Clean nice very reasonable hotel. Close to beach. You can chose breakfast from 6 different dishes also come with small buffet. We used bike retal from Front desk and laundry searvice. Staff were nice and helpful! Next door is Karaoke building. One night they played loud music till 3 am it was bothering. There are many restaurants near by so very convinient.

The location of hotel was great, just by the main road and very close to the beautiful beach (My Khe Beach) which was 2 minutes walk away. The hotel service was nice and the staff were all incredibly helpful. I especially liked their breakfast every morning, one main course with small buffet food conner, you won’t feel bored with your breaky everyday! Although the hotel is right next to a karaoke bar and can have quite loud music until late at night. Payed by cash for room without the 3% extra fee.

This was the best stay during our trip to Vietnam. The staff were good. This was the only hotel that gave local tour prices in Don't. Every other hotel was giving it in USD (with their own choice of conversion rate). The breakfast was ok, not that great. We had a toddler travelling along but was allowed to get only two of their main dishes (only for adults). This might be their policy, but was different from the other hotels we stayed. It would have been an even better experience if they correct this as well.(just a suggestion from my side)

Indian food is very good! There are many kind of food. And there are pretty dogs!!!

It was our regular place to eat during our vacation in Da Nang. They serve very delicious Indian and Vietnamese food, always fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is very relaxing and nice, so I strongly recommend this place to everyone. Also it seems they have rooms for rent, so it could be very convenient to rent the room and order food in one place.

We visited in the summer (off season) and paid 450k dong per night, we booked a room by calling the hotel. What we liked: - Cute dogs at the property - Friendly service - good location - easy to book and easy checkout - 5 star bed linen and sheets - accessible 24/7 - free toiletries - good wifi What could be improved: - show prices for minibar in room - beds are not that comfortable, adding a 1-2cm top mattress would be great! - limited breakfast options

We stayed there for 2 nights. It was the best experience we could have as there was Indian food and it was very delicious. The staff is very warm and welcoming. They have two dogs who are super adorable. The music choice in the Cafe downstairs is absolutely great. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. They have balconies too. Asif was generous and very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend choosing to stay at this hotel when in Da Nang.

It's nice cafe in Da Nang, closed to Babylon steak house. We ordered milk coffee and lemon tea, it tastes good! There're two dogs, so cute :) The service's great.

A fantastic place to stay,friendly,attentive and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and good food.

The room is basic, clean and value for money. There are 2 things I really like. One is the balcony overlooking the main road with a table and chairs for guests to use in the common area. The other being a short 2-minute walk from the beach. The open coffee shop downstairs is also very welcoming. My laptop broke down one day while I have an online appointment and the owner kindly arranged to let me borrow a laptop for my Zoom call, which I really appreciate. While ordering food from their cafe, I discovered that the kitchen used MSG to my dismay so if you have to eat there, let them know that it's not something you want. Besides, banh mi op la is served with industrial toasts, not a real baguette.

Absolutely incredible hotel. This was the “budget” hotel of my trip in Vietnam but ended up being the best. I tried to leave my bags 10 hours before checking in, and the front desk was okay with doing that, but said I could just check into my room for a small 200,000 VND fee. It was helpful they would have watched the bags but I chose to check in early since it was so cheap and easy. The room was super clean and very spacious. We rented a motorbike for 115,000 VND a day, which was not only cheaper than any rental place in Da Nang but so easy since it was already at the hotel. On our second night we needed to do laundry, and the laundry service at the front desk was very convenient, super cheap, and my clothes smelled great. The staff was very helpful, but they best helpers were the puppies!! They had two small puppies on the first floor eager to welcome you home every night. I honestly felt like family every time I walked through the lobby. I would take this experience over a luxury hotel any day. All I expected was a place to stay and instead I received an incredibly clean room (with daily housekeeping), convenient laundry and motorbike rental, and the two cutest pups in the entire country.

We stayed there just for 2 nights, but we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very close to the beach and not very far from the centre, but we went around by scooter, so everything was very handy.. Our room was very clean, with a partial view on the city (4th floor) The staff was very helpful: we were almost stuck in Da Nang because all the trains to Nha Trang were sold out, but the lovely receptionists helped us to book a only-Vietnamese-speaking bus company.. We're really grateful. Delicious breakfast (included) with a main a la carte and a small buffet with fresh fruit, cereals, fresh vegetables. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing for a good price!!

The staff were excellent in helping organise tours to Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha and Hoi An. The room however was average and the bathroom had a strange musk emanating from the pipes, maybe it was an older building with older pipe work. Additionally, the aircon in the room was not very efficient and was barely able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature in the middle of summer. The location of the hotel was only a short stroll to the beach which had beautiful fine sand.

The Mia Boutique Hotel works for wheelchair users. There's a steep ramp just thru the courtyard to the right. If you need help up the staff is more then willing to give a push. There is a small elevator that goes to all floors. It was just big enough for my chair and one other person. Our room was small but very manageable. The bathroom worked well but is similar to a wet bath you'd find in an RV. I used a small plastic chair they had laying around, worked fine for me. Free breakfast every morning from 6-10am. The staff was very friendly, courteous, curious and overall amazing. Great location as well. Just a few blocks from the beach and river with plenty of local spots to eat and markets to shop. We walked everywhere but the staff will get you a taxi or private car if you want.
