Nice and new places to stay. Clean. Confortable. Aircondition. Hot water. 300 metres for the beach. Near many places to eat.

Its summer in DaNang now and really hot. Does not help that the AC is not working. Woke up in the middle of the night perspiring like a pig.

cheap, the room is ok, the receptionist is so easy going and nice, we were supposed to check out before 12pm but he let us stay for 30 min more without charging any fee thanks so muchh

Stayed here a week. Get the deluxe city view room. They come with small balconies and a huge window overlooking the street below. Staff were great here too. Very clean. Housekeeping does a great job.

Great little hotel, and very cheap. It is only a few years old and very few rooms. It has an elevator, so no stairclimbing needed! Reception is open 24-7 and there is an abundance of nice little restaurants, bars and cafes around the place.

We stayed here for a few months and it is not easy to find a spacious apartment like this for the price. The owners are very friendly and assist very quickly when something is needed. I will definitely recommend it.

The room that we stayed was without a window. The bathroom was basic as you can get. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet, when you shower the water spray all over the bathroom. We stayed for one night and for that period of time it was okay.

Nice room, good beds and pillows, excellent value good, location to the expats area, close to the beach will come again
