One of the few temples included in the ticket so it is worth a short visit to admire the building style and catch a glimpse of the lifestyle of Vietnamese in the past. As with most Vietnamese temple and building, they are rather simple in design and most of the artefacts are gone. The building are usually kept as closed to the original conditional as possible so it may look rather jaded.

Skip this. Does not compare with most of the sights in this amazing old town. All the interesting stuff has been removed.

Cam Pho Communal House is one of the more than 20 cultural attractions in Hoi An that embodies pure Vietnamese architecture. Although there may not be as much to see here as in other locations, it is recommended a visit to support the sole employee who oversees ticket sales, maintenance, gardening, and providing information to visitors about the communal house. As he works alone, he rarely takes a break, viewing his job as more of a community service than regular employment.

The ticket person is very nice. There is a washroom inside. It is small inside the place though.
