This is not even 4 stars hotel. I booked a room for 4 days stay but I had to cancel my reservation after I checked in because the room is old and it has a lot of bugs, also the next door was very noisy because they were fixing something. They tried to change another room for me but its worst than what I got. It has very strong smell and it is old too. They charged me one day stay and refund me the rest. It was ridiculous because I was not even stay in the room for like a hour. Receptionist was rude after all. Never ever book this hotel again.

It's a good price for a luxury hotel. It's on par with a Hilton hotel. There is maid service once a day, no turn down service. The AC is only on during the night time in the lobby, which means it's HOT in the day time. amazing views of the river and beach. They lost 1 star because their gym is NOT air conditioned. I'm always trying to stay on top of my fitness since I love street food. It's not possible to use this gym because it feels like a sauna. Breakfast is included and it is good

Nice location, next by Han river. City and river view. Easy to see Han river and its beautiful bridges. Not far from the airport. Convenience to go everywhere. Nice and warm rooms decorated with wooden furniture. Room rate is not expensive. 50 usd is good rate.

Would recommend - had a very nice room with river view. Bathroom was clean & stylish with wooden touch. Rooftop bar has awesome views. Buffet breakfast was yummy with lot of different options to choose from. Staff was very kind and caring

Great location, service, and everything! I loved and enjoyed my stay here very very much! My family and I enjoyed the buffet and the view from our room (we were facing the dragon bridge). The buffet was my favourite part. They have a huge selection of really great foods! The rooms are very nice and clean as well! I would definitely stay here again!

The decoration is perfect. Everything is almost up to par. However, the bathtub step is a bit high for 1.7m people, I recommend being careful with your steps. Wifi is often lost after 10:30. Overall, great experience.

Brilliant views, ample amenities, and most importantly: staff that are very conscious about making your experience a great one! Serena in particular was quite careful that our needs were met. Just two warnings for fellow travellers: (1) renovation works were ongoing during our stay (March 2019)--nothing too bad, but you'll be hearing the thud and whirr of machinery during the day; and (2) the elevators are few and inefficient, making mornings (when everyone is trying to get to the buffet or check out) a frustrating cycle of continually calling lifts that arrive to your floor already fully packed.

Really nice place, awesome location - just sitting at the restaurants and watching the streets is entertainment enough not to mention you're in the best part of Danang, I've stayed in a number of areas. Awesome awesome desk staff too, really admirable service. If I had to criticize I'd say the room isn't as big as some others I've stayed but I would stay again and recommend this to anyone.
