I had a great time staying at the hotel during my time in Da Nang! It really is the epitome of luxury and premium experiences. I loved everything, right from checking in till the time I left. The hospitality is amazing and every little detail is taken care of to make the guest's stay to be the most comfortable one. I'm an avid traveller and I can hands down say that the amenities and recreation spots in the Golden Bay Hotel are more than any 5 star hotel I've been in till date!

I’m pretty certain that this is 1 of the worst 5 stars hotel I’ve ever seen been in!!! The staffs definitely make the worst out of it. The receptionist My Lưu have the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen, arguing with me as a paying customer about she doesn’t want to help me open the door when I’m forget the keys and the phone in the room.I have all of my possessions, passports in there, so they could just check if I enter to the room 1 minutes before the incident. She refused to help and keep saying I don’t know what to do about this 🙂 … At 12pm midnight no phone , no cash I don’t know what else to do but to begged this girl to help. But as soon as my friend asked she the same thing then she can open the door in a heartbeat for him . Of course he’s white so there no problem there 😂 She even happily arguing with me for hours about she not responsible for this and can’t do anything to help. The receptionist is the face of the hotel. How come this hotel so call 5 stars not training the staffs how to answer a customer complaint or at least not behave like bull dog!! There’s few other more things but I wouldn’t really mind I appreciate all of the other peoples hard work so I have to call out her name to who might concern acknowledge.

Amazing hotel and friendly staff, with a beautiful infinity pool. unfortunately I hate the fact that some filthy guests let the rubbish/dishes out of their rooms and the staff doesn't clean it right away. If a guest order room service the staff should check an hour later for the empty dishes or they should put a sign that prohibit that disgusting practices.

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 5-star in every meaning of the term. The golden infinity pool is definitely the highlight, it looks even better irl than the pictures, be there during the sunset. Rooms are very spacious, I got one on the 25th floor with a balcony and a great view of the bay and the dragon bridge. The staff is easily the best trained hotel staff I've ever seen. I injured myself on a scooter on my way to the hotel, and as soon as I arrived, they called a nurse to clean the wound. They arranged for a nurse to come to my room the following day as well. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, slightly away from the city center, but if you have a scooter, which I very well recommend, My Khe Beach and the main promenade are only 10 minutes away. Great connectivity through GrabBike at dirt cheap prices too. All in all, fabulous experience and if I were to return, I'm definitely staying here.

Beautiful view over the bridge from the room, golden details everywhere. This hotel has probably one of the best view of the city. The infinity pool is absolutely incredible and the sunset from there is a must see! Had a High tea at the rooftop and it was great, would definitely recommend IG: @emmysroads

Where do I start . From when we entered to when we left the staff were amazing . Food quality was superb and the buffet breakfast was full of choice . The room had awesome views and the bed was very comfy and we were able to get a good nights rest with little noise from outside. I’ve stayed in room 1435 and it was perfect for the view I was given. I think the thing that will stay with me is I think a manager . Who walked me out . And really had a awesome friendly attitude. She said she wanted to go to Korea and she was generally interested in my thoughts on the hotel. This is a must for Danang . It gives the best views of the city at night from the pool area . This hotel location is conveniently located in or around downtown, right next to the bridge. We got a very spacious room with a very nice view looking out to the Bay not to mentioned that the bathroom basin is plated with gold (nice touch there!). We had breakfast at the premium lounge (included with room) and the food selections were great including Western and Asian dishes. The lounge attendant (Lê) was super attentive and super nice, she always checked to see if we needed anything else all rhe times, very excellent service here, thanks Le for your wonderful service! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Da Nang.

The hotel is very nice. I love the view from the swimming pool. The hotel has provided the shuttle bus to city and beach. It's very convenient. Thanks Mint so much, she help us a lot during we stay there. We will recommend this hotel for my friends

Definitely the best stay during my entire 2 weeks in Vietnam! I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it - worth every penny! Its a huge property with very spacious rooms - I booked a corner suite and love that they have kitchenette and living room as well. View from the balcony and rooftop swimming pool is to die for - I'm sure its the best view in entire Da Nang. Breakfast was good - they even have a section for vegetarian food which is very rare in the country. Staff was very polite and service is great! They also have free bicycles for the guests staying here which made going to the city so much easier!

We love its special location with view to Han river. There is a cozy lounge on 29th floor where you can sit in small or large group and just enjoy!

What a fantastic hotel! Spotlessly clean and our room had an amazing bay view on 27th floor. & the infinity pool is super nice on 29th floor. The room was a great size and had everything we needed. Great Wi-Fi which is so important when travelling overseas. But what really made the hotel for us was the staff!! First class and a real credit to the hotel. We were completing an intensive exploration of Vietnam and our stay here was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and the assistance we received was impeccable. Would definitely recommend. This is a great experience for foreign travelers . My room is 1512 and the view is phenomenal . Breakfast was really good , they have tons of food and I bet you will never get hungry again . The Lady staff “ Sara “ was very kind and take care good of customers. I Definitely will comeback here for next time for sure

I like quiet place and this was the one that fulfilled my desire. Appreciate the staff hospitality, restaurant, reception and all. Like to stay there again. Just wish more shuttle bus schedules.

Came here with a group for a 3night stay. Upon arriving we were given a refreshing drink. At first impression, the lobby did not present a 5star hotel ambience. Ceiling was not that tall nor presentable, lobby area not so big n deco touches a bit bland. However the room itself n service level from the staff does make up for the 5star ratings. Bathroom was impressive with a gold plated sink n fast & high pressure hot water Just b careful coz floor slippery when wet. The infinity pool, breakfast buffet n other facilities r top tier levels too. Lastly do not take the room slippers coz it is chargeable which is a first for me. Overall not perfect but since it offers halal menu options, free drinks at bar, n some credits for the casino, i do recommend here as a pleasant stay option in Danang.

A golden experience. A drive down the road had me thinking the website was all fluff and the place is not nice , this is because it’s away from other good hotels. Pulling up the concierge gives the vibe of a classy place , entering the lobby is a full golden experience. Very glistening and beautiful and lot of happy voices in the lobby . It has a casino so it’s a gambler’s paradise. Though lobby is packed ,the noise does not transfer to the rooms which are silent .Gold accents find their way to the room adding a splash of opulence. Rooms are beautiful and the views both city and bay are amazing.Breakfast is a wide array of foods to cater for all guests and the toast goes to the infinity pool on the roof and the bar F29, both of which need to be experienced to fully appreciate their awesomeness. It’s a place worth visiting time and again .

Greatest experience staying in this marvelous hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable to stay. The view from the balcony was marvelous, overseeing the bridge and sea. There was a mini monument next to the hotel. The infinity pool gave you a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast spread was fantastic too with international and local food (oops forgot to snap).

Wyndham Danang Golden Bay Hotel is fairly new hotel as it began operation in 2017. The gym equipments are Precor Commercial and the space is grand in size. We have not came across a gym space of a 5-stars that is bigger than this one. In addition to the typical workout area, the hotel has an entertainment room with a pool table and video games (not sure if there are any games loaded). The infinity pool is facing toward the calm and scenic bay. The room along with the amenities is in-line with most high-end 4-stars hotels. Bay view rooms are an upgrade and it is worth money. Breakfast is mostly Southeast Asian dishes. The quality food is below average for typical 5-stars. Noted that if you are a meat eater, you may found this breakfast is not substantial. LOCATION The hotel is located approximately 15-minute bike ride away from the popular “My Khe” beach and all the locals areas. Grab Taxi or Bike must be used for transportation if you are planning to stay here without a car or scooter. SERVICE This hotel is run and operated completely by local resources. English speaking skill and overall customer service are properly trained, but it is still a work in progress. Although its classification is a 5-Stars, but its aims as seem to serve the mass tour groups. At the time we stayed, the majority of visitors are from Korea. If you have issues with mass tour groups in your travel, Wyndham Danang Golden Bay Hotel may not be a good place for you. Overall, we would give Wyndham Danang Golden Bay Hotel 4.5 rating for its value and price of 3-nights experience of stay as of 3/19/2023.

I stayed at a 2br corner suite for two nights and I would say its ok for a 5 star rating hotel depends on where you search. The lobby is run down, dark and not so well maintained like the room. To be fair, I'm comparing Golden bay to other real 5 star hotels like Sheraton, The Reverie and Intercontinental in the Vietnam. Golden bay is good for the price but look elsewhere if you want top tier 5 star hotels.

Nice accommodations! We reserved a 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette for four of us in the summer. The apartment was newly furnished and clean. Ocean views were stunning, services were helpful, and staff was quite polite. Definitely loved this place

I recently stayed at Wyndham Dang Golden Bay and was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. Great hotel. Decent location but outside the city. Awesome views from the rooftop pool. Rooms could be better. Very good breakfast. Restaurants good is excellent.

I would totally recommend this hotel for the good prices compared with the provided services. It's a luxury hotel with a great view and a swimming pool on the roof. Everything is very clean and it smells very nice. Prices for room service or terrace orders are about the same as if you were going out to a restaurant in the city, the food is good.

Clean and comfortable hotel, a bit far from the town center but Danang isn’t a huge metropolitan, staff very attentive and truly understand customer service. Special mention to Chef Asmawi & team of Belanga Bay Restaurant for their “home-feeling” hospitality and delicious cuisine. We will return to Danang and visit this hotel in the near future.

Love swimming pool~ . breakfast was quite good but not very impressive. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day. professional staff!! but the location is a bit far from the city center and there are no convenience stores around....

Housekeeping cleaning room is too bad. Always never discard empty bottles. 9am wake up guest to clean room? Seriously so many days like that. Reception staffs always give black face. Sales staff give wrong information, mess up guests’ plan. Will not recommend to friends.

Enjoyed our stay, the pool is incredible! Incredible views from the rooftop. Very clean rooms, modern, great bath products. As much complimentary bottled water as you want. Staff is helpful. Breakfast Buffett has lots of options and is good. Fruit options are limited but quite a few options. They even had an Indian chicken curry one morning. I would recommend this place to anyone even though it’s a little far from things.

The view of the rooftop pool is just like the pictures on the internet. Have some small buildings outside the hotel can make you feel like traveling around the world, don’t miss them! There’s nothing around the hotel so have to go somewhere else for dinner or activities at night. If you plan to stay here better spend half day to enjoy the facility inside the hotel.

Great hotel, a little out of the way but, friendly staff, honest staff, breakfast was huge, highly recommended, special note to Mr.Vu, who personally help my wife with some missing items left at hotel. Got it back without any issues and went about our vacation, the pool is amazing especially with the sunset

Very nice view over the city. Swimming pool is great, but very sunny most of the day. Room was good, breakfast was mediocre. Lots of facilities and restaurants, such as children play room and rooftop bar still closed.

So I have never stayed here so I can only comment on the location and what to expect. There’s nothing around there. Yes you have an amazing view of the bay. But you have to take a taxi or have a bike to see anything. It looks amazing and beautiful but you are stuck there or the run down neighborhood it’s located in. Everything is closed around it.
