We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Scarlett Boutique Hotel. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us book the next steps of our trip and arranged everything for us while making our stay extremely comfortable. They guarded our luggage while we enjoyed a last day in the centre and gave us complementary water for our bus trip. All of this with a smile! On top of this the hotel is extremely well located. It is at walking distance from various dinner and drink locations, and located away from the street for a quiet sleep. Definitely enjoyed our stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel, als a big thanks to the lovely staff!

Very nice boutique hotel in great location. Very close (approximately 300 meters) from restaurants and bars quarter that on weekend evenings are available only for pedestrians and bikes but it is far enough not to hear any music or noise from there. Nice and well maintained room, very clean. Very professional personnel, smiling and supportive. Good quality WiFi and very good breakfast. Highly recommended for a short stay in Hue.

The 2% surcharge they request for using the credit card to pay the bill, I balked, they changed their mind and removed. I didn't feel very comfortable here. The room was small and it had an huge over-stuffed chair, not practical. In the shower the lower section of tiles were dark, I expect needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was only okay. While talking with other guests they up the background music, talking was too much noise; I accept the breakfast area is small. Some of the staff was nice, doorman, but hospitality is lacking or veneer, IMO.

Quiet and quaint little boutique hotel. All the staff are so friendly and happy to help. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a cold face cloth to chill off. Rooms are small but well appointed. Bathrooms were stocked with nice amenities. They have a sister hotel called the Orchid but it's in the middle of all the bars, the Scarlett is just around the corner and tucked away so its much quieter. Look for the sign on the side of the road as the hotel is set back and cannot be seen from the street. Breakfast had both Western and Vietnamese options.

Very VERY good hotel. Excellent service and a friendly reception, not pushy into what you should do but really honest and friendly advice. Rooms are great with the best bed we experienced thus far. Shower was also very good and the room looked clean. Breakfast was good and well arranged, not a not buffet style, you had to order the day before which is fine. Location is great for restaurants and bars. The Palace is a 30 min walk which is a good max distance.

Everything was great about this hotel, staff were adorable and so keen to help you having the best time in the city. Location is excellent to walk to pretty much everywhere. Breakfast was tasty as well. Room was big and bed was very very comfortable. They gave suggestions of restaurants, dealt with bike rental and even helped with the ride through Hai Van pass. 5 stars. Highly recommend, a special shout out to "Sky" who took care of us during our stay.

Let me tell you, this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The service was great, we rented a motor bike right from the hotel. They provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning. It's in a great location close to lots of food and attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the Scarlett Boutique Hotel, the room was clean and the beds are comfy. The staff ist very attentive and kind. The breakfast is very good. We wold definitely recommend this Hotel!

The Scarlett Boutique Hotel was amazing. The staff were so knowledgeable and very willing to help us in any way they could. Whether it be tips on where to eat and what to see, or giving us directions to places and ordering taxis and booking drivers, they catered to our every need. It was also very well priced for the quality of the room and amenities, and the service we received. Ruby was very great and really helped us out during our whole stay. The hotel is very well located - it’s only 2 minutes to walk to the famous Hue Walking Streets. If we ever travel back to Hue, we will definitely stay here!

The hotel is in the city center. It is 5-10 minutes walking distance to most of the recommended restaurants in the area and tourist spots such as the Imperial City which can be reached by car or motorbike in 10 minutes. The other notable temples are 20 minutes by car or motorbike. We loved our stay here! The bed is really comfortable and the room is clean. The staff are excellent! They are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I left my suitcase cover in the wardrobe and they are very kind to have delivered in Hoi An the same day I informed them about it. All in all it was a wonderful stay due to the wonderful service of the staff. Highly recommended.

In the heart of the entertainment area but tucked away from the noise! Staff were superb. Room was great with everything perfect. Shower was also great. The room was a decent size but because of the abundance of furniture, seemed a little small, but that was my fault, I should have chosen the bigger room, which I will on my next trip to Hue. All in all, this was one of the best value for money hotels I have ever visited. I will definitely return

We stayed for 4 nights in this cosy hotel and enjoyed it very much. Rooms and amenities were absolutely fine and well-maintained and the beds are soft and comfy. We didn’t have breakfast included, so we can’t comment on that. But we loved the daily fresh fruit that was delivered by housekeeping - never had that before! All the staff did an outstanding job, they spoke good English, helped us with planning, rented out a very good motorbike and were always up to a chat. 5 stars from us and a definite recommendation 😊.

Excellent hotel! The location is great, very central and the staff is more than wonderful. Sky, the hotel staff is awesome! She gave us great food recommendations. The room is cozy and the bed is just right. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms at this hotel were adorable. It had the most comfortable bed an pillows of my whole trip in Vietnam. The whole staff were amazing special shoutout to Sky. Breakfast was great plenty to choose from. The location was fantastic and down a little lane off a main street, this was great as it made it quieter. Can not recommend enough would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast was super delicious. I had the best baguette in this hotel! Very nice and helpful staff. One down side: no bidet in toilet.

Highly recommend this hotel! I’m traveling with my husband and we booked a room through Agoda for three nights, "Superoir queen bed". We got room 603. The room is dark blue and the color is relaxing for the eyes. The room has a classic French design. The bed is surprisingly comfortable and they have a mattress topper. The location is very central. There is a walking street 5 minutes away, with many good restaurants and nightclubs. Recommend the Madam thu restaurant. There are two of them. The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. They come with good recommendations. In addition, you get free fruit every day after they have cleaned the room.

Everybody in the Scarlett Boutique Hotel has been lovely to us. We came late at night without transportation and plans for the next day and they managed to find us a great tour to see the entire city plus the transportation to Hoi An. They also offered us a very tasty breakfast which was not included. Thank you Ruby for all the help organizing everything. Thank you Sky for your politeness and hospitality. Lovely hotel in a perfect location with everything on the doorstep. The room was slightly on the small side, but was very comfortable and nicely decorated, with everything you would need. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, recommending how to make the most of our short stay in Hue and suggesting some very tasty vegetarian restaurants. Thank you for the great stay!

To begin with, the staff were very helpful. They helped us in modifying our bookings after arriving at the hotel without any additional charges. They also guided us well on how to explore hue. Breakfast was great. Hotel is also in a very good location, close to the city centre. Can walk around and explore. Rooms were clean and would definitely recommend this hotel

Our family had a great stay there. Rooms are clean and well equipped, very nice interior. We did not expect to have that good quality with very acceptable price. Hotel located in central location surrounded with local delicacies food. Staffs were nice and helpful. I would rate this hotel 10+ / 10

Wrong map! (I put the correct one under “REAL Scarlett hotel”). Need to walk through small alley. Not far from night Street. Good looking room but old smell. The manager recommended a good restaurant in area for us.

Extremely worth time to stay here. - Location is ideal, near the centre and entertainment area. - My stay was perfect, the facility was pleasant with comfortable bed and else. I like the lemongrass room fragrant, very cozy. - The staff were very friendly and warmly welcome. Highly recommend. Excellent option in Hue.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Breakfast was very good as well as the rooms. But the best thing was the staff, everyone was very helpful and made our stay wonderful. We hired a guided tour in Hue through them which I highly recommend (imperial city and tombs) Phi was our guide and she was great. We also hired with them a car towards Hoi An through the Van pass and the marble mountains, Dang was our driver and he was superb! Thanks Scarlett boutique for giving us a very nice experience!

Stayed here for 3 nights, what a gem in Hue! Conveniently located, only 7-10 minutes drive from Hue train station, easy to get around with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Super comfortable beds, clean & quiet room. A solid 4 star compared to lots of budget hotels in Vietnam. Staff were exceptional, good English, very attentive and thoughtful services. With the price this is a such a steal for the quality of service. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality hotel in Hue!

Nice boutique hotel with a dark French setting but not scary. Relatively new and cosy. Near the walking street which is awesome and near Pasteur brewery. Friendly staff and accommodated to our late check out so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. Nestled in the back lane from the Main Street gives it a thumbs up on noise level. 👍👍👍would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel, for the price and in general. Location is about as ideal as it gets, right in the middle of the primary tourist area and walking distance from the citadel main city market. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel makes it easy to book tours or transportation. They gave us some great recommendations for the city. Wetayed in the queen rooms, not very big but sufficient for two people. Room was very clean. We did laundry through the hotel and our clothes came back same day at a reasonable price. Breakfast was included in our rate, I would rate it as just okay. The eggs and noodles we're good, but the buffet items less so.

Great stay at the Scarlett Boutique. Location is good, quiet because it is slightly down an alleyway. Staff is extremely helpful and speaks English very well. Breakfast was good, pretty on par with similar hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Room was nice, could have been a little cleaner there was dust around the side tables and back of the bed. Mini bar was cheap though! Massages were good, the 'deep tissue body massage' could have been much firmer though! Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Great value for the price! Good location - set back from the road a little so look out for sign! Rooms were clean, okay sized (if you only have two medium max cases) and bed very comfy. Nice bathroom and decent sized shower. Staff were friendly without being overbearing. Breakfast was okay but limited options for veggie/vegans. They did supply soya milk on request but it was super sweet! A lot of the breakfast food and drink seemed quite sweet. The breakfast area is small but stylish. Didn't try the spa. Room was quiet too. Didn't rate Hue in comparison to other places we visited in Vietnam, but that's nothing to do with this hotel. Would recommend.
