Our beds were full of hair. And I’m not talking one or two hairs, more like 10-15 hairs. We had to switch beds due to an issue with one of the keys and the second bed was also full of hairs! I’m not sure how clean the beds can be because of this? The bathroom was ok. The beds are rock hard and really not very comfortable. The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly, they helped us rent a moped for a few days. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

It's a great hotel. Location is perfect. Very inexpensive. My review is solely on the capsule room. They have actually hotel rooms also. The capsules are great for travelers who prefer some privacy without the cost of an actual hotel. There are a few things that bothered me during my stay and feel that they can improve on. First the capsules do not get clean after each stay. The first capsule I was assigned to had dust and dirt on the walls of the capsule. The same with the second capsule I was assigned to, there was dust, dirt, and hair on the walls. The staffs replace the towel and everyday during my stay. It would be great if they could dust and wipe down the capsules also. Second negative was the fact that the staffs come and clean at 8am! They come to change the towels and make the bed, along with mopping the floors at 8am instead of waiting for check out. Third was the bathroom. The shower is great, good water pressure, and temperature. However the sinks on the fourth floor were in poor conditions. The water took a long time to drain. So anything you were using the sink for, there would be nasty residue when it finally drains such as toothpaste from brushing your teeth. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest also. Everyone on the 4th floor were moved to the 3rd floor due to hygiene situation in the bathroom I was told. Lastly the staffs are not too fluent in English. One staff is a beginner level. Another staff rely on Google translate to communicate. But it's manageable. Even though I listed a lot of negative, it is a good hotel. I really want them to improve.

Nice the capsule dormitory.. the bed was comfortable and you have a good private even if you're sleeping in a common room.. The have motorbike for rent good price and new.. Very good location and only 15 minutes from the airport by grab. Maybe the only thing that they should improve its a cleaner toilet..

A little outside of the city center, so in a calm and silent space. Doesn't have many local food shops around, except a few, which is ok. I went for the capsule dorm, so it was a great experience

A couple from the UK that stayed for 2 nights, the novelty of the pods was good, probably only for 1 night would have been better. The lighting in the pod is cool. The place offers scooter rental which was reasonable. We had come here to experience the pods and also in hope of a bit of a social aspect for a change, but it ended up being just us two in the dorm on our own (could be a pro or a con depending what you're after). The beds in the pods are really hard thin mattresses. The TV in my pod didn't work (and I wasn't offered another despite every other pod being free). Inside the pod was also dusty and I didn't have the extra pillow in mine that you are supposed to get which was a little disappointing. The 'air con'​ in the capsule doesn't really do anything it is more like a fan for ventilation so it was really hot inside, meaning I had to sleep with the door open. There were lockers, but these got stuck closed twice during our stay as the cards kept failing to open them once our stuff was inside and it was a lengthy process for the staff to retrieve the belongings. We ended up being bitten quite a lot during our stay. I definitely left a silk sleeping liner in the capsule too (my own fault I know) but the housekeeping denied finding it when I enquired :(

The idea of sleeping in a capsule is very tempting for me. That also the only reason I decided to book a couple of nights for this trip. I have been in Da Nang countless times without ever spending a night in any hospitality places since I have always crashed at friends’. Actually, it made me happy enough to join the Google tour guide in order to share my experiences to others. I urge you to spend a night at Capsule Hotel in order to feel what I felt. It’ll be worth to the last dime.

One of the best capsule hotels I have ever stayed. The owner, Mr Thom, is there every afternoon carrying out qualitative surveys among guests and quality checks. Clean and comfortable place. Very lovely staff, Thang, for example. Everyone wants to help you make the most out of your holiday. Make sure to try their artichoke tea, which cleans the liver.

Loved the privacy of the "space" capsule. The door closed fully and I was completely enclosed. Really liked the tech inside as well, with sliding sensors to adjust lights and fan. The comforter was super warm and cozy as well as the pillow. My favorite part was the shower though! Big square rainfall shower with hot water and great pressure, and the shampoo and soap are great quality too, nice lather. Fast Wi-Fi and nice breakfast options. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable going above and beyond to help out. There are elevators and the very top floor has an outside seating area (no view) and a place to hang clothes to dry. Only thing was the mattress was very hard and still felt like it had the thick plastic covering on it.

This place is so cool. The capsules seem to come straight out of a sci-to movie. They give you more privacy than a normal dorm, which I really liked. I didn't manage to connect my phone do the small to the tv, but felt it wasnt really necessary, so I didn't ask rhe staff about it. They were really friendly and offered to arrange a tour for me when I asked for information about it. They also would always offer to book me a Grab/taxi if I needed one. Breakfast was very good as well, you can choose from several options. You got a bottle of water and fresh towels every day! Also close to the beach, but a bit farther away from the city center and nice places to eat. I would definitely recommend this place!

very good experience on capsule type of hotel .. the staff are friendly, hotel provide breakfast like france breakfast and American too, service are good! i given 5star on this! one good expensive sharing you guys! one of the customer was smoking in the room, the staff came to the room and caveat the guest prohibited smoking in the room！good action was being take by them.

Clean. Good value. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Says it has a restaurant but this never seems to be open. Monly draw back in the dorm room was the door banging loudly all the time very early in the morning,which disturbed my sleep.
