As a solo traveler i have enjoyed so much staying here it,s not only located in the centre of the city but aslo the behaviours of the representatives of this hotel was abosuletly amazing. What is more, the complementary breakfast seemed to me great, in particularly, variety of dishes offer to the guest although i generally do not breakfast in time.

We loved our stay here. Staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice, tidy and clean. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Describe in two words: good value for money . The rooms are great at least these with sea view. Two swimming pools on top, one is infinity pool (16th floor) and gym at the 15th floor equiped with the basics and totally ok for a deasent workout (actually far better than most hotels of the sam price category). Very clean. Hotel built in 2017, centraly located with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, on a central road that drives straight to the beach (my khe). 7 min walk to the beach. Staff polite and very friendly and what i liked (finally) some dark curtains which manage to block the sunlight and make u sleep undisterbed which often is not the case! Breakfast was great for this price category and 3*, variety was good and food got immediately replenished. I have to say that girls at the RESTAURANT were AMAZING , FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY POLITE, they remembered my food preferences every single time and even brought my stuff to the table the minute I arrived. Also, I have to mention that the staff at the reception was not only polite but extremely helpful, making a fantastic personal contact and greeting you every time you got in and out, and asking how my experience with the city and the hotel is. So a BIG thanks 👍 to them! Please have one thing in mind: As far as rooms are concerned (all the rest amenities pool, restaurant, gym etc are shared) my review refers to the luxury wing of the hotel. Bare in mind that the standard wing has different kind of rooms Wich come with no window in the bedroom and habe one only in the bathroom which allows the light to come in but makes the room quite dark. These rooms come at a lower price and during my stay they seemed to be put out of use. All in all totaly recommended place to stay. You won't regret.

Buffet in the morning is really terrible. Staff is really not professional. The pool is super great though. I only recommend if you have really low expectations. Everything is broken at the gym and the AC was not working there.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had a few issues in our room so they helped us in changing it. 5/5 for the staff.

This place definitely deserves all the stars there are out there! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to the moment we left, every single employee treated us with care and respect. The price is such a deal and all the amenities included makes it well worth it. Breakfast was delicious. Anna was so so sweet and always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversations every morning when we seen her at breakfast. Lucy was awesome at assisting us with getting tickets to Ba Na Hills and also arranging a ride for us there and back, eliminating the stress on us. We highly recommend this place to everybody with no hesitation.

I had 4 nights here. This is really one of the best hotel that I have ever used to stay. Room was cleaned everyday, breakfast very delicious with Western food and Asia food. There have 2 swimming pool with beautiful view. All staff very good. Especially Thu Thao (Daisy) from Front desk is very friendly and kindness. She help me book a good tour, book a car and tell with the driver all information that I need. She always remind me everything like for breakfast and tour. I will comeback here in the future 😍

I am so happy and impressed by service of this hotel. And especially service staff ☺️ Very friendly staff, Especially Anna and the staff on the 16th floor. Anna helped me alot with my travelling plans. Also takecare of our breakfast and food. I will come back again here surely.😍 Hotel rooms were neat and clean.

Very kind, helpful and informative staff, despite the language barrier, especially our interactions with the host, Ms. Anna. The hotel is located centrally close to the Dragon Bridge, market as well as the beach. We could see all the prime locations, like the beach, river, bridge from our room. Highly recommended. Good breakfast - they arranged food of choice since vegetarian options were limited.

We were family with 3 children and had a great time staying at this hotel. Clean room and Nice pool with top view. Good breakfast. Helpful and caring staff Anna, Lucy, Snow and Hang.

Centrally located between the beach and river, with lots of good food, coffee place, nail and spa parlour nearby. The breakfast was great (hot pho, udon and eggs made to order). The staffs were exceptionally friendly, especially Daisy.

Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotel. Hotel location is on the busiest street, walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to city and Han river.Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Front desk can communicate in English and a bit of Chinese. The hotel can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking. Laundry service is good, send in morning, received in evening. Breakfast is good and is included in hotel rates.

The rooms were good but could've been better, the service was excellent all the staff was helpful and went the extra mile to make things comfortable for us, the facilities were a bit worn out could use a bit of redoing hence reduced the rating a bit
