From the moment we arrived at this hotel the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff made us feel part of the family. Our king room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the river. We requested harder pillows and they arrived quickly. We paid for executive lounge access and were very happy with all that was available, having been told at check in to keep our expectations low as they were not back to pre covid service in the executive lounge. The breakfast was sensational. So much choice it was fun to work our way through the different foods during our 4 day stay. The dining staff were super helpful and we even received basic Vietnamese lessons over breakfast. The gym and the pool were not busy during our 4 day stay. We ate dinner at a couple of restaurants near to the hotel, and got a grab in to the main beach area for a meal on our last night We were very sad to leave, after a truly relaxing break

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Super friendly staff especially Xavi at breakfast and Thanh the bellman! Got upgraded as I am Hilton diamond to room 2101 which was an amazing corner room (a suite basically) the view was spectacular as you can see in the video! Breakfast was delicious and the pool big enough and warm! 100% satisfaction!

Super kind and friendly staffs. The breakfast is also great. Swimming pool is tiny but it is clean and beautiful. Every cuisine you can enjoy this hotel is awesome. I love this hotel, and it shows what ‘Hilton’ is. Recommendable. One negative thing. I saw a super giant cockroach in the swimming pool. Of course a staff clean it away instantly but as I am one of person who seriously hates cockroaches, it was quite shocking that I facing these horrible insect in a five-star hotel. Except this happening, I love this hotel so much and definitely will come again. Great.

I have been awaiting the opening of the first Hilton in Da Nang for many months now. Finally it is here. I booked a regular room and kindly received a complimentary upgrade to an executive room and executive lounge access (I have status with Hilton Honors) The rooms are furnished to a high standard and obviously everything is new - probably I was the first person to sleep in that bed The lounge has happy hour with free flow drinks from 6-8pm and we also took our breakfast there. For dinner on New Years Eve we went to the restaurant on the top floor. Great view across the river and towards the sea. I used the gym for a workout and it has a great selection of machines and free weights. The pool is rather small so I didn’t bother with a swim. Overall I can say the facilities are excellent - which is what you expect from a newly opened Hilton. What is most impressive is the attitude of the staff - unfailingly positive and determined to provide excellent customer service. There were not many guests when I stayed so they had the opportunity to take time to converse with us few tourists. I enjoyed all of my interactions across the numerous departments (front desk, fitness centre, exec lounge and rooftop restaurant

It's such a disgrace for the name Hiton Hotel. My first impression when I arrived was the security guy asking me with a very bad attitude "where are you going?". Then when I checked in, I was told the restaurant is closed and only open for breakfast, ok that's fine. After taking a nap and heading to the swimming pool, I was shocking to know that the swimming pool, the bar and everything alse were closed as well. What is the point of staying at a 5 stars hotel when the only thing you can use is your room? The only good thing is the receptionist lady who is very helpful and keep saying sorry for the inconvenience but obviously it's not her fault. Clearly the hotel is managed really badly. When you are not ready to reopen after lockdown, you don't open, remember you're managing a 5 stars hotel, not a hostel or motel

Professional Staff. Room is ok, but the view is blocked by the next building, making uncomfortable feelings! It's very sorry that the swimming pool and Gym not available during end Oct without any notice when booking. Hotel operated with minimum services because of Covid.... You should check the hotel drirectly when booking.

We came from SGP on vacation. This is truly 5 star hotel standard at very affordable price. Excellent location along Han River with many shops and restaurants nearby including SPA. The breakfast buffet is really good and good value for money. In particular, Mr Xavi the restaurant service staff was extremely friendly and polite providing great customer service. The best Hilton I stayed so far in terms of room quality and customer service.

Overall a nice experience. Our room was huge, with a beautiful river view. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast had a great selection of foods with fresh squeezed juices. One thing I did see a GIANT cockroach in the restroom at breakfast area so that makes me think a little. Also saw a half eaten muffin sit on the floor in front of the breakfast area elevator for 2 days so again, that makes me question the cleanliness. The pool area was a smaller than expected and little run down but I did see the staff cleaning and doing maintenance several times. The lounge is nice but doesn’t serve anything besides drinks, so don’t expect food up there. I think our room was the best part of the hotel. Location is good, close enough to the beach, and easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. As diamond members we enjoyed our stay at this Hilton we just recommend higher cleaning standards in the common areas.

Pros: 1. Very very comfortable bed 2. Tastefully designed and good size room 3. Good location , close to Han market and some highly rated food stores / restaurant / coffee places 4. Front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful. 5. Room rate is actually very reasonable and came with free breakfast 6. Nice gym with good equipment. Cons: 1. Asked housekeeping for more water but our request was refused. They said they already placed 4 bottles in the room and so asking for additional water would cost us … so we went to the gym to get water instead 🙄 2. Water pressure in shower is a little weak. 3. Swimming pool water is murky, pool is also on the small side. 4. Breakfast buffet Turkey cold cuts were sour and had gone bad.

I stayed here for 5 nights in may. Service was good. Breakfast was good Only unfortunate thing was the executive lounge was still closed. It should opened in July. Will be willing to come back again when the executive lounge is open. I got an executive room (free upgrade due to Hilton gold). The room was clean and spacious. Love the view from the room

This is a fine hotel, for the price, overall. We especially enjoyed a few of the staff members. Sang, in the executive lounge was kind, genuinely interested in us as people and had a great sense of humor. Ngan and Xavi, at breakfast were great. Very personable and gave exceptional service. However, though it was very attractively laid out breakfast was a disappointment. In particular, there was little hot food that we thought was really delicious. We had better pho both at our previous, much less expensive hotel and at our subsequent hotel, also much less expensive. That’s why I’ve only awarded four stars.

Room is clean and nice view. The breakfast is awesome with many foods to choose. The staff are very nice, professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you Hilton and will recommend family and friends when they are in Da Nang. Special thanks to Lucy, Sang and Thanh for everything they did to me and my father. They are the best of the best. Nice location at the river, well designed rooms. We had a couple of minor issues, such as the alarm clock has not been reset and woke us up at 6:30am, fire alarm went on the next day around the same time, and walls are relatively thin for a 5 star hotel, so we could hear the cleaning in the morning at 8am in the neighbor room and pretty much everything the neighbor did such as showering or cleaning his nose.

I was very impressed with everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with so many choices. I stayed in a corner room with great views on both sides. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service! I arrived on the day of fireworks festival. The road was blocked and they arrange staffs to wait for us a place nearby. The lady was helpful to provide cold tower and water then escort us to the hotel. That's very thoughtful from the hotel. Executive Lounge was good with the view and excellent service too. However, food need to wait for longtime to refill. Anyway, i enjoy my weekend here. Receptionist were helpfull even they're very busy with lot of guests.

Noise issues from clubs seem to be resolved, at least my one night stay this time wasn't disturbed like last time. Great rooms, upgraded to suite as Diamond member, although one of the lowest floors (might also be the reason why I didn't hear anything). Service is still very limited, dining stops at 21:30. Lounge service is non-existent, staff there is just sometimes present and not trained or knowledgeable. Lounge offering very limited as well compared to other properties in Da Nang. Gym is well equipped, pool small. Will try again in a year or so alongside the new property opening up next door.

To begin, the location of the Hilton is perfect. With a short walk or drive to the infamous dragon bridge and night market it was a easy choice to make. There is also a Starbucks a few steps away, but I will recommend the local Vietnamese coffee it will blow you away! The restaurant’s inside the hotel all provided excellent service and wonderful foods for all taste buds. The Hilton also has various buffets depending on the day of the week, it is a must try! A special thank you to Executive Sous Chef Richard as he made every meal a memorable one, upon return to Vietnam I hope to see you as an Executive Chef my friend. Our server Hieu, thank you for the morning laughs during the breakfast buffet, the Hilton is lucky to have you. All staff from the front desk to the restaurant were very professional and attentive to any needs during my stay. 10/10 would recommend!

PRO 1. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. The view was very nice. 2. Location is convenient 3. for Hilton, the price so not bad, although other hotels nearby are cheaper. 4. Some staffs are friendly. CONS 1. Some of the staffs are friendly, but some of them are not. They don't smile, they don't say hello or to great you. When I kindly asked to do something for me, their face was not so happy. This is a huge disappointment for me. 2. I went to get breakfast at around 9 AM, most of foods are gone, even simple meals like eggs or pancakes. They don't seem to refill it fast enough so I had to kindly order them to make and had to wait (I was in a rush). 3. I can hear a TV noise from my room beside me at night. I didn't feel bothered much but just writing it here. Overall, It was an OK experience for me but I hope they increase the level of their service as 5 stars hotel.

Can I just say a big thanks to An🥰 it’s my first time in Vietnam and I went to this international buffet down the dining room. A kindly went through so much trouble to introduce me to all kinds of Vietnamese flavour !!! My personal favourite was definitely clams with chili and lemon grass. SOO GOOOOOOD. An s a star🤩 she deserves a raise! Oh also the location of the hotel s quite good. Room is good size as well.

Overall had a great experience. Very grateful they upgraded my room. I book 2 rooms under my name however only one room received that diamond benefit. I know its not the hotels fault and just following policy but very silly that only half my reservation received the benefit. I would think that benefits would apply as long it's booked under me. So that left a bad after taste. However the breakfast was very well stocked. Had many amenities. The room was clean and cleaning lady was prompt to clean when requested.

Very accomodating staff, ran out of conditioner and front desk arranged someone to refill straight away. Lovely Big rooms, we slept like a baby. Hilton is definitely splendid.

Upgraded corner room was amazing, bathroom was massive and filled with all the best products. Pool was a bit small but it worked well for us. The gym is super state of the art and has all the bells and whistles. Executive Lounge area is magnificent, great views, kind staff, drinks, snacks, etc.... Loved the evening happy hour where we met a few other guests. The breakfast is one of a kind, would return to Da Nang just for the Hilton breakfast!!!

It was fabulous time at hilton danang. I received upgraded room which is river view suite. We was traveled with 5 months baby. Crews in executive lounge are very kind. The best hotel in Da Nang located minutes from the beach with an amazing view of the city. Impeccable service from the entire staff. Delicious breakfast buffet and executive lounge. We were able to walk to the Han Market and watched the famous dragon 🐉 bridge. Definite recommend!! 👍👍

I have visited there from April 4th to April 8th for vacation. The room where I stayed that was spacious, and I love the separated shower and toilet were. I thought the breakfast the hotel offered tasted good and there were varied items to choose from. The location was quite good. There is a Starbucks near the Hilton Hotel. If you miss the breakfast time in Hilton, you can buy some coffee, juice and bread there. In addition, if you walk along from Starbucks for about 20 minutes, you can see a night club which is popular for locals and travelers.

Quynh Tran is a great asset to this hotel. Not only did she lend us money for our Grab, she followed that up with great suggestions and overall excellent service. Tom also provided good conversation and a great suggestion for coffee. We stay in many hotels and these two and the entire staff were top notch; I wish we could have stayed longer. Bravo.

This was the best Hilton I’ve experienced. The staff ensured my family had an unforgettable experience and vacation. Can not state how customer focused this staff is. Very well decorated rooms and very spacious. Breakfast, no words for how great it was. Splendid selection of food, and changed every day.

Fantastic experience. Great location for running and walking as well. We stayed here 3 days. Very nice and clean rooms with river view. Executive lounge was great as well - I want to add that the receptionist Lucy in executive lounge was very helpful with everything. Even booking a hairdresser :) they serve some tapas and drinks in executive lounge on 27th floor every day. Do not miss this spectacular view :) Nice Breakfast with various options. Fantastic work!

Large rooms with excellent service and comparatively better experience than most other Hilton establishments. Was here on a short vacation and we booked to have a premium economy experience and that's what we got. The location although not beach side has its perks of proximity to the core working/city district.

This is a very good hotel as it is one of the good chain of international hospitality services. I had a good time of staying here and very satisfactory with the facilities and especially the food lounge for breakfast here. The same feeling when I stayed in Sheraton Fourpoints. Just one minor point that I was not happy at the time I stayed here is with the door guard, he seemed to be a bit of not nice enough when I asked him to take me a photo. After all, I really like to stay here again in the future.

The suite room is huge, clean and well designed. The view from the room also very nice. Breakfast is really good with extensive fresh foods and drinks. The coffee is really delicious. Staff is friendly and really polite. Overall really enjoyable stay and experience.

One of the best Hilton I’ve stayed so far. Staff - super friendly and helpful. I arrive early and they gave me a room by 11am with an upgrade. Breakfast - plenty to choose from, delicious both local and international food. Their iced Vietnamese coffee is tasty and awesome. Try the croissant one of the best I’ve tried outside Paris. Room - large spacious room with all the amenities. I stayed at Level 19 overlooking the river and the ocean. Gorgeous sunrise in the morning. Wifi connection is fast so I could work a bit. Overall wonderful stay. Thank you, Hilton ❤️

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week for a family event in Danang. The hotel is very clean and new. It is right by the river boardwalk so it's great for a morning walk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are great with variety from local food to Western dishes. Loved it. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Definitely will stay again.

Warm greeting for loyalty member I was aware of the noise from construction but couldn't hear anything in my room. Facility is amazing since it is newly opened. Room had nice view and comfortable bedding. F&B was perfect. Executive lounge staffs were really helpful. Strongly recommend to experience cocktail hour. I will definitely visit this hotel again.
