They are temporarily closed. I have seen other people also stuck in front of the closed lobby and waisting their time to figure out a way to contact the hotel. I don't know why, but they continues to accept bookings

Very poor amenities there was a cockroach in washroom seepage all over the room no cleanliness.

I booked this hotel 5 months ago, but on the day of my stay there were no rooms available and they delayed my check-in for about 4 hours. I was then shown to a downgraded room without saying anything. No refund. Saw cockroaches several times. The room smelled musty. Avoid this hotel for your fun trip.

A relaxing and stress-free stay. · First off, I want to thank the excellent service provided by the staff (manager, receptionists, house cleaners, restaurant crew). The staff were very helpful and friendly. They extended assistance as much as they could. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location was a good few minute walk to the beach and was at a quiet and safe street.

Very nice hotel, only $8 from the airport with their shuttle. Hotel is very cute inside, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked the Ba Na Hills for us (which I would also recommend). Our room was nice and clean and the breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food. Also the hotel was about 20 minutes walking to the dragon bridge which has a very good cheap food market that starts at 6. Overall big thumbs up!!

· My room was very comfortable. It had air conditioning and a fan. Bottled water was refreshed daily. The breakfast was superb. It was a short walk to the beach. And most importantly, the entire staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

the price of 13€ per night is just unbeatable in my opinion. The included breakfast had lots of different food and everyday they had some new food on the table. For European or American taste they offer toast, white breadrolls, jam, peanut butter, butter, egg from pan, tomatoes and cucumber. Coffee, fresh milk! water, juice and cola (from syrup, no gas). The room was clean in comparison to other hotels in this price category we visited before and towels were changed everyday. WiFi worked very well and was fast. Renting a scooter is very easy and costs 150.000 dong for one day. Staff was extremely friendly and always asked if they could help us or if we have any wishes. Next to the hotels there are at least 3 mini markets and lots of restaurants. We would stay here again

Hotel was near the beach and we can see the sunrise at 5.30am from our room. |The location was decent with amenities nearby. Most attraction is a grab away.|Exception service from the staff, especially Trung, which happened to be on duty for all 5 days of our stay.

My husband and I checked in late and your staff were very attentive and helpful. The employee I interacted with, seemed genuinely interested in helping us make plan for the stay rather than just being focused on quick room checking in. I would definitely recommend your hotel for anyone flying to Da Nang.

Hotel was very dirty. Rooms were not clean and AC was not working in one of the rooms. Don’t recommend it. Location is good.

Don’t stay this hotel. Main door spoil, and only 1 staff the whole hotel. If she go out or toilet u will stuck at outside as door only can open from inside( door sensor broke ) Smelly room , room deck corridor is hot and u will feel like walking in a construction building full of dust and heat. Omg and wasting ppl time. Don’t mention u can forget about the good review

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. The breakfasts which was included. The place was clean and very close to the beach ⛱️ aswell.

Hidden gem in a fantastic position . Excellent breakfast, great rooms close to the beach and food, bars ,convenience stores just outside the hotel

Facility was a little dated but room was comfortable location was prime and price was amazing
