The front desk manager Khang along with the bellman Huy went out of their way to assist us in retrieving a bank card that was accidentally left in one of the bank machines after a completed transaction. The end result was we were able to get the card safely back in our hands without any unexpected circumstances happening with it. A BIG Thank You goes out to both of them for their patience and the attentive customer service given to us in this unsettling situation. Also, Vi at the front desk was also very kind and helpful to us with booking tours. The entire staff was really wonderful. The door man and the kitchen staff were always friendly and very welcoming. We highly recommend the Avora Hotel!

Comfortable bed, friendly front dest staff and good location. Everything work well if only the house keeper can be a bit quieter in the morning while cleaning other rooms as I heard them using wakie talkie every morning (we stay there for 5 nights). Cleanliness can be improved. No small towels and shampoo replace everyday.

Great small hotel in the heart of Hải Châu and right on Bạch Đằng Street. Price was right for budget level but the service was at a level much higher than expected. I found the place clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. Everyone on the staff from housekeeping to the day manager and all the front desk people were great to deal with or just chat. Unlike most budget hotels in Đà Nẵng, there is a front desk staffer 24 / 7 at the front desk. Most other similarly priced hotels lock their door at midnight and have no overnight receptionist. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a group of 9. Friendly and helpful staff. Strategic location, close to the Han market, Dragon bridge, Superyatch Marina restaurant and Pink Cathedral. All rooms are clean. In particular, the Suite room facing the street comes with a splendid view of the river side. But, it can be quite noisy. Except for the "low grade" coffee, buffet breakfast is satisfactory. Hotel may not be suitable for the physically impaired as you have to walk up some stairs to access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

My 2nd time staying back at this hotel... Despite covid, I am happy for them that Avora is able to maintain their property .. the room still look fresh and clean. Good location: 1. Central location to the river, near the Dragon Bridge 2. Within 5 min walking distance to the Market and pink cathedral church 3. Numerous coffee house within 10min radius walk Clean and Spacious Room: 1. Clean spacious room 2. With good view (River view) 3. Comfortable bed 4. Good selections of TV channels 5. Toilet is spacious and clean ! Good Staff Service: 1. Good pleasant staff service 2. Speak decent good English Opportunity to Improve: 1. Breakfast? But to be fair.. the breakfast is decent ok for the price you pay. Overall I still rate 5/5 for Avora !

Location is perfectly good, 3 mins to HAN market. River front. Affordable price. And Room and restaurant are clean. Hotel staff I give 6 stars. Will come back again.

Was stayed here for 4 nights. Strategic location as in most of the bar, restaurant and cafe are nearby. 5 star services for the front desk Thao - she was very helpful to borrow me universal adapter which I tried to borrow few times from front desk but they told me don’t have such thing and 5 star for the uncle who was always welcome us with smile when we walked into the hotel. 4 star for room as my room wall paper looks like it almost to fall off.

This place is a great budget value for the location. I especially enjoyed their complimentary breakfasts. The staff is courteous and respectful. The Avora may not be luxurious, but I felt it was clean enough by Western standards. The AC worked well, and our room had a view of poorly maintained neighbors, but it felt safe.

Clean well appointed rooms, not budget, walking to all good restaurants and Dragon Bridge, staff helpfull.

Rooms are small and cramped. Bed sheets are stained. Towels are old and dingy. Beds are comfortable. Most rooms have no view and a tiny window facing a wall. The pictures on Internet & website look new, this is not true. Breakfast is mainly Asian. Very basic hotel. I will not return.

Good value. Clean. Decent breakfast included. Hot water would run low after 5 minutes or so.

Friendly staff reception and security are very helpful, the breakfast buffer set up as standard should have. The hotel located is opposite Han River and dragon bridge and walk distance to Han Market only 400 metters surrounded with local restaurants. If you are looking for budget hotel this hotel is suitable you. I will definitely come back again.

Stayed 1 night at Deluxe Room. Clean, valuable and convenient place. Highly recommend for staying in Central Danang. 5 minutes walk to Dragon Bridge. Good service and helpful staff. Suggest to book river view room. The price is so affordable.

Clean and nice hotel in a good location. Staff were helpful and it is perfect for a hassle free stay. Room is small but very comfortable and breakfast is nice enough. Sky bar isn’t built yet but the view from the 10th floor is amazing so with be a hit when it’s completed.

Expect to be immersed in the boisterous atmosphere if you are staying in one of the river facing rooms as there’s a nightclub located just downstairs. Having said that, the staffs were very kind and arranged us a much quieter back facing room after we expressed our concerns.

Our room was smaller than expected, but that seems to be part for the course for most of Vietnam. Service staff were lovely to deal with, no issues at all. The location was central and convenient.

Very good location.. have little noise from a club next to the hotel; but, it's ok for me. Good services. Not many choices for breakfast and breakfast finishes a bit too early (09:30am); so, there were nothing much left at around 09:00am.

City view room with double bed. Room is nice and clean. Quite new design and renovated. Bed is little bit soft and fine for me. Washroom is clean and nice. Only problem is the room is small. Very value for money for this type of room for the price that I paid.

Amazing hotel in a prime location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not up to much and not much left if you don't get there early. Bed is super comfortable, best nights sleep we have had in Vietnam! Would highly recommend to anyone

Staff service is excellent and friendly. Hotel is modern and clean. Great sleep quality. Location is prime. Buffet breakfast is just normal. Make sure you get river-view room for your enjoyment. Hotel has 10 floors. If possible, request a high floor as well. Many amenities are nearby such as restaurants, dessert shops and spas. Area is well-lit at night since it's on the river-side.
