From
the
moment
I
stepped
into
the
cafe,
the
scent
of
mango
filled
my
nostrils
and
made
me
uncomfortable.
Later,
when
my
family
and
I
wanted
to
enjoy
some
delicious
buttery
brioche,
we
chose
a
secluded
corner
to
sit.
However,
a
staff
member
approached
us
and
denied
us
the
opportunity
to
eat.
This
left
me
bewildered,
especially
in
front
of
my
two
daughters,
as
I
couldn't
understand
why
a
nearby
table
was
allowed
to
enjoy
their
mango
while
we
were
not
allowed
to
have
our
brioche.
The
manager's
response
regarding
the
"no
strong-smelling
food
allowed"
policy
and
the
absence
of
a
sign
prohibiting
outside
food
only
added
to
my
surprise
and
dissatisfaction.
The
manager
claimed
it
was
the
"establishment's
rule,"
yet
refused
to
show
me
the
actual
policy
and
mentioned
that
it
was
the
owner's
directive
to
not
allow
eating
inside
the
cafe.
During
our
conversation,
I
politely
requested
to
have
our
drinks
returned
and
promptly
left
the
premises.
The
manager
continued
to
display
their
discomfort
by
stating
that
the
payment
was
non-refundable.
Finally,
after
a
considerable
wait,
we
received
our
beverages.
I
genuinely
cannot
empathize
with
the
situation
we
encountered.
LSTAND
COFFEE
managed
to
ruin
what
could
have
been
a
fantastic
Sunday
for
my
family.
Professionalism,
quality
service,
and
respect
for
customers
are
vital
aspects
of
a
coffee
shop
experience.
Clearly,
this
particular
cafe
fell
short
in
meeting
those
expectations.
