What a great experience we had in the Hanami Hotel Danang. The staff was so pleasant, room extremely clean and service prompt. We got married after 18 years and this hotel served as the perfect backdrop for our instant honeymoon and a long overdue vacation. What a lovely boutique Hotel in Danang. I highly recommend this hotel and all of it’s beautiful amenities!

It was first time in this hotel in Danang. It was fabulous! Especially their hotel in everywhere was so clean! I haven’t seen any dust in my room. Every side of room was absolutely perfect! My fav Da nang hotel in my life.

No better 3* hotel in Danang than this place. Incredible service, delicious food and perfect location for shopping, restaurants and to enjoy the my khe beach. In addition to this, the hotel management team are simply fantastic and always at hand to help where necessary. Already stayed here a few times and will remain my first choice for time to come.

Hanami Hotel is the most pleasant hotel in Danang we have stayed in so far. The guest service agent was very efficient and helpful when we checked in. He even guided us to the elevator and showed us the location of the room. Best place to relax and unwind after travels ! Can't put into words how much we loved this place.we were treated so nicely by hotel staff.the rooms are spectacular!

This hotel is one of the newest in an ever developing Da Nang. It didn’t disappoint. The room was excellent. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing. Although it is a budget hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and made the extra effort to help with anything we needed. From to laundry services, to advice about where to go - they were great.The hotel is situated in a perfect location for tourism, close to the beach and near loads of local and more international style restaurants. We will come again.

Girls at the reception are very helpful and nice. Our stay was good. The rooms are a bit old. I gave it 4 stars for the size of the rooms, as it's about 7-15 meters less, than claimed. We lived in a deluxe room and apartment room, which are claimed to be 32 and 50 sq meters accordingly, but they were not more than 25 and 35 sq meters with bathroom and a balcony. Edited: when reading the 5stars reviews here it's easy to notice a lot of "one day accounts", which has only one review for this hotel, most of them have strange fake names. Disappointed.

No idea where this place gets such a high rating from, maybe we got the worst room or something. Our room was equipped with mold, chipped paint and stains on almost every inch of the walls , a simple paint job is easy enough. Really low grade work, drywall chipping on all edges.. Towels smelled like street water and even new ones did when we asked for them. Not a drop of hot water just barely warm. Cherry on top was the mouse under the bed... Super upset waste of money

Everything here is great. The staff is friendly and provides good recommendations. The room price is reasonable for its type. The breakfast is delicious, although the variety is not extensive. The hotel's proximity to the beach is convenient for taking the family for a swim, and there are some nearby seafood restaurants that serve fresh dishes.

Friendly polite staff, very affordable! Great central location near many bars, shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, with fridge, aircon, modern bathroom. Staff performed courtesy call to notify the room was ready before check-in. Great hotel.

We stayed at Hanami Hotel for two nights in July 2022. The only positive thing I can say about the room is that the air conditioning worked. I was frankly shocked at the state of the room given the number of positive reviews about this hotel. The room was not clean. Our bedsheets were heavily stained with lipstick, ashes, and god knows what else. The room stank of tobacco smoke and mold from the moment we walked in. We dealt with it the first night because we arrived very late, but the next day, we asked that the room be cleaned and the bed sheets changed. Our request to stay in another room was denied since the hotel was supposedly fully booked. After arriving back from the beach, we found that the bed linens had been folded but not changed. The same ashes and lipstick stains were still there. We asked again that the sheets be changed, and housekeeping was sent up to do so. The rest of the room did not appear to have been cleaned, other than folding the towels, that day. The fact that we had to ask twice and still did not have a clean room really bothered us, as we expect a 3-star hotel to at least fix any issues when asked. Hanami Hotel did not do that and certainly was not prompt about it. The rest of the room was in terrible shape. There were scuffs all the way up the walls (honestly, I’m not sure how someone scuffed things up that high) and a plaster crack running the entire horizontal length of the wall above the desk. The shower drained slowly. A random pipe in front of the shower leaked. Wallpaper was peeling and torn. The nightstands were dinged and the closet doors were warped. We could see hallway light around the edges of the entry door. Due to the issues we had getting the sheets changed, the denial of our request to change rooms, and the receptionist’s basic grasp of English (and our lack of Vietnamese), we did not bring this full list of concerns to their attention during our stay. Pick your battles. Despite the no smoking signs, someone was smoking a tobacco pipe in the hallway and/or another room in the middle of the night, causing smoke to leak into our room. The smell was terrible and we both woke up with sore throats. The hotel is noisy. We could hear people moving about and yelling at their children as late as 11 PM and as early as 6 AM. We had trouble sleeping due to the combination of noise and smoke. Our rate did not include breakfast. After our experience with the room, we were not inclined to explore the rest of the facilities. The beach is a short 7-minute walk away. There are several coffee shops nearby the hotel. The Dragon Bridge is a 35-minute walk. We absolutely do NOT recommend staying at this hotel. Even at a low price, we expect our bed to be clean and issues to receive attention. Neither was the case at Hanami Hotel. If we could give zero stars, we would.

I recently stayed at your hotel, which is located near My Khe Beach. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The rooms were clean and beautiful. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful attitude of all the staff members. They were always available to assist us with any inquiries we had. I am planning to visit again very soon because of the wonderful experience I had. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, just a few steps away for an evening swim. It only takes 10 minutes to reach the city center, and being close to the university area means there are plenty of affordable and delicious food options. The view is good, and the staff are friendly and cheerful. Given the chance, I will definitely come back here with my family.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Not only were the rooms beautiful and the food delicious, but the most important aspect was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Hương, in particular, provided us with a lot of assistance from check-in to check-out. It is this reason that we want to come back. Additionally, the uniforms of the front desk staff were also very attractive.

The room is a bit small, but it's understandable. The special thing about the toilet here is that the hotel is following a green living trend, so they do not proactively provide single-use items, and also encourage guests to reuse bath towels. All the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Thank you all very much.

I would give it more stars if possible. Everyone that we spoke to or had the pleasure to interact with were amazing. From the moment you are outside the hotel to checking in to breakfast, everything is of a high standard. Amazing breakfast, chefs are very talented and must try the omelette for breakfast. You feel like royalty, nothing is too much and the staff are friendly and always smiling. Top notch quality. Great attention to detail. Everything was so perfect and meticulously planned. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in Danang city. Really clean and comfortable room. Great to have a little kitchen to make something basic. We just stayed for one night but would have stayed longer if we needed to very happily. The bed was actually comfortable and staff very friendly.

The first time I stayed at a hotel and there was not a single point that I could criticize. Good location, wide road easy to park, hotel is beautiful and new. Both the checkin-out staff are very friendly and professional. The room is large, airy, clean and comfortable beyond expectations, minimalist furniture but still complete. Especially the mattress is extremely good sleep, does not sink and rustle when turning. And the price is too cheap compared to the quality of the room and service or other danang hotels. 100% sure next time I will still book a room here

Hanami Hotel Danang was SUPERB! It was an absolute treat staying in this hotel. All of their staffs was friendly and very helpful with sharing insights on where to go and what to do around the area. After a year, returning to Hanami hotel, I'm truly astonished. The room is more fully equipped than the last time I stayed. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner in my room, but ms.Thuy assisted us promptly. The breakfast was quite to our liking, both for me and my friends. Disappointment would be an understatement. Why? 1st impression: • poor hospitality (saw us struggling with the luggages, but offer no help) • could tell they didn't have a schedule for regular cleaning due to the dirty lobby floor & hand prints on the elevator door (still was there after 2 night stay) • stable wifi Room: • everywhere I look, there was a spot that was dirty (e.g. stain marks on curtains, pillow, kitchen sink, drawers...list goes on & on) • poor drainage in the bathroom • tear in the curtain • plug for the refrigerator didn't even fit into the outlet Overall: If you want to stay in a clean room, do NOT go here. The AC may work, but you may wake up with a sore throat like I did. Walkable distance to the beach, but you may have trouble sleeping due to people walking in the hallway or noises from the outside. Pick your battles.

The hotel facility and staff will make you feel very welcome. The room is very clean, spacious and with complete modern facilities you may need. The breakfast is excellent with plenty variety suitable for Western and Asian.

Good hotel in da nang. Room was spacious and clean. Blackout curtains were used so we had a really good sleep. TV was relatively big compared to the other hotels that we have stayed in Vietnam and also have more English channels. Staff were friendly and polite. Despite the language barrier, they tried their best to communicate with us.

Room with ocean view, very clean. The hotel has all the facilities that you'd need for a comfortable stay such as sauna, jacuzzi, etc. The location is great, across the beach. The buffet breakfast was decent. Great wifi speed if you need to work. I will come back

The hotel has great location for beach holidays. The breakfast is great with a huge choice of all kind of foods. You can get even a real coffee there. Beach is just a short walk across the street. If you fancy eating outside of the hotel there is a short walk to a street that in the evening is full of life and offers plenty choices of food.

The staff at the hotel are very hospitable and very helpful. Restaurant staff are very supportive. We had dietary restrictions and restaurant manager made sure we got it all through our stay. We were struggling to communicate for a taxi ride, hotel staff stepped in for help without asking for and got us the taxi. That is very appreciative and shows the culture and nature of employees. The infrastructure and cleanliness was impeccable. Loved the stay there.
