The view, it is unbelievable. Although there is no air conditioning outside (only fans on the ceiling), if you time it right, the mountain breeze will help you through your meal. You do have to e-mail the restaurant ahead of time to reserve these tables, and they will go ahead and save these seats for you for the duration of the entire lunch/dinner (12 to 3PM for us). We were told reservations were a difficult process but found it wasn’t so- the manager got back to us very quickly and was thorough with detailed descriptions. Beware, it does get very hot- if you have any medical condition that predisposes you to the heat and humidity, we recommend you sit inside and briefly take a look around outside when time allows!

Citron is a fine dining restaurant located in the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort in Vietnam. The restaurant offers a range of dishes from Vietnamese, French and Mediterranean cuisines, with a focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. According to reviews on various online platforms, Citron is highly regarded for its stunning ocean views, elegant decor, and excellent service. Many diners have commented on the high quality of the food, with particular praise for the seafood dishes, including the lobster and oysters. The menu also includes a selection of vegetarian options. Overall, Citron restaurant in InterContinental Danang appears to be a popular destination for diners seeking a high-end dining experience in a beautiful setting, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and excellent service.

Came here for the Sunday brunch buffet and on most accounts it was spectacular. The venue itself is undeniably gorgeous inside and out. The decor is unreal and the views, even on an irritatingly windy day, were truly breathtaking. The ambience inside is lovely, the house band were particularly delightful. The food was also mostly wonderful, but not entirely. The grilled lobster and one of the soup dishes were notably subpar. Also our chopsticks were dirty and the soft drinks were flat. I realise this seems nitpicky but the meal was staggeringly expensive, when it costs this much it needs to be flawless, it wasn't. That said the beef Wellington, rack of lamb, salads and desert selection were all absolutely delicious. There is more than enough to be getting along with and if you're willing to shoulder the expense Citron is well worth a visit.

Afternoon tea is not worth it. Scone becomes a stone, milk pudding doesn’t taste like milk. The bread is stale and not to mention the cakes. They are at room temperature. The view is amazing but we can only get indoor area since it’s fully booked.

I truly enjoyed the meal at Non La. Their Vietnamese traditional dishes and stunning beach view are excellent. The high quality and the stunning view went above and beyond our expectations. It would be must-visit places for us in Da Nang

The only thing better than the food here for breakfast was the service. Ke Nguyen was my server every morning and was very professional and attentive. Knew my name every day and remembered my drink order each morning and had it there as I sat before I could ask.

To be assured of the Non La seats, we decided to go with the Royal Afternoon Tea with Cocktail so that we can try out some of the cocktails available. Since we had a blast with Dom and Krug during our SQ First Class Suites experience, we decided to give it a miss this time round. Once we entered Citron, we informed the hostess of our reservation and were promptly led to our Non La booth, where we were greeted by the breath taking views… For more details, visit 2bearbear today!

Wonderful restaurant Excellent customer service Excellent food Lots of choices and quality not tainted by the multiple choice. International menu offered if you don't want the traditional Vietnamese food. Wonderful choice of fine wines, spirits and beers. Ideal for Vegetarians too as they have a bespoke menu for this, just don't forget to mention to them, as they will cater for vegetarians and vegans and provide a menu, however it's not in the main menu. It's a fantastic Art Decor venue, well designed for fine dining and drinks options. Lots of big roomy tables and many different types to cater for your needs.

Citron is located in the Intercontinental Resort and is the middle tiered of the 3 restaurants on site. The venue itself is stunning! Beautiful building, large ceiling and amazing fitout. You can even dine outside in the balcony with the best views anywhere. The staff here are amazing, really friendly and accommodating too. The food here though is where Custom falls short a little. The complimentary bread is superb and the peanut butter it's served with is the best I've ever eaten. However our other dishes were lacking. The prawns were dry and the crumb was bland. The beef and pork dishes were both overcooked. The menu itself looks great and has lots of options but just lacks quality and flavour. Maybe try barefoot for better food and value

we went for the Sunday Brunch with the French champagne package. It was exceptional. Let me start by saying it's not the cheapest package however, the food is incredible and the drinks were generous. Oliver and his team of fabulous wait staff did an incredible job from the welcome, to the finish. There was lobster, steak, lamb chops, foie gras, sushi, sashimi pasta etc etc etc. so if you want an awesome special day out I can't recommend it more highly. ps I left my sunglasses there, and the Intercontinental staff were extremely helpful...they really do believe in great service

IMPRESSIVE!! Our family chose to celebrate the 65th birthday of my mom at the Citron restaurant. I heard that it was luxury and expensive. But we were so surprised not only the scenery but also the service. It's worthy! I wanna say thanks to Mr.Dung - F&B manager and all staffs for special take care. When I said to Mr Dung about my mom's birthday, he secretly prepared and surprised my mom with a delicious chocolate mousse. The service team even come and sang a birthday song for her. My mom was so surprised and felt happy. She also said it was such a special birthday ever. I was curious why DN Intercontinental hotel was so famous and given a lot of compliment, I had had the answer on that day :)

Great experience. I had afternoon tea at Citron. I booked the table a month in advance. Staff were efficient in confirming my booking. On spot, the view is stunning. You could enjoy the desert while enjoying the marvellous view. Although it is relatively expensive and food is just soso, the high service standard, stylish internal design and stunning view worth the price. A must in Da Nang. Just a minor reminder, there are lots of monkey if you live in the resort. We saw a monkey sneak into a room from the balcony.

You have to come here and try their brunch. We enjoyed every minute there and felt like holiday. The brunch buffet were with lots of choices: fresh handmade pasta, wagyu, 🦞. The place itself is stunning , beautiful relax decor.

We just had a really nice lunch at Citron. Our waiter was Hoa, and he was fantastic. Very friendly, with polished manner and timing, and strong knowledge of the menu and interesting info about Vietnam. The food was well done. We had spring rolls, chicken rice, and Hua beef soup. Really nice local dishes, and bright and distinct sauces. The view is great, and we had a wonderful time!

Fantastic ambiance and service. Visited two times. The food is very good actually. Steak sandwich = crispy bread and french fries with tender beef. The beef pho was very nice and had a natural flavour, I guess they only cook it naturally and doesn't use and spice cubes etc. Grilled chicken was great too and the portion was big. The Bo Luc lac was very nice with tender beef The highlight is the dessert. The Creme brulee taste very good but there were no vanilla beans which I don't know why. The best dessert I've had in a long time was their signature dessert. "The Citron". This is a must try. The intense lemon flavour was great together with sorbet made it amazing. The service is first class even though 1 staff forgot 1 request we had and we had to tell another staff about it. Other than that the service is great. For some reason the girls at the reception ( of the restaurant ) are not as friendly as the staff in the restaurant

Can't think of anything to complain about here really, except this is on the pricey side, especially this being in Vietnam and serving local cuisine. Food is generally good here and the Vietnamese coffee being particularly strong too. What is really interesting here is the washrooms. While the overall restaurant decor is beautiful, the toilets take center stage as a statement piece in itself. Interesting place.

Stunning location, great views at sunset. Dinner set menu with free flow drinks was good. Service can be better at this price, eg food came so fast we were still eating one dish when the next one came!

For a Canadian like me, I would rate the food here nearly 5 stars, and the ambiance definitely 5 stars. However, my father who has a more discerning palate - a professional in consumption if Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine, he rated the food here 4 stars out of 5 stating that he expected the flavours to be more impressive. You pay for the view here, great place for dates and business wooing if you can afford it.

Our experience at Citron has been excellent. Excellent view, excellent food, and cordial staff members made our experience so fulfilling. Breakfast buffet had variety of selections and banana/mango smoothie, yogurts, and the pho station were especially memorable. We also had half board dinner and the spring rolls here were the best i've ever had with quality meat. I really hope to visit the restaurant again in the close future and thanks to Hoa Ngyun for taking us awesome pictures, Suong Che, Thien Tsuong, and all staff members for making our experience great :))

Breakfast was great! Three types: western, eastern, English. Had the LucLac for dinner one night and thought I was in heaven.

The 3 stars is for the view and services. The afternoon tea is definitely over-priced based on Vietnamese living standard and given the quality of the food. The indoor area is pretty dark especially in winter time, the lighting makes it worse. I will recommend going there for a drink but not for the food.
