Cash only, they don't take card payments. The cashier was nice enough to exchange our dollars so we can enter. Museum is definitely worth it. Take it easy, not rush, there are so many things to see.

Far exceeded my expectations. For $60k it's a bargain and well worth taking the time to reflect on the history of war in Vietnam. The staff were friendly. It is far less graphic than the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City. Never ceases to amaze me how people leave a 1 star review like 'Lloyd B' when they don't even pay and go in!! Ridiculous to say the least.

Museum with nice collection of vehicles, aircraft and weapons from the Vietnam war. They have a building devoted to the life of Ho Chi Minh. I thought it was fantastically interesting. Another building is a military history of the country.

A very large museum about the conflicts that happened in Vietnam. A lot of interesting stuff to be seen including various weapons and tanks, airplanes and artillery outside. The museum is surprisingly large and you should be prepared to walk a lot of stairs after which you arrive in rooms without airconditioning, but if you love history you should definitely visit this place!

It‘s an almost empty museum. They have more vehicles used in the war than the War Remnants Museum in HCM. They have Ho Chi Minh Museum and a small house replica of Ho Chi Minh resident. Price is 40.000. A lady some kind of tell us where to go and somehow don‘t allow us to do it our way. We want to go around from the front where the vehicles are located but she followed me and impolitely telling us to start from the back, didn’t leave us until we follow her. We stopped several times to took picture of the Vehicle but she complained of us doing that instead of following her. When she showed us HCM Museum at the back of the Museum, she left us but stand there until she make sure we went inside the HCM Museum. It was so annoying. She spoke good English, so she understood what we want to do, we just have to do it her way.

The Ho Chi Minh museum is an excellent destination for anyone interested in learning more about the history and culture of Vietnam. The museum is well-maintained and organized, with a vast collection of artifacts and exhibits that provide an in-depth look at the life of Ho Chi Minh and the events that shaped the country. One of the things I appreciated most about the museum was the way it presented information. The exhibits were informative but not overwhelming, and the use of multimedia and interactive displays helped to keep me engaged and interested throughout my visit. Additionally, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Ho Chi Minh museum to anyone visiting Vietnam. It's a must-see attraction that provides a fascinating glimpse into the country's rich history and culture. I give this museum five stars for its excellent exhibits, informative displays, and friendly staff.

The museum is poorly curated. Not organized. Simply scattered weapons and tanks and planes somewhere to display without proper introduction of the military background

I think I was the only visitor here at 3pm on a saturday. Entry fee is 60k VND. Takes about 30 to 60 mins to browse through the entire area. Alot more old photos than artifacts. This place is more for historical buffs than normal popular tourism. If you are not into Vietnam's war history you might want to skip this place.

Tickets are bought in person, with cash only. At the time it was 60.000d per person The museum is great but there are only fans, so please keep the heat in mind before going. The museum is spread between 3 buildings and is relatively well kept. It's not ADA accessible but little is in this area.

Good place to read up on "history", and it depends on each individual, you can say it is "truth be told" or "one-sided" or "propaganda", etc. But it is very well curated + informative, and i think a must visit for foreigners (although not everything has English translation). (Note: very hot in summer with only fans inside 🥵, so 4⭐️ only)

Excellent display of military hardware used by US/Australian forces, as well as NVA, Viet Cong, and other North services.

Small collection of Vietnam War military equipment and hardware, along with an indoor museum with lots of photographs. Strong pro-communist slant on written descriptions make it interesting and evident as to how the Americans are regarded “officially.”

The stuff is very friendly But unfortunately you can not understand too much without having a guide with you We need some audio-guide in every museum ! We need to understand, that's the point of the museum Price 50k

Visited here from Australia with family. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and we all learnt a lot about the history of Vietnam. 60k entrance - well worth it.

I can't provide a review as we decided against the admission price and left. My wife is Vietnamese - why does she have to pay? I also wonder about the definition of domestic tourist. We live in Da Nang and have no foreign residence. I don't mind paying as the museum needs some income but I understand my wife being annoyed since she is Vietnamese.

A must visit to see the Vietnamese struggles over the years. Information is not well managed, and could use a better plan.

Great way to spend two or three hours if you're interested in Vietnamese war history. I especially liked the vehicles on display.

Interesting museum focuses mainly on the French occupation days, we'll worth a visit 60k entrance fee.
