The first thing that I love this hotel is the front desk manager. She is so lovely and we were so much welcomed. Even she gave us a free extra bed😍😍😍 She is also beautiful haha😁😁 We were supposed to stay there two nights but we extended our stay one more night! Very reasonable price with amazing room conditions and great service. They offer free Sauna, gym and swimming pool! 300%recommend

Incredible value. A suite for half the price of much smaller rooms in the big hotels in Danang. Swimming pool wasn't crowded, breakfasts were very good slightly crowded in the weekend. However, service from the staff in the lobby was exceptional

It is quiet because it is not crowded around the hotel and there are many local restaurants that foreigners do not go to near the hotel. Nhà hàng Madame Lân restaurant is nearby. This place is also good for taking a walk on the Han River at night. The room is spacious, clean and reasonably priced. It has a small but nice swimming pool and has an onsen. A washing machine and dryer are available for 100.000 đồng. The staff are very friendly. I would like to stay again next time I go to Da Nang.

Rooms and facilities are old and smell, feeling like the building has been rebuilt to become a hotel. Staffs are aweful, too. When i checked out, room was lack of towel because room staff forgot to bring in, but the hotel staff gave the fault to customers.

Here's the thing: if you are on vacation and you will want to use the Spa more than once it's not worth to stay here. Only stay here if it's like a business trip. The reception personnel was attentive and nice, however we kept having misunderstandings at the spa because they didn't speak English and I was all about the spa, but that made it uncomfortable. Also, if you are not that into Asian food, the breakfast options are very limited.

The services of the hotel was great! I gave it 4 stars because of the weird smell in the lift and in the room. The room's smell can be fixed because it provide the air purifier, but the lift doesn't have it..

Clean, very large "Superior" rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing. Swimming pool is clean but not too inviting located in the very center of hotel . However the whole atmosphere is a bit industrial and very much "large scale hotel". View from our room was into the back yard efficient was not that pleasing either

We booked the room for three. At their price, they do not have hair dryer, no iron in the room. We were going to a conference and we had no iron to iron our clothes. When checking with the front desk, they simply answer that: after 10pm the room service “went home” already so there is no iron. I do not expect this inconvenience at this price and this affects my work.

This is a lovely hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are big and comfortable. When it comes to the hotel restaurant not and the best one. Portions are small hence it seems to be overpriced. Menu has very limited options. Greater variety of food options it would have been better. 5* is for the hotel it self.

Nice room and hotel located near the river where all the Han River cruise berthed. Water pressure for shower is too low though. Nearby the hotel also has restaurant, cafes and pubs. The famous Mdm Lan restaurant is just a stone throw from the hotel. The hotel provide free onsen and it is a unique feature. Yakiniku is the Japanese buffet restaurant at vnd350, 000 is very reasonable price.

Very affordable hotel for the service and rooms. The staff is nice and accommodating. Includes continental breakfast. Spa and gym are pretty minimal. I stayed here during November so it wasn't very full which was nice

This hotel room is quite nice and comfortable but because we can't open the door twice,it really makes me feel unhappy.

Just visited there yesterday with the travel agency group. After checked out this morning, our tour guide received a complaint call from hotel side, mentioning 3 rooms have missing items and the hotel side accused our tour members for stealing. The hotel side even threatened that they would report to police regarding to this matter. The whole scenario later was clarified as a huge misunderstanding, but already left a super bad impression in my opinion.

The staff is very kind. The room was clean and well maintained and so were the amenities. Look out for the warm greeting everytime you enter the lobby. They warm your heart everytime.

Stayed here for 4d3n. Located nearby Han Riverside, about 1.2miles away from the famous Cho Han (Han Market), reachable by foot via riverside route. There are eateries, cafe, bar, convenient shops, massage and spa at walking distance streets. The best part of the hotel is there are Onsen on-site and it is free to use (male and female separated). Room size is acceptable. A large king size bed and very clean en-suite bathroom. They also provided full toiletries, towel, bath ropes, slippers and hair dryer. Rubber slippers are provided too, conveniently wear it to Onsen room. They make up my room everyday! Front Desk staff are friendly & helpful and they can understand simple English. There are a cafe and a Japanese BBQ restaurant. The BBQ menu is quite nice too. Worth to try if you are lazy go out to have a dinner. Downside: To save energy cost, the walk-way is not air conditioned. It is very hot during this season. Room lights are soft and warm. Breakfast is less choices. No room food service.
