This place has HUGE potential but after over a year of opening, it still feels incomplete. It urgently needs a revision of management. The place could be the best holiday complex of Vietnam. .. like i said, HUGE potential. However, on arrival you are simply given your key and room number. No map, no information, no opening times of restaurants etc... first day I went down for breakfast at 9:30... by the time I found a restaurant selling food, I didn't get to it til 9:50, at which point they'd sold out. Next time to eat within the whole complex is lunch (12:00)! I was starving so tried to head to the next place of food, which is Đà Nẵng city centre. .. However, this is where it becomes an absolute nightmare. .. there is no service to the city, getting a taxi takes +30 minutes to order, and then you have a 30 minute taxi drive... getting back is also a challenge as no taxi driver wants to drive all the way to the cocobay complex. For this place to be enjoyable, you MUST hire a car, and be ready to ask for all information you need. 2nd day I spent an hour asking for all the information to be printed... starting with a map, opening times of each restaurant (note, most restaurants are not open everyday), multiple numbers of taxi numbers as grab will not accept from this location, and information on simple things like the buggy to get to the beach as that is also far away from the complex and nobody mentions a buggy service on arrival. I sincerely hope this place gets a full review of how it is managed and perhaps employment of staff that know how to provide a service as I said before, the complex itself is amazing, just sad it is always empty and none of it is open to be used. It really is a multi billion dollar complex in the absolute middle of nowhere with most of its amazing restaurants and other places of entertainment closed... i would have said a perfect place for a small family to get away from the city for a week.. however, I also didn't see any social activities whatsoever during my whole week stay...

It' a nice place but not convenience for transportation, it's far from Da Nang Center, their swimming pool is cool

The hotel room is really small but it does have adequate amenities. Cocobay is still a new site so there are not a lot to do inside the area. Young travelers that will spend the entire day exploring Danang and Hoian can book this room as it is fairly cheap. It is quite far from the city centre however, there is a bus service but only runs every 45 minutes till 8 or 9pm

The facilities is quite good but not comfortable. The toilet and bathroom share 1 door and too small for space to hang clothes in bathroom. Have to take electronic car to the beach because it is quite far and have to cross the big road. Room key system is too bad, only 1 main key can use, the spare one usually doesn't work. Twin room is too small. The sink is outside and not logical for using. The service isn't good, twin room with 2 guests but they set only 1 towel, and I have to ask for 1 more every day. The swimming pools are too small and low water level, only for kids. The walls aren't soundproof and people in room can hear people outside talking and vice versa. The hotel area is still in construction so it looks not good.

We got a discount voucher from Oh vacation to stay in a Superior Room for 3 days 2 nights for 650,000 VND (supposedly reservation fee). We were excited about this trip. However, when we got to the hotel, the room was not cleaned properly. There's hairs and dirt on the floor. We tried to call reception to ask about it, it took them almost half an hour to have someone up to our room. The cleaning people then proceeded to clean the room right when we were still in it, without telling us to go outside or anything. After cleaning, it still doesn't live up to what we were advertised to. So we decided to just leave without asking for any refund. The reception at least was nice enough after we decided to leave. They wanted to upgrade our room, but we thought that it wouldn't matter because it's probably not much better than the one we're supposed to stay in.

The room was not bad, nice cleanliness and sightseeings around are nice to walk. Close to beach. The price compares to others a bit expensive. Buffer meal packages are available. Only one thing needs to improve is customer service. The staff need to be trained more profession, more polite manners and must smile more.

Nice, small but enough comfortable room..if you plan to move around all the time, it's good economical choice...BUT.. IT'S 100% local place.. breakfast is Vietnamese stile..also it's very noisy, Vietnamese they don't respect nobody, making noise all the time, screaming, knocking, running.. since 6.30 am to 1am..

The owner of this hospitality had appropriated my money for a long period time and not promised to pay up to now. I will not recommend this place to my friends. It is the shame to talk about it! 2nd time: Though I got back my money on Oct 18th but I would not recommend this place to my friends until the management is changed.

Amazing stay here - great location with free shuttle to the beach which arrived within 3 minutes every time we requested it. Delicious breakfast buffet each day, wide variety. Clean, modern rooms with free water and sodas every day. Beach was lovely and quiet, nice beach club we can use. Good variety of restaurants on site - Holy Pig and Cococita were particularly delicious. Couldn’t fault our stay here, a lovely break from HCMC.

The service is not good at all. I told them to clean up my room in the morning but they did not do anything. I called and ask them to fix the wifi but they said they had no idea what happening with it, which made me totally speechless. The room in general is kinda small and not too convenient. Moreover, it took them so long to do anything. I just recommend you guys to come and visit this place and have fun at the festivals, but not to stay here.

Entertainment Center, Shopping mall, Hotels and Appartmemts. The quality of the buildings are quite simple. Still under construction. Its near the beach and for a short visit with the family and kids ok. Personally I could not image to life or stay in such complex.

Far from city The room is not quite convenient to use

The place has good accommodation and clean. But it has some cons: far away from the city, lack of service and staff, only few buildings are finished, lots of buildings are still on hold

Many times call me for free stay 2 nights, but after searching on internet, I found out it is a trap and very bad service room. So I think they are do it for a purpose and repeat it. Customer need quality, not discount only with bad service.
