What a wonderful place to stay! We highly recommend. 5 star service and quality and you will drink the best lemongrass ice tea ever! We stayed in Moon Hotel for 30 days and it was so hard to say good bye... All the staffs are so kind, careful and friendly. Our apartment was cleaned 3 times a week and every time it was perfect. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant and a bar and you cab enjoy a great variety of foods and drinks. It is located near to little shops, street market, coffee shops, etc. You can rent a motorbike to go to the malls easily. We are missing our best days in Vietnam. We are very grateful and we really appreciate all you have done to make our time unforgettable. Certainly we’ll be back in 2019! Thank you so much “Moon Family” for everything!

Such a fantastic place to stay. It is new, very clean and staff is extremely helpful. After weeks if hostels and hotels we chose a apartment to have a bit more space of our own to chill out. That was a great decision. Breakfast is vegetarian and very good. All the questions we had for the staff were answered. The perfect place to go out, walk to the beach, explore the nice area or relax at the pool. Thank you so much for having us.

I’ve been staying here for 1.5y and can’t express enough gratitude for this apartment building and the lovely people. Especially during all the lockdowns we had to go through, staying here really helped me to keep my sanity. I love the friendly staff and the family running this hotel / apartment building. They always went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Even during tough times like this, they kept their great attitude and did the best they could to service customers. The location is really good and everything is in walking distance. It’s a relatively quiet location. We’re in Vietnam, so you can never escape construction noise entirely. 🧡 What I love - The coffee place downstairs and the pool was a wonderful change of scenery during lockdown, better than being trapped in the room all day - In normal times, I could order fresh smoothies and coffees to my room - 2 times cleaning a week with fresh towels, sheets and thorough cleaning of the entire room. - great rice cooker / basic kitchen equipment : I didn’t need to buy all this extra stuff when I moved in - very clean, the staff is constantly cleaning floors and tables - free hotel bicycles for tenants - lots of plants = makes the place feel alive - Ms Moon is vegan and during normal times, they have a wonderful vegan menu (best vegan Mi Quang in town) The pricing is very fair. It is not the most expensive and also not the very cheapest. You can get apartments for 4-5mill / month for sure, but need to worry about everything yourself and the landlord doesn’t take care of you. Having a higher price level also attracts different customers. Most of the tenants are staying long-term which keeps the building quiet. No party and drinking till late night. I really hope that they will be able to make it through covid times, because I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Da Nang when I come back.

Fantastic apartment building with super friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms that are great for singles or couples. The best thing is the coffee space and the pool. Also has a generator in times of power outtages 🌟

The hotel provided a pleasant stay with courteous staff, and having restaurants and cafes within a 5-10 minute walk added to the convenience.

It's one of the best places I've stayed at, full marks to the team. The staff, from receptionists to cleaners to evening security, are very professional, polite, and happy. Always greeting you with a warm smile and going out of their way to help you out. I had my toilet block twice in the apartment I was assigned, so they straight away moved me from the one bedroom to a larger two bedroom place for the rest of my stay. The second room was locked, but I got to make use of the larger footprint of the lounge and dining. The hotel is in a quieter part of town, especially being low season it was very quiet, especially at night. No nightclubs doof-doof-ing into the wee hours like if you were closer to the beach. There's a mini supermarket within a couple mins walk and plenty of coffee and food places within walking distance. The onsite cafe does a decent coffee. The wifi speed was good. Managed to do plenty of video conference calls with no issues. Connectivity, signal strength, and stability were good. The facilities are nice and clean with daily cleaning, including runbish removal, dishwashing, change of towels, and making the bed. I appreciated that they sweep first, then mop where some other places just mop and move dirt/dust around.

We stayed in this hotel for 1,5 months, it was a great time, our apartment was very quiet and bright, with a nice view, There is an amazing yoga room and nice swimming pool on the rooftop. The location is perfect, everything is near, all the bars, restaurants, shops and beach Receptionists are every time helpful and cheerful, night guard is very kind and cheerful, very nice man, thorough cleaning. Big thank to everyone in this place It was our home for 1,5 months and we felt the same

Staff are fantastic and service minded. I hadn't booked anything in advance because i want to see the room/apartment, to see if it is clean and check out the facility. I finally got a one bedroom apartment to a reasonable price from the manager, room 303. It's clean and quiet. My husband and I are very happy with our stay. The only downside was that the bed is too hard. My pregnant back couldn't do it, but I asked for an extra duvet 👌🏼 you have to be a bit solution-oriented 😁

Walked by on chance while searching for a long-term home. Come to find out that this place ticked all of our boxes for long-term stay. From being close to the beach, a descent gym and some good restaurants and cafe's nearby. Family business with lots of love taken for the property and more importantly the guests, who are very welcomed there. As a long-term guest we were responsible for our water and electric billed monthly. Water bill was about 50,000 VND and electric was always between 1 million - 2 million depending on how often we were in the room, of course. Once we had an issue with a pan that was a bit over-used. Less than 24 hours later we had a new pan as a replacement. Kitchen is equipped with rice-cooker and all the necessary utensils. We would 110% recommend this place to anyone who enjoys feeling like they are in a home-away-from-home... Definitely a place both my wife and I would return to, if ever in Da Nang..

They are doing a really good job here. The rooftop pool is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do need to get the bar and the restaurant up and functional, though. There was also a porcelain/glass type shampoo bottle in the tub that I accidentally dropped and they made me pay for, which I thought was silly. I mean don't put an unbelievably slippery, breakable item at the floor of a shower... So there are things to improve, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The place very clean and quiet. The staff very friendly and helpful. The lobby always smell so good. We have been living in Vietnam for almost 7 years, but so far this is the best place in our stay.

Comfort obsessed hotel! I stayed in the appartment for the 4 months and I loved it. It’s most cozy hotel that I ever stayed. Staff are very friendly and speaks English. And happy to help you with any request like get an extension cable or a table. They have a small gym so you can workout on a smith machine or with dumbbells. Lobby is nice so you can stay there with you laptop and get some coffee or juice. WiFi is 40 Mbit and stable. Pretty quite place. Totally recommend it for a long term staying.

Wonderful! Clean, kind, luxurious. Staff are incredible - they ordered GrabFood for us and brought it to our room/rooftop pool, hotel has bicycles for use, whenever we're waiting in the lobby they make us drinks: iced tea or dragon fruit smoothies. Mini gym and pool area are clean with clean towels for use. Absolutely love this place.

Very nice stay for 1 month, walls aren't as thick as you would like, could here the neighbours quite well. View also not great but service and staff excellent and really nice and helpful! And nice desk to be able too work from also the wifi is not stable.
