Very nice and clean room and bathroom, especially for that price. Blackout curtains are a huge plus. Good location, near the beach and a bunch of mini marts. My only small complaint is that the walls are thin and sometimes you hear the kids playing piano downstairs quite loudly. That said, this is an excellent hotel. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 months and I loved it. The room and bathroom are extremely clean and housekeeping comes daily. It is 3 blocks to the beach. The owners are kind and give great suggestions. The family is always attentive and ready to help the guest. Need a scooter? This place rents them as well. Stop by the coffee shops in the area and experience real DaNang. Around the corner is Karma Waters that has excellent vegan food!

Good price, good service. The owner is very supportive and friendly. Rooms are clean & toilet is big. Hot water is available for washing. Near the beach, near famous bridges and places. The hotel provides scooter renting service with cheap price 120.000vnd/day. I would highly recommend to book this hotel if you travel to Da Nang and look for a mid-range hotel. Only one minus point is - the noise resistance is not very good but it is okay for me since I'm not so sensitive with noise.
