Came upon this place few days back while looking for local food in Da Nang. Located in a small lane behind the main road. Chill place and the food are fresh. Tried the stir fry beef with noodles and its good with lots of vegetables. Taste is not overly flavoured. The owner also served a complimentary passion fruit planted by them.

I was walking by when I saw the sign for this place. It’s tucked away, but definitely worth a stop. The vegetarian food I had was DELICIOUS, as was the passion fruit and egg coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful, too. They get all of their ingredients locally from the market and their farm. Soooo good!!

New Family run business. Original flavor from Hue, old capital of Vietnam. Fresh foods. Nice decoration. Resonable price. Give it a try!

Amazing food. Amazing hospitality. Tofu with tomatoes was really good. They are willing to offer food outside the breakfast menu showing they cater to customers’ needs. Big thanks to Fin.

My family had Emo's dishes 3times in 3days XD. we loved and inspired their cooking style; a very fresh vege, simple and neat taste. traditional but Emo has creative recipe such like pork or chicken dish with passionfruit sauce. They are lovely and nice people and look like happy.

The rest of my group decided to pass on breakfast today so I headed out on my own to get a quick mid-morning bite. I decided to walk to this place since it advertised as serving authentic central VN food and I am very glad I did, it's a hidden gem worth seeking out. I only ordered the pork on lemongrass and Hue spring rolls, both were a pleasant surprise in taste and quality. I could have eaten everything but decided to take some back as leftovers for my group in the hopes of convincing them to have dinner there (after eating they immediately asked how far a walk it is). The complimentary home grown passion fruit served with the bill was delicious. I chatted with the owner for a bit, she's from Hue and uses family recipes to promote authentic local cuisine. With the development of Da Nang and associated influx of influences from all over Vietnam, its getting harder to find authenticity. If interested in this, or just delicious quality food in general, head to EMO's.

One of the best meals of my life, hands down no doubt about it! Very lovely waitress and a beautiful restaurant atmosphere. We ordered 4 things without realising how generous the portion sizes are so come with an empty stomach to prepare for one of the best dining experiences. Reasonably priced for such quality food, will be back!

The ambience was perfect, less crowded plenty of space a quite and warm place to dine in. The wine was too tasteful !! (Fruit wine ) and as usual huda beer tops it. The food was served hot and fast, very accommodating staff. They explain on how to eat to newbies like me. And very friendly they speak English and conversation starters. The food verdict :- tasty on the notch ( do not go with a Michelin mindset since they serve authentic Vietnamese food ) Ambience :- great kept it balanced nothing fancy !!!

Amazing food and great service. The restaurant has a very plain decor but dishes we received were so well presented as in a top price restaurant. Not only well presented but tasty above our expectations. All were full of flavour and with quality ingredients. We took: garlic & butter prawns, passionfruit fish (surprising but hugely recommended) and vegan spring rolls (delicious). The owner was extremely friendly and waitress nice and polite. We would come back there again.

Simply prepared food. Friendly chef and nice art pieces in the restaurant. Emo's Special Rice is quite nice. Noodles were quite plain though. Spinach and shrimp soup were also refreshing. The area is dark and quiet at night so we didn't feel safe walking through. Suggest coming during lunch if you are alone.

Delicious lunch at EMOs, we had Vietnamese pancakes, Shrimp in Tamarind sauce, Pork ribs in Tamarind sauce and Morning glory in garlic. Family run hotel and restaurant, really like lovey. Rooms look nice, May stay here next time we’re in DaNang. Plus they take credit card for lunch.

Had a wonderful lunch on my first day in Danang. The highlighted dish has to be the vegan fried spring roll! It was crunchy on the first bite and juicy filling, love the ginger kick. The stir fry tofu eggplant was delicious.

Six stars. Never wrote a review right after eating. This was phenomenal. As a Vietnamese American I was raised on Vietnamese food and this was just so good. Our VN trip has taken us from Hanoi to Hoi An and now da nang and this might top it especially for the wide spread that they offer. Service was phenomenal. They cancelled an order after we realized the portions were huge. The ambience is homely and cool. Not a hole in the wall which made me surprised to eat such good food from a modern looking place. 10/10 would come back. We ordered the fried spring rolls, special rice, lemongrass chicken skewers (wow), and shrimp with passion fruit.

Food is very good with the size just about right. However, the speed they serve is concerning. You need to wait for the dish one after another until you forget what you have order.

Excellent service and the freshest of seafood. We had sweet and sour squid and the seafood noodles. Lovely ambience in the restaurant also. Highly recommend.

Nice authentic vietnamese cuisine! They got homey ambience and quieter area than the usual restaurants nearby. We love the lemongrass pork skewer and tilapia passion fruit 🤍 Highly recommend!

I loved the lighting, design, decor and overall vibes of this place! We came for dinner around 7pm and it was nice and peaceful. The staff and waiter were all super friendly, and helped us take a few photos as well. The food was quite nice; it felt home-cooked and yet very well presented. The chicken we ordered was a little too dry for our liking, however. Overall a great meal in a quiet spot and very English-friendly!

Emo’s restaurant was an absolute delight to dine at. The food was very delicious and both my boyfriend who had seafood, and myself who is vegan, were satisfied with the range of options. The service was exceptional - so friendly, chatty and they even gave us some free fruit. The price for what we got was excellent. The only tiny downside was that the table was slightly dirty - but it was outside after a dry dusty day. I really recommend going here and we had a really great time!

What we ordered: 1. Ginger chicken : pack a punch of ginger, very aromatic 2. Caramelised pork belly: heavenly. The fats melts in your mouth. 3. Morning glory : good, not salty 4. Seafood noodle : love it, tastes like yee mee back in Malaysia comes with plenty of seafood as well. 5. Spring rolls : we think it’s alright All in all, great food, worth the try.

Nice restaurant. The tofu was amazing. The spring rolls were different but the taste wasn't there. Plus they were super oily. But try their tofu. It is truly superb.

I’m satisfied with the quality of the seafood. Passion fruit prawn dish and baked claypot fish was interesting, something unique. Plenty of vegan options too. However i found the fish a tad salty to my tastebuds. Good friendly service, great ambiance. Clean toilet.

I recommend their fried spring rolls, they are the best I have had in Vietnam so far. The chicken was also nice. I found it strange that the starters and main courses were exactly the same price, as well as the order in which the meals arrived was a little hectic. They have these very big plates for the meals presentation but if you are in a group of 4, the table would barely have the space to fit them all.

Just had a delicious late lunch here. I had crispy pork pancake and vegetable noodles, it all tasted very good. It wasn't busy when I went and I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and kind. I paid approx 200,000 dong for my meal including a drink which I think was very reasonable. I would recommend this to anyone as they have a good range of meat and veggie dishes.

Visited Emo’s for the first time today and I will absolutely be back. We started with the coconut coffee which was perfectly creamy and delicious. The eggplant cooked in onion oil is what dreams are made of. It was the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy. We also loved the fish cooked in a passion fruit sauce. Definitely stop by Emo’s if you get the chance!

What a lovely place this is! Located just close to Danang beach, this was one of the most delightful dinners I have had in Vietnam. The owner is amazing and we talked for an entire hour discussing about Vietnamese and Indian cultures. Already marked on my itinerary for the next trip to Vietnam. The restaurant also provides Vegan options!

The restaurant is situated within 20 minutes walking distance from the beach but it is one of the recommended and best restaurants in the city. The restaurant offers drinks, and vegan, vegetarian, and nonvegetarian cuisine at affordable prices. The restaurant has fresh and delicious ingredients for the cuisine and serves one of the best seafood noodles soup. The restaurant has positive vibes with good music in the background, paintings, books shelves, and cozy and comfortable dining areas. The staff and owner are kind and friendly and can speak bilingual very well. The restaurant has a washroom. The opening hour is 11 am to 9 pm. They accept debit and credit cards without any extra transaction fees. Recommended- Vegan pancake, seafood noodles with coconut coffee.

Had the chicken in fish sauce, fried tofu with passion fruit sauce and the lem nui. The dishes were all unique and was the first time we came across them. All of them tasted really good and the portions were plenty for two. The restaurant is located at a quiet street which can be quite dark at night.

Amazing authentic Vietnamese food, made with real love and attention to detail. The owners clearly love their job, they have a passion for sharing tradition, and will happily explain each dish to you if they have the time. A really wonderful place!

It was blessed with incredible location which was near My Khe beach. Another significant characteristic was that cozy place and airy spacious. It accquire a reputation for seafood and drink, both of them is so scrumptious that was tasty and felt fresh and made with care and attention. All suited to my appetite I would highly recommend this place for my friends and definitely return here in the future. 1 especial point that i was found that the staff here very handsome like a actor in Hollywood :) Check it out now

Food was really tasty. But on the pricier side, as you could get a decent com ga (chicken rice) on the streets for 30k vnd. See menu attached.

The place is very cute and the staff is nice but food is just average. I can recommend spring rolls as they are really delicious but everything else we have tried (special fried rice and some noddles) was very mediocre.

Wednesday, 4pm. It was a little windy but we sat near the entrance. We ordered drinks and two pumpkin soups with prawns. We got a bowl and two serving dishes, so we started eating and it tasted alright so we decided to order fried rice, steamed rice, garlic and chilli morning glory and a local specialty fish served with tomato and pineapple. ....It was only after ordering our main meal that our second pumpkin soup showed up. Our fried rice then turned up by itself, but it had no flavour, and we noticed the distinct use of frozen vegetables (chewy carrots). Our rice and 'garlic and chilli' morning glory turned up after we finished the fried rice and it was lacking flavour (because we heard it being microwaved while we were eating the fried rice), but we started eating, not knowing when the fish would turn up. We asked for soy sauce because the food in front of us was remarkably tasteless. I'm going to say right now that we were the only people in the restaurant during this time. About 30 minutes later, our fish was served and the chef came to apologise. We would have rather the food came all out at once rather than bit by bit as we ordered it at the same time but we had finished eating and wanted to leave. When we finished our meal, the waiter arrived and gave us our bill, a cool 302,000 vnd for our meal, which wasn't bad. We paid and were about to leave but were told by the waiter they had made a mistake and we needed to pay more. Another 98,000 for those soups. We paid and left. We aren't going back. For that money, we could have gotten much better food elsewhere. Cocktails might be good.
