Han market has been described by others as a local market with tourists in mind, well that's true. We venture there this morning and found lots of hustle and bustle, exactly what you would expect at a market. It has the same things that many tourist markets have, souvenirs, tshirts, hats and knockoff bags. The local wet market was interesting, to see how they processed their food was an eye opener. The stall holders (100's) we respectful and never pushy. Didn't buy anything but it was worth the experience.

Impressive locally market! Traditional dresses are so beautiful they can do tailor made for you within 1 hour!!! Prices are about 400K-500K Vietnam Dong. Fresh market is not really good hygienic but some warm foods can be eaten.

Fun local market to visit, touristy souvenir shops to bring home Vietnam handy crafts, farm products like nuts, dried fruits, coffee and tea. Upstairs are shoes, clothing and bags shops - plus fabric and onsite tailoring - beautiful fabrics. Downstairs has the meat and vegetable markets as well as the local eatery stalls. It's a buzzling market and has to bargain as the vendors are going after your business.

Good place to buy souvenirs, clothes, chocolates, coffee and fruits. Go for atleast 50% of the price they quote and you will get it. Rest depends on your bargain skills. It is fully loaded with the stuff. If the required size is not available at one shop you will get it on another. Keep an eye on the time as it flies when you shop in a closed market.

I love Han market. Upstairs, turn to the right and head for the back left corner for awesome deals on knock off sneakers. 350k ($15) 👍👍

Han market is a typical tourist market place to buy Vietnamese stuff and souvenirs. Bargain is your key to be in a good position. From spices to handicrafts to clothes to shoes , toys and chocolate you get it all.

A place to buy souvenirs and eat breakfast / meals! You can bargain with the prices too. I loved the foods! Eating noodles for breakfast, fresh coconut and coffee 🇻🇳 because we stayed in a hostel near the market, this is our place to be 😍😍

Fun place to experience local market. Though all the thing are cheap enough, you still need to bargain.

Much cheaper than Hanoi. Easy to bargain with the locals. There are some nice local cuisines you can try as well. Pretty clean but during rush hour it will be pack with locals and tourist.

Han’s market is the best place to get local souvenirs, foods and gifts (bags, etc) with competitive price, we can bargain try to offer half price or reasonable price (*not all sellers just some naughty one), they tend to give us high price. Happy shopping. There is Pink Catholic Church nearby this place just pay a visit if you have time.

The Han market is widely recognized for catering to tourists, and our visit this morning confirmed this reputation. The market was bustling with activity, showcasing the energetic atmosphere one would expect at a local market. Like most tourist markets, it offered a variety of souvenirs, t-shirts, hats, and counterfeit bags. Although we didn't make any purchases, the experience itself was worthwhile. One important tip to bear in mind is to negotiate prices before making any payments, as the items sold here are typically cheaper than elsewhere.

We booked a local food tour, and our guide brought us here. Since the price of the tour included the food, we let the guide recommend, buy, and pay for the food. We sat at some random stalls counter and ordered food and drinks from other stalls to eat was an experience. The food was mostly good, and we closed one eye on the hygiene. Overall, we recommend a food tour here and eat like a local.

They have a great assortment of simple yet satisfying items good for personal consumption or gift-giving. We managed to meet a few friendly vendors and they let us taste some candies and other local treats, the most notable being the chewy mango candies. One unpleasant experience was one vendor gave our family free tastes and tried to guilt-trip us for buying nothing from her. She needs to up her game and learn from the kind vendors that have a better agenda with their customers. A needy vendor makes you buy even though you aren't interested. A great vendor sells a memorable experience (the products being the bonus).

It is popular for tourist. There are so many things in this market.Fresh and dried (sea)foods, coffee, clothes, shoes etc. Also there are local vietnamese foods and fruit juices. But i want to suggest is the vendors should not use barehanded, should wear gloves or using ice scoop when putting the ice into the glass.

Han Market in Da Nang, Vietnam, exceeded my expectations with its vibrant atmosphere and diverse offerings. From fresh produce to local handicrafts, the market is a sensory delight. The friendly vendors added a personal touch to my shopping experience, providing insights into the rich Vietnamese culture. I highly recommend exploring Han Market for an authentic taste of Da Nang's local life and a chance to pick up unique souvenirs.

One of the last few markets left in Asia with really crazily low prices. You can get anything here. Souvenirs, clothes, food. I wished I brought extra luggage!

  • 4/5 Bern P. 1 year ago on Google
The shops sell similar stuff so better to weave into the shops which are more embedded inside rather than the perimeter. Very narrow aisles so be prepared to squeeze. And definitely bargain. There is even a custom made to measure section. For snacks and Viet coffee, we went to #25 on the ground floor. See photo for reference.

Like a big grocery store. There are dozens of shops here, but all of which sell the same things. Here you can find souvenirs, drinks, clothings, etc. A place tour groups must come.

Just like any other market in Vietnam and SE Asia. Lots of shops selling fresh and dry good. Second floor has clothing and shoes. Also cheap tailors there if you want to alter your clothes. Bought cashew nuts and coffee. Must bargain. Start with half the price. Not as big as market in HCM but suffice.

Although the place is very messy, They do sell very cheap items. Be prepared to bargain your way through. Some can go as low as half the initial quoted price. There's a corner stall at level 1 that sells cheap food products. The aunty is very friendly.

Too crowded at second floor 😅 can get the mixed fruit chips. Everything they recommended, they will say number one 😂 Purchase cashews nuts, some sell China cashews, some sell Vietnam cashews. Vietnam one 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻looks big and fresh

The sweetest lady owner! Prices are very reasonable, the owner is very polite and plenty of selection from swimsuits to undergarments for both male and female. Would definitely recommend her shop! Lô 204 Bích huống (Mỹ)

Very cramped market with lots of pushy stall owners. You will see the same stalls selling the same items, don’t overcommit to one stall too quickly no matter how much you like the item as you will see it again. Bargain to your hearts content and be prepared to walk away if you are not happy with the price.

  • 4/5 Vicky K. 1 year ago on Google
A Where is the local market where you can buy a lot of food, dry food with the local price. There will be the clothes and shoes on the second floor. But Might not be an authentic. Price here are reasonable. Some of the seller can speak English.

I was here few weeks ago. My wife said this market sells good slippers with a steal price. Just bargain as much as you can :P However, the sellers often insist tourists when they pass by. If you don't buy anything, they change their attitude negatively (just in the first floor).

  • 4/5 Michelle C. 1 year ago on Google
Just be aware that everyone will approach you and even try to grab your arm to convince you to take a look at their booth area. Vietnamese sales tactics are very pushy. Great local items can be bought there. Make sure you have cash. Most places do not accept credit cards. ATM is across the street from the main entrance.

  • 5/5 Shailesh P. 1 year ago on Google
Very good market with good merchants. Always smile and try to find good products and design. They try level best to sell products even do bargaining. So bargain here as many as you can. People are very polite never angry ilevwn you bid small amount.

Wandered around the market. Lots of stalls. Many tourists and bargain hunters for souvenirs. Definitely cheaper than elsewhere, but for sure one has to bargain for it. I had a bowl of beef rice noodles there too.

Only 2 levels. Super bz n crowded. Can be stuffy/hot/sweaty too. Organized chaos, areas devided into food stuffs, textiles, clothes, shoes etc. Very very good prices, never buy elsewhere but here. Most traders are able to converse very basic English. Bargaining is a must, recommend to buy a few items and ask for a better price, with a smile. Good shopping experience with locals n tourists alike. Good security, as there are police monitoring activities via CCTV, right in the center staircase.

Much better than the market in Saigon. Hoa Hoi on the second level is definitely your best bet for clothes. Very good people.

This is one of the best places to buy souvenir, hats, shoes and bags. Comparatively cheap but you need to bargain. The place is crowded and hot and it is advisable to go early morning. The first floor had food items and souvenirs and the second floor has clothes and shoes.

  • 4/5 An Yi M. 4 years ago on Google
Busy location full of tourist. You can buy lots of souvenirs here including snacks, fresh fruit, coffee (appears to be popular because it was the first thing most vendors offered to sell us), snake wine etc. Clothing, shoes and bags are all on second floor. We were ready to bargain down on prices but many vendors were not interested in haggling down. Prices are definitely more expensive here.
