Fivitel Danang Hotel has modern, clean and spacious rooms (Comfy bed, Powerful A/C, Safe, etc). As well for the bathroom (Clean toilet and spacious / clean shower). They have 2 restaurants which serving good breakfast for free. The hotel gives access to a gym center and a pool at the rooftop for free also. The downside, I wish that the staff would be more welcoming and giving a better customer experience. The staff gave a impression that the hotel was empty and quiet... Although, it’s a good hotel and I will have no issues to come back.

Great hotel room at a cheap price. You get fantastic views from the room and the pool. Housekeeping was excellent, they have 3 people doing the room at once thus it was fast and very well done.

Absolutely suggest this hotel!Great price and 4* service.All staff is attentive, kind and pleased to help you.Your first meet will be accompanied with a nice welcome drink. They have a nice restaurant menu (cool bar drinks) and carefully brings the order to the room.Spa is also an offer here with middle price range in comparison with a city rate. Front desk provides you a map of places to visit surroundings.We had a deluxe riverside view room and were in love with a balcony and a panoramic window (the room window and the balcony shows different sides of a view). The room facilities work well. Front desk answers the calls quickly and had no problems with service. The hotel gives free bicycles but we were happy to rent a bike and be more mobile. We do recommend it, as this 4 star hotel proves its status, a confident 4 with gym, pool, spa and restaurant.

The service is helpful and friendly. The View is outstanding from the rooftop or even room view. Your eyesight can go far as it can. Infinity pool is clean and most coolest part of the hotel (need a upgrade)

From the moment I entered the hotel I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile the service was empecable hotel is great location close to markets restaurants n other attractions n if not staff more than willing to help.I wanted to buy some lantons the staff went n bought them for me n wouldn't accept any money said they were a gift.I was very touched they also arranged free transport to the airport.Rooms quite big n comfortable. Breakfast buffet great choice of foods 😋 I would highly recommend a stay here loved it didn't want to leave.

The hotel is really comfortable. You get one of the best views of Danang from this hotel. Staff are really friendly, breakfast was delicious, overall service was great and the room was very hygen.

Happy family holiday. Big rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast too. Great value. A few minor updates would make it excellent but I really don't think you'd get better value for your money. I will return.

I stayed at the Fivitel hotel on the last day of my journey. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the view was beautiful! Out of all the hotels we stayed at, breakfast was the best and most delicious Vietnamese food. And above all, the friendly front desk staff (Cindy- Trang- Viet) always greets you every time you pass by, they always smile and greet that is what should be in this service industry. Should renew the bike frame because it's too old.

Room is good and nice view of river from the room but staff steals there own things and they blame it on customers, it spoiled my 1 and half hour and i said them to check my baggage if they feel that i have taken but still they are not clear.

A very good hotel providing all the amenities. Spacious rooms with a good view of the river. Quite convenient to visit any place in Danang. We are vegetarians and there were enough veg options in the breakfast buffet. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Only minus point was the complimentary water bottles which were not even half litre a day. We had to buy multiple 2 litre bottles from outside as we stayed here for 4 nights.

The view is great and the service is really helpful. The breakfast serves a lot of hot dishes, but really less vegeterian option. Mostly pork. But freshly made omelettes and baguette.

One of the very good hotels Ive been too. Eventhough our room was a little small, the view and other facilities make up to it. Great views, good complimentaries and a very good spread of breakfast. Staff was accomodative of a few requests too!!

Whether I wanted to go for a leisurely bike ride or venture a bit further on a motorcycle, the hotel had me covered. If you're looking for a quiet environment, Fivitel Hotel is the perfect choice. The peaceful atmosphere allowed for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Additionally, the swimming pool on the 24th floor was a highlight. Taking a dip while enjoying panoramic views was a truly enjoyable experience. The garden on the 25th floor was another gem, offering a breathtaking view of Da Nang city and the river.

Great hotel for the fire bridge we only stayed the one night, pool was good, breakfast was good only thing was it was very windy and the door to the balcony whistled all night as the was a small gap

Enjoyed 3 nights at their apartment on the 23rd floor. Fivitel is a stand alone hotel building that is about 25 stories tall. Our apartment was on the 23rd floor the the view from up there is awesome. We could see the coast, Goddess of Mercy status, Ferris wheel from our balcony. The apartment came with 2 rooms, 3 bathrooms, induction cooking stove, living room and all round balcony. The staff there speaks english and are extremely helpful. Daily buffet breakfast was good as well. The area is peaceful and noise from the roads is not a problem. Pros: Friendly staff. Good water pressure with hot water at all faucets. Big rooms. Great view. Quiet Fantastic view from full height window. Even see the sunrise. Better view from the open air rooftop bar. Nice pool. Cons: Dated interior decor. - faded gold outline on doors, dirty gold carpet. Some fixtures needs repairing eg. Bathtub faucet clamp. Balcony door lock. Defintely recommend this place.

We got the pleasure of spending a night here. Everything is new and the attention to details is amazing. The rooms are nice and spacious and has vintage decor with modern luxury. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal. Loved the food choices!! I would recommend this to anyone who wants comfort and luxury in one package.

Had a good experience in fivitel king. The hotel is located well with most tourist locations near by. Anna from the room service catered to our needs of vegetarians food in breakfast. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Location is good - near enough everything without being in the busiest part. Room was gorgeous, with an amazing view of the city (get a high floor if you can!). Staff were super helpful and breakfast had a good range of food from Vietnamese dishes to continental breakfast, cereal, fruit, etc. The bar on the roof was a lovely spot to spend a couple of hours and they made a great margarita :) they also helped us arrange tours and find things in the local area, too. The only downside might be that on foot it's a bit of a distance to the beach, but we were glad to be in a quieter area.

The view is incredible. I love the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. You can check in any time, the desk is open 24/7.

The view from my room bowled me over.. Rooms were clean & tidy, service & buffet breakfast was amazing.. The rooftop pool & gym is a must to hang on.... I recommend everyone who plans to go to Danang

I went to this waiting room with a pretty cheap price compared to a 4-star hotel, the view is okay, I can see the bridge and river, it's quite beautiful at night, the style of the room is a bit European, the toilet is clean, the balcony is cool. Friendly service, good, good reviews.

The views from the rooftop and the responsiveness of the staff are highlights, but this hotel doesn’t measure up otherwise. The rooms are faux-luxury, everything furnished in expensive-looking but now dilapidated synthetic and cork. The pool is murky, and you can’t reach it except with a steep flight of stairs up two floors from the last elevator stop. The kitchens seem to share the ventilation system with the rooms, so that even on the 20th floor the bathroom has a whiff of greasy cooking and the wash basin is clogged. The doors are so thin you can hear people in the hallway talking in normal conversation as if they were chatting with you. But for the pool view and comfortable bed, I would not consider this a very good option in Da Nang.

Staffs are professional and very friendly. Rooms are very nice and really clean, amazing views…The pool is absolutely beautiful with it view over Han River and Da Nang city. This hotel truly worth the money, highly recommended. We will come back for another stay.( We were guests stayed in rooms 1602,1603 c/o on Aug 5th.)

My trip was very complete and Fivitel was one of the things that contributed to making the trip great. A beautiful room with full facilities and a beautiful view when seeing all 3 famous bridges (Dragon Bridge, Tran Thi Ly and Nguyen Van Troi). The staff is very enthusiastic, professional and friendly. Quiet location but easily access to eateries & city by taxi. See you next time Fivitel I visit to experience more spa and sky bar!

I stayed in Fivitel Danang Hotel for 3 nights and was impressed by the stunning Dragon Bridge view from my room and the friendliness of the staff here ranging from front desk, doormen to restaurant as well. Each of you treated us like family members. You guys were so kind and helpful for any inquiry we made. With a reasonable price, I feel that the quality of services here is beyond our expectation. Thanks for everything. We'll recommend to our friends for sure.

Great hotel. Best value for money in Da Nang. Super clean and well maintained room, comfortable beds. Dark curtains possible. Good position at the river. Fabulous staff. Very good massage spa inside. Super view on roof and cool pool. Just need a bit more sunshine instead of rain in this city or now , but it’s not up to the hotel. Worth every dong.

Very good value for money, great friendly staff especially the bus boys. We had a room on the 20th floor with fantastic views both the river side and the sea. The rooms very spacious, spotlessly clean and adequately equipped,the only minor down side was the buffet breakfast which was more aimed at the Asian guests although sausage and bacon of a fashion were available. We used grab taxis to go everywhere, they were fairly priced and arrived in a few minutes. Best tip is buy a simcard from the airport.. $8 US with unlimited data for 10 days.

I walked in the roofrop bar here. A bit far from the centre of the city, but it brings the perfect view of the city. You will see the 360 degree view of the city from the top. Beer and dishes at the bar are also nice. I recommend this hotel or bar for those who loves nice views and photography.

Room is just as it’s shown on the website, clean and spacious. Breakfast, it’s ok, not as bad as other posts claimed. Staff here is absolutely great. They speak fluent English. Very helpful to suggest places for you to visit. They recommended a couple of coffee places, which are great also. They open the car doors for us everytime, and helped us carry our shopping bags too. I will never forget their smiles and warm greetings, which I had never experienced in other countries before, including japan. Downsides: you need to call a grab or taxi no matter where you go, no sightseeing place around the hotel. Also I don’t like their shampoo, made my hair a mess. Overall, best hotel I’ve stayed so far in south east Asia, on the same price range.

Great hotel option right on the Han river. Room was nice and clean with great views. The highlight is their pool, bar, and gym that are located on the roof level (25)... outstanding 360 degree views of the city. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Complementary use of bikes. Considering the price of our room, Fivitel is an excellent value. The hotel is not without areas that could be improved. First, though the pool is beautiful, there are only 4 chairs in the ridiculously small sitting area. Hard to beleive only 4 chairs for an entire hotel, but yep.... 4. Second, there is a lot of seating on the roof patio but no shade... none... making the area useless during most of the day. Third, the dining areas were always too hot... maybe a problem with the A/C? They brought in fans but they were not much help.
