Modern and chic looking interior, and the staffs are very nice. Break fast is OK for the price, but if possible, I thi k it’s better to go out and have some Mi Quang. However, these are some flaws in room that are total deal breaker for me. Most annoying is how there are no separation between bed area and the bathroom, restroom, sink area, you will definitely hear everything happening there even if you don’t want to. Also my bathroom door did not close shut, so good luck if you travel with someone beside you wife/partner. Overall, if you travel for business like myself, don’t close this place

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I have to say, this was the best hotel I stayed in while in Vietnam. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very courteous, and polite... So much so that it reminded of the level of customer service I experience when ever I travel to Japan, (which in my opinion, has best customer service in the world). The rate was super reasonable. All in all, no complaints, 5 stars! Definitely staying here again when I come back!

Goods : cleanliness, and customer care. The staff is very nice and helpful. Their precious Manager who showed understanding and listening toward me. Bads : the rooms are not soundproof, you hear everything in the hotel The staff barely speaks English, so any request takes a while to be understood. The breakfast is just “ok”. The maid just get into my room at 14:00 to check the expiration date of the Mama noodles. I was in the toilet and told her not to come but she opened the doors anyways. The air cond need to be manually turned on every time you insert the keycard. The water in the shower is burning, you can’t control the temperature. I couldn’t close the shower door so there’s water going out in the room. The wifi does not work properly. Thanks for the staff for their efforts

Put on a low floor with view nothing like the picture on Agoda, manager reviewed, no discount. Charged for water, with no overall discount which could have saved a customer. Zero stars. Recommend many other great hotels in Da Nang. Not this one for poor customer service.

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but no soundproofing the room. Up until 3am because the club next to the hotel was ripping music. Steer clear if this is not your style

Clean and professional hotel with a great location for the offered price! Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. I had a one week stay and was very happy with my decision staying at Satya, would recommend anyone going there. Only downside I had with my room was a missing second card, so whenever I left the room, the Aircon shut off (it doesn't work with no cars inserted into the room slot). Garage for your motorbike is available, pool is small but for cooling yourself off while having a coffee works perfectly. Laundry service is available, they charge per piece and it's rather expensive compared to inner city laundry services.

Room is small and no bath tub. Gym is small.

Only a one night stay here in Dan An. Modern hotel with nice room layout. Very helpful staff. Would have stayed longer but we were on a mission.

Sound insulation in the room is terrible. In the restaurant, they ran out of serviettes... Can you imagine? Service are terrible.

Would be 0 star if I could! Horrible experience. Receptionists are not helpful. There is no AC in common areas. The room was not clean. Avoid at all cost!

All staffs are very kind, but hotel rooms are a bit vulnerable to a noise from other guests. Except this issue, this hotel is located near from the Da-Nang Airport and costs very reasonable.

Nice hotel with good services. Room is clean, breakfast is fine, however getting noises from neighboring rooms, and i did not get notice in advance that I need to pay for the two bottIes of water in the room if I use them!!! anyway it is a good place to stay.

Nice & neat hotel, friendly, accommodating & helpful staff. Gd location across the Cathedral (service can be heard at 5.30am), with gd range & variety of eating options all around. However, the rooms were hot throughout, even the gym, & made hiding in the hotel uncomfortable when seeking respite from the afternoon heat. Pool was too small, so did not bother trying. Breakfast saw some variety across the days, with little vegetarian options as even the salads had non-veg items in them. But overall, nice experience. THANKS FOR A GOOD STAY!

Hotel is new, clean and in a good location which close to the CBD, market and the river. The breakfast buffet is a spot. However, the elevators are very old, small and slow that only fit maximum 4 people. There’s also no aircon on the hallways while you’re waiting for the slow lifts during hot weather all you can imagine is a hot sauna. Staff are helpful, honest and friendly. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

Great experience! The hotel is conveniently located opposite the chicken church and transfer from the airport took less than 5 minutes. Fast check in, clean rooms, and very welcoming staff. Good value for money too, recommended!

Lovely hotel! We spent here only 1 night but our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is new, room is modern, comfortable and spotless! Great buffet breakfast with huge selection of Vietnamese and western dishes. Good location just 10 minutes walking from the Dragon bridge. Transport service from the airport arranged at a very low price. Highly recommended!!!

Good architecture. Good setting. Ok breakfast. Nice staff. BUT terrible sound proof quality. From 1 room to another we can hear people talk and TV playing. Then from inside to the outside we can hear the rooftop music bar and the MC banging in the middle of the night. Probably nice if ur here to go wreck and party at night but probably wouldn't get a good sleep if you are going for business.
