· The apartment is amazing. All equipment works as it should. Absolutely spotless and clean. Compfortable bed, nice lounge to chill and watch some TV or listen to music. The staff are Awesome just like the apartment. Always there to help if you needed.

Cozy spot with retro vibes. The service staff are all so caring and friendly. Room (and the building as well) is well designed with classic modern interior and facilities. Amazing experience. I'm pretty sure the owner really has a heart for this place, a lot of effort put into every single minor detail, from design to service quality. And Danang moment is just a stone's throw away from My Khe beach, which makes it goes even beyond our expectations.

For couples and small families who like an oasis with personable service away from large unfeeling hotels, this is the place for you. Rooms are comfortable apartment style. It's a short walk from beautiful sandy beach. The staffs treated us like family.

This is one of the best serviced apartments in all of Da Nang, Vietnam to stay at. The staff and the owner is very welcoming and also goes to great lengths to make your stay there very comfortable for you. I was in luck to see that the location was just a block away to everything from restaurants to bars and to 24 hour mini marts, which is a plus for when everything else closes. I'm definitely coming back on my next trip to Da Nang...

Before booking, I was skeptical about the reviews and ratings. But once I get there, everything cleared out. I understood why it has such a great rating everywhere! You can barely find anything to complaint about. The decoration looks simple but yet very detailed and charming! You can tell the owners pay attention the every single details. Pictures that you see online can not do justice. Other than the facilities, the staff was amazing. The two receptionists were helpful and very courteous. What surprised me the most was the security guard. He is really sweet. I vaguely told him that I needed to go to the hospital that day .He remembered and called us to remind us when we felt asleep. He was worried that I might miss it ! We were so touched. It's a memory that I will never forget. The housekeepers were also kindhearted. You can also find a lot of local restaurants nearby ( VERY affordable fresh juice). Thank you so much for such a impeccable and affectionate journey! Will definitely come back.

Before sign a contract for 1 year I ask about if have construction nearby. I was informed that this is a quiet area, no construction. My first night after sign a contract I wake up at 6am Saturday with construction right upstairs! Saturday and Sunday! Starting at 6am. Construction all day and night. They know about the construction. But they will hide from you. (Until you pay)

Everything here was deceptive. We signed a one year contract. We had terrible mold issues to begin with. Owner acted like we were the problem when we asked for it to be fixed. See the photos. Next is the construction. We had someone drilling into our wall for over 3 months before we decided to leave early. Extremely noisy. Nancy, the manager, was consistently rude and downright disrespectful. The cleaning service we paid for didn’t really do anything at all. The housekeeper spent most of her day in the cafe watching videos. We moved down the street where we are paying less and couldn’t be more happy. The only good thing of this place was the kindest security guards and Ruby one of the front desk agents.

Thanks a lot to the owner and staff. We had a wonderful long-term experience with danang moments. Felt very welcome and also got invited for dinner and some nice conversations with the owner. Also highly recommend the location between the local street and the more western bars and restaurant. You have everything around!

Glad I stayed here for 1.5 months. The location is perfect, on a quiet street, but also close to the beach and main tourist streets. The room was clean and well equipped. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Recently moved into this apartment. they are very nice, great location, but most importantly, they have a great owner and staff. I also want to note that on the first floor there is an excellent space where you can work comfortably. We plan to stay here for a long time))

This is by far one of my most comfortable stays in Da Nang! First of all, I remember when first contacting Dennis — he was very polite and helpful, not to mention his English is fantastic (so communication was very smooth and easy). He helped me choose the right apartment for me that suited my needs as a single person. The room I rented was very spacious and clean; and, I had weekly visits from the cleaner which is included in the price. The bed was massive and sooo comfortable, it has a decent little kitchen, and a very nice bathroom. Another great plus is the location as it's in the heart of An Thuong and only walking distance to the beach, so everything is really convenient, yet in a very quiet neighbourhood so you can be assured to bed a good night's sleep every night. Finally, Trâm (who works at the desk), is a sweet young lady who is always eager to help with any inquiries, and did so on many occasions. I really appreciate the whole team at Da Nang Moment for providing me with such a comfortable stay during my time in Da Nang. The only sad part is that I had to leave...but I will certainly return and stay here again:))

Really nice apt and clean, nice decoration and the owner is really good. They have a bistro moment for buffets very delicious. We will come back again next time
