Lobby is extremely hot, aircon is shut and not a single fan. That's not what a five star hotel should be. Room is big for the price though, and staff is friendly and helpful.

my wife liked it. i didn't. there's a small gaing room that offers little entertainment, the one at furama was much better. dated, and located on a street busy 24/7 with taxis and trucks. maybe the busiest roundabout i've seen in vietnam.

I want to say the worst hotel in Danang down town.. old furniture, not friendly staffs. This hotel is not belong to Muong Than group because this hotel oprated as known One Opera hotel

There are way better option closer to dragon bridge that’s better, cleaner and better price. For the price I expected better

Book by tour agent Travel Star say very good 5 stars hotel. Don’t trust them. Location is no good. Hotel is old lobby is hot wo aircon. Room is old Toliet bowl chock fridge is linking breakfast is 2 stars.

You can say it have a great location, right at west-end of Dragon bridge, 15 -20 mins walking to the downtown or the airport, or 35 mins to the sea, through the bridge.. I am here at the 19 fl, and have a great view the city, day or night.. Its interior has a bit outdate, but still useable.. The breakfast buffet was good enough for me..

The hotel is at a very good location. However, the interior is just 2.5stars standard only. The bathroom is dark and not completely clean.

Room is clean and big. The staffs at restaurant are friendly especially Ninh. We stay here before for twice when it was still belongs to One Opera hotel. This time we come back, everything is not good as same as One Opera. This time we stay 2 nights, the wifi was too bad we coul not connect to internet. I informed receiption, after few minutes, they called back and check if it's ok? I told that can not connect and waiting but no change and no feedback. Tomorrow when i need internet to send mail, i called back to receiption and again after few minutes they called back with the question "it's ok or not". I told "not ok yet". They said will check again but after that they called one more time and said the wifi had problem and need time to fix. If we need to use internet, they can change us to another room or we can use the wifi at lobby, we said ok if we need we will come to lobby because we check out today. The wifi had problem we can understand but the service we could'n accept. No apology and we though no one checked wifi for us, no action. Will not come back

Noise from street and upper floor, wifi with no internet (staff being polite to help but helpless due to system). Wouldn't recommend for business stay

Hotel looks old. But otherwise good

Good hotel, with spacious rooms. But need adequate maintenance. Located in the center 2-3 kms from the beach. Budget friendly
