I would give them a 3.5 if it was possible. The taco's were decent, the pork one was good, the chicken was also good, but I didn't care too much for the fish one. Service was amazing, very friendly, very quick, the tiny margarita brought a smile to my face. As far as constructive criticism, FAR too much cabbage in relation to the taco and meat, should have less cabbage and some sort of spicy sauce or salsa on top to take it over the edge. A good effort, but not quite a home-run.

It's low stress and has a curbside street food vibe without the excessive pollution, beeping and dirty environment. This is because it's situated in a quiet road with some cool pubs and coffee shops nearby. The tacos are delicious (I recommend the BBQ pork), as are the fresh fries and the tortilla chips. If you're expecting them to open a pack of Doritos and put it on the plate, you're wrong. They fry the tortilla chips to order so they come warm and full of flavour. The portion of fries is small so get a portion per person. It's a great place to eat for tourists as the prices are great, the menu is easy to understand and the servers speak English. Definitely worth a visit if you're staying nearby. As mentioned there are some pubs nearby and it's walking distance to the beach where you can find more food and drinks. So you can either end or begin your evening at Taco Ngon.

Chilled atmosphere and friendly service. If you are expecting authentic Mexican tacos, its not but it is good in its own way. It’s definitely not a Viet budget dish, and you’ll probably need to order two or more to get full. I suggest the pork with bbq, you won’t regret it. 🍺+🌮=👌 Oh, and I almost forgot, they have a buy so many and get one free system and they do deliver! ✌🏼

Really nice little place to grab a taco and a margarita! For sure a bit fusion but I really enjoyed the sauce choices. The owner is really friendly and prices are way too good to pass up!! Their current location can be easy to pass by but I promise it’s there! They hope to move to their other location soon :) thanks again!!

Tasty, spicy and cheap - they add chilli sauce to all of their tacos so if you are not a fan of spice you should ask for no chilli sauce. I've uploaded a photo of the menu; the prices are very reasonable compared to restaurants in that area. However, it also has a more street foodie vibe as it has small plastic stools and maybe isn't as clean as you'd usually see in a restaurant but the food seemed to all be prepared fresh and the stools were under cover rather than right next to the road. They serve four flavours of taco to choose from along with your meat (chicken, pork, fish) or vegetable option (potato or tofu). It also offers sweet and savoury crepes. We ordered the fries, tortilla chips, a chicken taco with the yogurt salad topping, a pork taco with the tamarind BBQ topping and the special sweet taco which included banana, chocolate sauce, coconut and cashews. My favourite thing was the fries because they were among the best I've ever eaten. Everything else was good and the tacos still had a bit of a Vietnamese cuisine feel with their chilli sauce so it was quite unique and made for a nice change.

Pleasantly surprised by this taco spot, on arrival it didn’t look as though it would serve the loveliest taco’s but thankfully it did. We had 5 taco’s between us because they were so good! The fish with ginger and lime was our favourite by far. The tortilla was homemade and warm on arrival and the ingredients were fresh and really yummy. The tacos were very well priced too! 39,000 per taco with a fresh coconut for 35,000. It has a nice twist on the traditional Mexican taco. Highly recommend :-)

Really tasty tortilla filled with wholesome goodness. This is an eclectic taco place so you either love it or you hate it. Four types of sauces, Wasabi, coleslaw, yogurt salsa, ginger lime, and tamarind barbeque. Enjoy with pork, fish, chicken or vegetables, unfortunately, no beef available. Try the wasabi coleslaw fish taco 🌮 🔝 What I’d love to see is more heat! Give me habanero or ghost pepper or something to let me remember the next day. (Neutral) If you’re looking for an authentic taco, this isn’t the place. Great fusion. Enjoy.

These tacos are insanely delicious! We discovered them at Son Da night market and had to go to the shop the next day to have more! The service is also lovely they are so friendly and kind. - my fav is the fish with ginger and lime!!

Taiwanese tacos, who would have thought it. Bit out of the way but worth the trouble of walking over to. The owner is super friendly and had we not made reservations elsewhere would have eaten more. Go for the lime and ginger and tamarind tacos!

Tried all four. And ordered more with my bf. It is currently 39k VNĐ Per Taco. The best tacos in all Vietnam. My favorite is the ginger lime with fish. They use to have a location in Hỏi An but got shut down due to COVID. Would recommend and come again for sure!!!

It’s a small place with a simple menu. They only do a few things but they do them right. We had all of their tacos along with a watermelon smoothie, coconut juice and a couple of crepes. The smoothie left a lot to be desired but everything else was great. My wife had two tacos and i had three. That was more than enough for us. The wasabi taco was my favorite. It’s a balancing act to get just the right amount of wasabi without overwhelming the flavor and they got it just right. We will be repeat customers.

Food is great. I'm from the US and this is great mexican for the price. They are not shy on the meat they add. We liked the Ginger Lime Pork best then the Wasabi Coleslaw Pork tacos. 39k vnd each so about $1.50 per taco. Both locations were the same quality.

I spent two weeks in Da Nang and visited this restaurant at least half a dozen times. The owner is incredibly friendly and the tacos were amazing! Fresh and full, there were a range of beautiful flavours. The watermelon juice I had was also one of the best in Da Nang. Highly recommend!

You might not think "taco" when visiting DaNang, but Taco Ngon is definitely worth a stop on your tour. My friend and I tried every flavor and they did not disappoint. My favorite was ginger lime fish taco.

Tacos in Da Nang... yes its possible!! I have to say these were very unique with the flavor of the sauce. The pork and chicken with yogurt salsa and ginger lime were so delicious 😋 😍!! A must try if you visit Da Nang.

I was excited to explore this because I love the chewy taiwanese wrap. however, when the food came out, my first impression was well, this is expensive. If it was 30K dong it would be more reasonable for me. the food tastes decent, but I was expecting more from the taste.

Fantastic little cozy place with most delicious tacos ever. 4 kinds of stuffing (chicken pork fish and veggie) and 4 toppings u can't go wrong. good value for money. 39k a piece though have in mind that tacos are small. They serve margaritas and some cocktails as well. Staff is excellent the waitress was extremely polite cheerful and helpful.

Tacos. Yes. Mexican. No. Fusión. Yes. Delicious. Yes. Have the tacos. Skip the chips. Worth a visit to this place run by a cute little family.

Yummy tacos made of fresh produce. Comfort food on a Friday evening along a quiet, calm street. Portions are just nice and will satiate your taste buds. Pleasant and friendly stall owners who are happy to make recommendations.

This tiny place was a great find. The owner is an energetic and very polite and friendly local who continues to serve the original purpose of the place: fusion tacos (Mexican and Taiwanese). You get to choose the combination of meat and the sauce, and the prices are very affordable. Located in a very quiet area (maybe because we came in late October), so we enjoyed a quiet evening there

The most amazing tacos I've EVER had and so much care put into every taco. The flavours were unbelievable, it was hard to pick a favourite.

Cozy place, delicious, flavoured packed fresh food. Tofu tacos made for my vegetarian dining partner that was off the menu. Signage said eat 10 tacos get one free which is certainly doable. Great place for a quick, informal bite to eat

You know it’s a good place when they only have 4 options on the menu! 4 proteins + 4 toppings. You can’t go wrong with any choice. Very friendly staff and on a nice quiet street. Will definitely be back here

Best Tacos Ever! Firstly this was a pleasant surprise as I wasn't expecting to eat tacos in Vietnam and that too such good ones. Secondly, this place has a very special story as well as these are Taiwanese tacos. Basically using the concept of tacos and customizing it to local ingredients. Very small menu, 3 meats and 4 sauces to choose from. We almost tried all of them but my favorite has to be the fish & Ginger Lime sauce and of course the local Larue Beer. Must try if you are looking to be surprised as easily accessible as it has chains in Vietnam.

Loved it! The tacos tasted delicious, even one of the vegetarian options my gf ordered (see the pic and guess which one it is, lol!) Good prices, super friendly service and two tacos was plenty to satisfy my lunchtime hunger. I might pig out and have a third if I was sitting down for an evening meal. Even then I might regret it! Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing tacos! Every taco has a punchful flavour with every bite! We ended trying each one of the chicken and god, they were heavenly! Location isn't the most convenient to find, but worth finding it! Definitely recommend to anyone who loves tacos and are after cheap eats! Only 35 vnd each one, you're sure to have seconds!!

  • 5/5 Kyle S. 5 years ago on Google
Great Taiwanese style tacos that use the freshest ingredients. They are incredible for only 35k!! Another great thing about this resturaunt is that they don't close mid afternoon. I recommend the fish wasabi tacos!!!

  • 4/5 Daniel A. 5 years ago on Google
I wouldn't call these Mexican tacos, but I would call them Vietnamese Fusion tacos. With that in mind, I went and tried the pork, chicken and fish tacos. My favorite in this order was chicken, fish then pork. If I had the chance to go again, I'd get 2 chicken tacos. The tacos are pretty big. Two will be satisfying and three will have you stuffed. The service is very friendly. They have a frequent visitor card and a "most tacos eaten" wall of winners. Each taco will run you 39k VND and you can choose the protein and the type of salsa. My favorite was the wasabi salsa, it had a nice kick. The restaurant also offers FREE delivery for orders within 5km. I wish I knew this before going. I ended up taking a Grab taxi there and back to my hotel. You can't order the food from Grab at the moment.
