I was looking forward to having a pleasant evening by SUNDAY BBQ with my friends who came to Danang to meet me in two years. When I went to the AZURE restaurant, staff asked me I had booked.. and I saw my table on the reservation list was fixed. Despite booking 4 days in advance, the staff provided dark corner seat. We felt hotter as soon as we sat down and asked for a change of seat, but did not allow it because it was a reserved seat. (But the place I asked for was empty until the end of the meal) The restaurant was getting hot&humidity. As soon as we complained to the staff, all kinds of complaints began to appear at the tables around us. It was like a disaster movie!!!!! The staff only brought one big fan and could not accommodate all guests. Complaints were even more intense.. After another guest told to bring the manager, the manager came to us. the restaurant manager apologized, but not all guests enjoyed their meals. After the manager had gone, there were three fans, but they had to struggle to connect them. When one worked, the other two went out. Continue to repeat... Is the restaurant at Pullman Resort ever operating this way everyday? If not ready to operation, should not welcome guests. The restaurant, which is managed by Accor rather than the domestic company in Vietnam, did not even imagine that it would operate at such a low level. Five Star Hotel Worst Terrible Experience

We had lunch here and really enjoyed the experience. There is a kids playground on the beach metres fom the restaurant, so you can enjoy your meal while they play. Nice selection of casual style food and great drink selection. Service was pretty good with a busy lunchtime crowd at the time we visited.

Good: private beach, decent swimming pool with showers, lockers and professional lifeguards. Wasn't crowded even on the weekends. Bad: food and drinks were atrocious. The cocktail menu was laughably small. My mojito tasted like watered-down lime juice. The Kung Pao chicken and sour shrimp were honestly the worse meals I've had during my stay in Da Nang. On top of that, service was super slow. I waited 30+ minutes for my drink in a nearly empty restaurant. I can't fathom how a hotel of this caliber can offer food this bad.

Food wise, this restaurant was so-so. It tasted not very good, but it was not substandard or anything. I wouldn’t eat here again. Something I do recommend you getting is the Pho Boy- the second photo! It’s amazing according to my friend and I totally buy it. It is rather pricey- granted it’s hotel grade quality food, but I feel it’s overpriced and not worth the money. We paid like around 195,000 dong for a main each, when much cheaper and better alternatives exist around the city. #NotForMe.

We had a short stay at the Pullman but took in every experience we could including dining. We had lunch here twice during our stay. The pho and mi quang were good dishes but we prefer the local food stalls better. Their other dishes were great. My husband had a delicious steak and I had their fried calamari. We tried their diet coke float with vanilla ice cream. And a very refreshing fresh watermelon juice. We dined inside with the aircon, it was much nicer. They will serve you outside as well. If you are poolside or at one of the beach cabanas. Excellent service every time. Staff is incredibly friendly.

Nice restaurant and bar inside pullman danang resort. Good food choices with a nice comfortable setup. A bit pricey, but it's as expected to their standard that is maintained. Quiet place to enjoy a light evening

Fancy beach lounge with a beautiful view. Resort prices, for sure. The Scottish GM is a real delight if you get the chance to meet him.

A stunning view would leave you and/or your spouse/companion not just speechless, but also breathless. All year round fantastic experience. Highly recommended. Do not have to be a guest to enjoy this beauty. Have had easily walked in from the beach. Nice clean kitchen.

The price is high compared to the food quality but considering the environment and service, they deserve it.

We’ve been back more than once. The pho burger was tasty, though it’s the dressing that’s Vietnamese and not the burger itself (l thought the meat patty had pho in it😅). The Hokkaido scallops, calamari and lobster bisque were good too.

This is located inside the Pullman beach resort and i visited multiple times. I recommend trying the seafood stir fried noodles, spaghetti bolognese, and chocolate milkshake. For dessert I tried the chocolate melting ball and it has raspberry syrup! The food was tasty, the staff was friendly and the beach is right outside so you can dine indoor or outdoor.
