I spent a very comfortable night here, my room has large windows that can see the whole city. From Thuan Phuoc Bridge to Dragon Bridge, this is my memorable experience during my stay here. The staff is very sweet and polite.

Great view of the river. We were here for the fireworks show, and the hotel location is right in front of the show. Interior decor may be a bit outdated, but room is pretty okay. VERY CLEAN. food at the hotel is really average, but we were not there for the food so it’s fine. I would recommend this hotel.

Great, comfortable stay for no fuss short term travellers. The hotel is not close to the beach which was fine with me as I had transportation/guide arranged. Da Nang is small and everything is within distance anyway. Room comes with separate tub, shower, bidet and fridge. I told them it was my birthday trip and they had flower arrangements and a card prepared which was sweet.

I spend a few nights in Da Nang at Starcity riverside hostel. I give 5 star for location because the hotel is just opposite Han river, by riding motorbike we can go many attraction places like Han market, Catholic church, love wharf (where you can get dragon bridge scene) and more. The room bright and clean. It nearby Winmart where you can buy water or snacks.

The best hotel we have been so far in Vietnam! 10 out of 10! For cleanliness, comfy bed, spacious rooms,amazing SPA bathroom, and incredible work space desk and chair ! The breakfast and especially the omlette was delicious and the staff most attentive and sweet! Lovely people and great service! Also lovely views from the 11th floor breakfast room! Scooter and service was also great and smooth process and good value. We will love to stay again when in Da Nang - the city and people itself are incredible! We miss you already and wish to come back. Much love and gratitude from us!

great hotel with beautiful river view. breakfast buffet on the top floor with magnificent 270°views. food can be further improved though. i like that the shower and the bathtub are separate. the toilet is also equipped with a Japanese style bidet. the room has large windows.

Good: above average breakfast with many choices, clean room with a nice bathroom, got a free upgrade to a better room on a higher floor when we asked for it Bad: gym (super small with 3 machines only!) dirty and not usable, rooftop terrace full of stuff, and not usable

Very large and nice room with view of the Han River and all four bridges. Breakfast buffet is limited. No nice restaurants in the area. Good staff.

Just back from a family 2 week vacation stay there. Rooms are nice, clean, and well utilized. Staffs were courteous and willingly to go out of their way to help, especially those room cleaning service ladies that were personable and pleasant to talk to. Front desk, security officer and cleaning staffs were equally impressive who raised up to greet you as you walked out of the elevator or walked in to the hotel with smiles. An inexpensive hotel the service rivals any high end hotels I stayed in the US and in Europe. Highly recommended a place for you and your family. If you happen to visit Danang, allow them an opportunity to serve you.

The price is too cheap compared to the service I have experienced here. Staff is really nice!

We relied on ratings posted here and other places giving this hotel 4+ stars. We were disappointed from the start. While staff tried to be helpful they fell short on service, tried to book us on more expensive tours than were necessary, the room was plain, almost stark. Old paint and dirty in spots. Noisy inside and out. Bathroom and toilet next to bed with a bay window for all to see into from the room into the toilet. Located on the "wrong side" of the Han River in the undeveloped section on that side. Nice views from the room of the river is the one high point for this hotel. OK if you are on a tight budget, but over-rated.

The rooms are beautifully designed and refined. Each room has basic equipment such as TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer, The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. In addition, I really like the hotel's GYM room, it is fully equipped so that I can enjoy traveling perfectly. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. For me that is the best!!

Stayed for two nights, service was good, especially when I had dinner at the restaurant on 25-12-2017, the girl with long hair was very nice. Offers shampoo bar and free pho, my room comes with a huge bathroom but the cleanliness of the room can be improved.

Only 1 years old brand new hotel in low price It was a nice experience to stay here. They were very kind, room was clean, breakfast was also not bad. Especially the view from cafeteria was wonerful. Cons would be the size of room but quite acceptable considering its price I think it is a good choice for those whos flight is late in the night

The hotel is ok, with a great view over the river. Rooms are clean and the bathroom was very nice. However, the must is the personal from the hotel. They were very attentive to our needs and propose interesting conveniences like bikes (that could be better but are free) or free shuttle to Hoi An. The breakfast is also very good ! Also, early evening they propose free Pho :) We enjoyed our week in the Tabino hotel

Stayed in their deluxe double room with city view and it was very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are great, the beds are conformable with firm mattresses, and the view is pretty good for the price. We also took their shuttle bus to Hoi An and it worked out well. The staff are helpful. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent. Nothing spectacular but good for the price since it's included with the room rate. Only downside is there really aren't many places to eat right around the hotel, so if you have a tight schedule, you only really have two options. Overall, though, it was a good hotel stay experience. I'd recommend it if you want something comfortable but don't want to shell out the cash for the Novotel.

This is a new hotel, and a morning buffet restaurant in the top floor with excited decorations. The rooms are suitable smart arrangements. Staffs are helpful and kindly attitude. There is a rent motorbike service and booking around city tour. But, because of hotel's position, the price is higher than nomal 4 star hotel specifically in the firework festivals.

The room and quality of the hotel was nice. The service however is horrible. We cancelled and re booked one day before due to change in plans, and they charged the full amount for the night we didn't stay and refused to waive the charge. I can understand a cancellation fee, but a full charge when we didn't stay is just terrible. The staff was rude, and the manager needs to find a new job. They also charged us for alcohol at checkout because they couldn't find it in the minibar... we did not drink any alcohol. Not worth it... STAY AWAY.
