I stayed here for 3wks in 3 different rooms Pro: -spacious nice view (if you pay a premium price) -cleaning staff are nice -next to a lot of sugar cane stalls (mmmm) -lots of vacant rooms -hard bed (my preference) Con: -No elevator -No fridge -noisy construction especially with glass door/ windows -Dirty and infested with bugs -Old and Moldy (which they try to cover with new paint) -Stained sheets and towels -Restroom smelled like death! (No ventilation) -Very lazy office staff (did not help with luggage and had to ask multiple times for amenity like toiletries) -Horrible WiFi (kept cutting in and out even though we tried different rooms) -Premium prices (for a ghost area...) -Pushy on selling their cold beverages and food -Staff tend to lie or are misinformed -Weak ac unit (2-3hrs to cool down room) -Non premium room are claustrophobic with view of trash and walls (no city view like advertise)

I have stayed in many hotels around the price point around south east Asia and I have never even considered leaving a hotel before, even those that are very basic. Also, I never leave reviews, therefore me leaving a review says something. The rooms are claustrophobic and extremely depressing. The atmosphere of the hotel was so strange, hard to put my finger on what it was but everything just felt so off. The area it is in is derelict with nothing going on. It is across from the beach however, you have to cross a very busy road and it is not worth it. The bed is very uncomfortable and I was itchy all night and woke up the next day and I have never been so itchy. This is what finished it off for me. Terrible. My advice - spend a couple of extra £ a night and get a hotel that you can actually stay in. Otherwise, like me, you will end up having to pay for 2 hotels for the duration of your stay as you won’t want to stay here.

I loved staying here! I would definitely book here again. I stayed here on a business trip for 10 nights in August 2018 at $10 per night. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, neighborhood is safe, and it's across the street from the beach. There's hot water, freezing A/C, it's very quiet (I had interior room #302), and the hotel has cheap laundry service. Possible negatives for some travelers (but not me!): Beds are hard, there's no elevator, I had to use a translation app sometimes with the staff, and the hotel is away from tourist areas (10-15 minute taxi from city). Walk one block inland and you'll find many local restaurants, coffee shops, and lots of smiling locals saying hello and eager to practice English. Get up at 530 AM to see fishing boats selling their catch on the beach, locals exercising, and to just enjoy the Da Nang sunrise!

Very nice place with a weird couch to sit on, the couch made the room more expensive and wasn’t worth the extra expense, when I walked in, there was a chocolate coin squished into the floor with several ants crawling everywhere, once I got rid of the chocolate mess I found that the ants were just crawling up into the bed.

Located across a beach. Bit far from the city center. The room has a TV which works and has lots of American movie. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Rooms are not very sound proof. Quiet from midnight to 6am. You hear rooster around 4 am. Staff are friendly. Hot water shower and AC works well. Price is around $9 a night approx so it's good value when I stayed but ofcourse can change.

For the reasonable budget, this is a good place to stay. They have clean rooms with all the basic amenities such as towel, soap, toothpaste etc. In addition, they provide TV and air conditioner in the room. For those, who want to take hot water shower, warm water is available too. One can buy some snacks, water and beer from the reception. Moreover, there are couple of markets nearby where one can eat and do shopping. The location of this motel is beach side. However, this beach side is not clean and used by mostly fisherman. The staff is humble and helpful. I enjoyed the stay here.
