Clean and a 5 minute walk to the beach. However, there was a lot of construction going on and i would have expected a discount for the noise, but there was none. Still set at an ok price, so i went with it.

Not such a good stay here air-conditioner in the room leaked on our bags and cloths when we told reception she said move to another room and bring me back the key.. The room she gave us stank of mold and had loads of flies in the room, when we were not happy with this she said you move tomorrow, after not agreeing she moved us to a triple room with a window which was good! Overall the hotel staff are lazy leaving bedding in elevators and the stairwells you can't walk downstairs as it's used as a cleaning cubbard so blocking it The hotel would be better if the staff took more care of the place and were not lazy

Simple, nice hotel with hot shower. A cheap place to be stuck during the typhoon. A window or breakfast would've been nice though.

Comfortable bed but walls and bathroom are worn out. Amazing and English-speaking staff 24/7. Bonus points for having an elevator. There's an ongoing construction just beside the hotel when i stayed so bear with the noise.

Lovely staff, though very noisy place. We were on the seventh floor and we heard the elevator bell constantly (which can be quite disturbing and annoying at night and early in the morning), as well as noisy from the corridor and other rooms. The bed wasn't comfy at all, the springs would hurt our backs. The laundry service was quite good, as well as their customer service.

Everything very pleasing. Good Service (when you need it), Nice and clean room. Some rooms without a window.

Absolute Hotel. I stayed Valentine for 1 night. I feel very satisfy and comfortable when i stayed here. Friendly staff, nice room and near beach. Highly recommend for visitor.

First of all they wanted to keep my passport under their custody, which I didn't get why. Second, the place literally stinks. Also I don't think they really care about the cleanliness and found used Sanitary napkins under the toilet sink. The most disgusting think is the front desk staff doesn't understand basic English like "what's the checkout time".

Be careful your booking could be cancelled and be aware of the reviews! We arrived at the hotel and found that we did not have a reservation even though we had a confirmation voucher because we had paid in full. They told us it wasn't their problem and to check with the company that booked it. We of course left to find out that the hotel had reported us as no shows when our agent called to ask about our reservation (that means the hotel kept the funds). They didn't ask for our booking ID and confirmation code even though we showed them the document. Notice the reviews that are positive are done by people who had one review and around the same timeframe. The person who gave it one star below and who has 8 reviews seems more authentic. Just check the complete list of reviews o know I wish I had.

One of the most fantastic hotel in Da Nang. The hotel is very cozy with a clean and comfortable room. The staff is so friendly and kind. The site is so convenient, it's very close to the beach and not far away the city center. Overall, this is a nicest hotel I've been with an affordble rate.
