Good views but that’s about it - the hotel feels overcrowded, the lifts take about 10-15 minutes on average to go up and down fully loaded because it’s stopping at every other floor. Pool is nothing to shout about despite the photos, and very crowded. Bathrooms are a little old and grotty. I’m a Marriott member but I have to say the Hilton on the other side of the bridge was 100% a better experience, in terms of service and ambience!

False advertising. Rude representatives. Westerners take advertising seriously, yet this hotel does not. Offers posted with no time limit are indefinite until they are replaced. The advertisement states 2 million and for 50 days to local residents, with 3 - and 6-month options too. As of 7th March, no replacements have been made for such offers as evidenced . Yet, the staff will reprimand you for failing to understand that the offer no longer exists based upon their whimsical decision making. This is quite a poor service, and how I was spoken to was truly shocking. As a frequent traveller and guest at fine hotels, I can only say that this is really not quality service, and moreover reflects an attitude much less competitive to other hotels within the same vicinity such as the newly opening Radisson. Think twice before placing a booking at this hotel.

Best hotel with outstanding services. The location is absolutely perfect on the beach side... The rooms are nice and big in size , best amenities. All needed amenities available in the room... Best hotel with best restaurant, rooftop swimming pool with sea view .. My room also has a sea view . We stayed here for three nights... The hospitality of Vietnamese people is superb. Always ready for your warm welcome. We have no words to explain the hotel's amazing services... Everything is amazing . The hotel staff is very helpful. Don't forget to enjoy Vietnamese cold coffee ☕... I enjoy it a lot here .. Best of luck four points by Sheraton hotel Danang make my holidays unforgettable experience. I travel so many countries. But Vietnam is different from others only it's nice hearted people's... Visit again

Clean and proper hotel. The view is great. Not near the beach, but we are good with it. Staff are friendly and really nice. The room is clean. Location is quite far out but that is where you get the quiet environment. Breakfast does have a large variety. But be warned, that it can get real crowded during peak morning hour.

Right across from the ocean and beach access. Amazing sea views and hotel was clean, and fresh and friendly. Special shout out to the F&B staff, and Mr. Peter who made our dinner and breakfast memorable. Excellent service from the front desk staff. Will stay again. I stayed in room 2003, a room with a view. Like and follow for more amazing places to see and visit around the World.

Bad service - rude staff, not accommodating or flexible, and no travel desk for help with local attractions or questions. The hotel itself is fine, but beware of the elevators. It took 10++ minutes to go downstairs from floor 24 in the morning because the elevators are so slow. We could barely catch an elevator and had to crowd in, then the elevators would proceed to stop at every floor on the way down even though they were already full. I started trying to use the stairs but those are also awful - not only really dirty but also hazardous with uneven steps and low ceilings. The pool facilities close at 7PM which was disappointing for those who’d like to take a night swim. The restaurant food is fine but expensive (which of course is to be expected for a hotel). The location was also not great for us - we like to walk around and explore the city but the surrounding neighborhood of this hotel is run down. If you’re looking to go to the beach everyday and eat at hotel restaurants, then the location is good. But it’s not close to anything else in terms of attractions, markets, local restaurants, etc. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, there are many hotels along Da Nang beach that I’m confident would have better service and facilities.

Their service was great. Front desk extremely helpful, even housekeeping also very dedicated to ensure that the room was tidied daily. There's popcorn at lobby every evening. My son looks forward to that. Breakfast spread is not bad. They tried to have some minor changes daily. The sea view from my room breathtaking. Can view the sea from bed. Loved the pool at level 36. Despite not a very big pool, but the overall ambience is chill. With light music. Very relaxing to dine there while my boy swims. Overall, a very nice hotel to stay in.

Nice and pleasant stay. Located in front of the ocean, great ocean and mountain view. Good size of the room, clean, AC working well, bed comfortable. Lots of choices at breakfast with local and western options and good service. Has private dining room for Marriott Elite members with a la carte menus. Very helpful front desk. Beyond the standard of Four points Hotels.

Not even close to 5*. I have one of the worst if not THE WORST hotel experience I have ever had at this place. My room is the closest room to the elevator and every 30 seconds I have to hear the elevator sound. It’s okay at first but get very frustrating later into the stay. There’s no sound proof. The shower was poor. Water pressure is very bad. Buffet was average. But considering the cheap staying price I’d say it’s good for this price bracket. The cook who does the eggs get busy and I understand that, but I tell them twice for eggs and they still didn’t give me anything after 15 minutes. Everything about this hotel is “meh”. From the dark, uninspiring hotel lobby to the room. Only positive note is the affordable price.

Very good luxury property right opposite to th beach. The rooms at high floors have beautiful views of the sea, just amazing. The swimming pool was also great with splendid views. To top it the food was also great. Highly recommend place to stay.

My family and I had the most amazing time at the 4 points Sheraton last week. We didn't want to leave. The rooms are beautiful, the views from the room are beautiful, the staff are so polite and attentive, they have a huge breakfast buffet. We can't wait to go back

Does not deserve the 5-star rating. At best a 4-star hotel for good services from the staff and 3-star for hotel amenities, personally our room is a 2-star rating due to the carpet retaining a foul smell probably from the beach goers dragging back the salt water? Why do you have carpet in Vietnam?? While all the resorts I have been to has been tiles or hardwood flooring. Hotel didn’t have beach towels for guests and we were told to use our room towels. The towels aren’t as clean either, still has the salt water smell. The balcony did not have any furniture to sit to enjoy the sunrise. Hotel roof top pool is not open until 7am so we cannot view the sunrise on the 36th floor either. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash makes me feel like I am staying at a motel. Overall the room is smaller than other hotels of similar rating. The rainfall shower head did not work, and we’re too exhausted to get someone to check it or switch room as we already unpacked and just want to sleep. Only plus is they have their own parking garage so parking motorbike or car is not a problem. I cannot recommend anyone to stay at this hotel simply because there are much better options nearby.

This is hands down the BEST Four Points by Sheraton I’ve ever stayed at. Do not discount it based on the branding. What wonderful staff and a modern, up to date building with everything your heart desires. Rooftop pool and bar, great breakfast buffet and super location by the beach. The only thing they have to fix are the elevators. 4 elevators for a hotel with 36 floors is a bit annoying, especially at breakfast time (which can be utter mayhem)

Had a great 4 night stay here on our family vacation. Staff is very warm and welcoming and also very responsive to needs and requests. Rooms are clean and comfortable with awesome sea views available. The kids loved the pool on the top floor as well as the food at the lobby lounge, eatery (breakfast buffet), and Horizons poolside. Beach is a 5 minute walk across the street and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Transportation options are plentiful - only 10-15 minutes away from local sights and shopping. Also, the gym is well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay for 5 days vacation at four points by Sheraton. The setting of four points is more furnished than other four points. We had a corner suite room at level 17 and the housekeeping team was superb! They were very neat and clean as they refreshed our room daily, making our stay very comfortable like home. They even help us tidy up our phone cables, fine touches to show their service excellence! The view from the room was spectacular as well. And they even tell us to avoid certain peak hours during breakfast timing (where the tour group will rush for their breakfast), so that we can have a more enjoyable breakfast environment. All in all, it was a great stay and I will be back again when I visit da nang!

Very spacious room, ours with two super single beds, can accommodate a desk and sofa. The toilet comes with a bath tub. Hotel has a business centre, function rooms L35, huge dining hall at L3, sky lounge at L36, etc. There is a casino behind the hotel but not immediately linked. Hotel front the shoreline, view is fantastic at L22 and can see the 67 meters Goddess of Mercy statue even during rainy weather. The only feedback is the shower area floor is quite slippery, do be careful.

Everything is ok. Except for 1) lift is crazily packed at different times and took forever to come. 2) Some staff needs to improve their communication skills, not only English but also their attitude to attend to foreign tourists. These two things are putting off people. To shout out the Spa here, very nice and friendly. And if you manage to get a room with sea view and bath tub, it would be very nice.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for combined total of over 12 nights in 2022. I wish I could have stayed more! Top notch service and very apparent the hotel is very well managed from the front desk (Tara) to the Eatery (Ha) to the awesome Horizon bar (got to love Jessica!) Each night, we booked two to three rooms for local family to stay at this hotel. The staff as whole takes notes on any requests you make and I never had to ask twice. During our stay, I saw how well treated a Korean tour group was handled in the Eatery. The GM (Daniel?) not only interacted with that tour group but also the other guests which is impressive…customer service really starts from top down at this hotel. My only true recommendation is to see if a 2 bedroom suite can be added to the offerings and allow up to four adults to stay; I would gladly pay the additional cost for the extra space

Fantastic hotel with great service. Had the pleasure of meeting the manager when invited to free drinks and food for an hour in the lobby with other guests. The ocean views are superb and very clean rooms equipped with the necessities for my needs. Amazing buffet breakfast. The rooftop pool and bar is a must while staying. Thank you everyone at the Four points Sheraton.

Thank you to the hotel for helping me have a very satisfying experience when participating in the study as well as creating conditions for us to feel most comfortable while staying here. In particular, I would like to express my sincerest thanks to Mr. Ta Tan Thanh has been extremely supportive in teaching as well as caring about the quality of our food. I am so grateful and grateful for that. Hopefully one day not far I can have the opportunity to return to this place.

It’s a hotel that will change the definition of outstanding! I got here at happy hour for platinum member and above with my kid, the staff come over and help for drinks and food. They even bring my kid a high chair. Never said about the environment and room. Everything is fabulous. This hotel will be my first choice in the future. Staff are friendly and thoughtful, they gave my son a toy as a welcome gift. When we had dinner at Horizon, manager treats my son with ice cream. As a parents and a traveler, I feel comfortable and satisfied.

Nice and modern hotel with friendly staff though some of them are not well trained. They made a mistake of charging me an additional amount for my stays but the issue was quickly resolved. Could have been a 5 star if the wall is not so thin, which I expect from a 5 star hotel

The location of property is beach-facing and very conveniently located on a massive road which makes it very convenient to get in and out. It's easy to get transport. The property is well maintained and has got some luxury rooms with a super sea-facing view. To top it all the staff is super friendly and professional and they will go out of their way to make you comfortable. The spa is next level, the food is great but to top it all the service that's phenomenal that had my attention. If you visiting Da Nang you must stay at Four Points By Sheraton.

We were really impressed with the hospitality. The great spread at breakfast.. we stayed away from the regular eggs and bacon and tried all the local stuff like stir fry pork, seaweed soup etc. The staff were attentive cleared the table, checked if we wanted a coffee refill.

We stay at Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang for quite few times and they never disappoint us. Front desk staffs are always helpful and friendly. We were assisted by Ms. Tara and she made us feel like coming home. Her exceptional service and professionalism really impressed us, she did her best to accommodate us throughout the stay and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Location of the hotel is good too, really close to many famous seafood restaurants, 5 minutes driving to Dragon Bridge, 5 minutes walking to the main beach, rooms have excellent sea view. Highly recommended!

Seaside view. Affordable. The 5 stars rating was reaching but the view more than made up for it
