If I could leave zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend went into the restaurant and had a bottle of water with us (as it is very hot outside) and we ordered a lot of food as we were really hungry. We were then told by what we presume was the owner that we couldn’t bring in our own bottles of water. We tried to explain that we didn’t know it was a problem to have our own water and said we didn’t mind ordering some water from their restaurant but we were asked to leave? Very strange, I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant.

Quiet on a Tuesday afternoon. Service was friendly and quick. Seafood creamy pasta was a bit plain coz clams were small and squid has liittle taste. Beef & mushroom pasta tasted better because of the beef added much flavour. Caeser salad had strips of bacon, runny poached egg, croutons. Overall, good lunch, slightly expensive.

Fabulous service first up, however the food was mediocre at best, possibly due to the lack of suitable ingredients. We ordered the burrito, marinara pizza, and starter. The pizza felt like it was missing something, the crust was neither thin Nor thick. It tasted different for sure, and the sauce was insufficient. Cheese was good bought but severely lacking. The platter was decent but the wedges were a little soggy. The burrito wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad too. This eatery does serve up decent western food and will satisfy your hunger if you’re tired of Vietnamese food, however don’t compare it to anything outside Vietnam because it’s not really up to par.

Rib steak is not better than Rice drum steak in Hoi an. Pizza is good for daily eat but can not compare to 4Ps pizza. But I like the chicken wings, they have various type of ingredients and sauce. But for a romantic dinner I would recommend Rice drum or 4Ps.

We had a Caesar salad, buffalo wings, and beef lasagna with garlic bread for lunch and then coffee and tea afterwards. They were all excellent. Friendly service. Clean. Moderately priced. Highly recommended.

At daughter's request after a relaxing Mudbath we headed here for a great lunch. Nice staff. Very efficient.

The perfect garlic bread cheese pull 🧀😍🤤 The cheesy pull was super tempting & garlic flavour was perfect, also it was lil crispy at the base level which overall enhanced the experience! The pizza was okay okay flavour wise & onion rings were tasteless so didn’t like them! For me overall it was 3.5/5 🌟

I tried the pizza here, and the overall experience was average. I ordered a small-sized pizza for my child, but when it was served, I noticed that the base was not as expected; it was thin and lacked the desired sponginess. Comparing it with the table next to us, I suddenly realized that the pizza base was different from what I had anticipated. Having tried pizza at several establishments, I believe that a brand like Alfresco should maintain consistency in its quality and service for all customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I don't plan to use this service again

Food quality is edible but not tasty. Price is higher than other Western restaurants in the city and the food is worse. For me this is Western food for people who've never tasted it before. If you're a Vietnamese family who has nothing to compare it to you might enjoy it. International tourists or expats living here would be well advised to avoid.

Came for lunch today at 11a.m when the restaurant was not busy as there was only a few guests at a table. After ordering foods the waitress told me it would take about 10 minutes for cooking. Then she came back after 20 minutes and told us again it would take about 30 minutes to be ready for food and asked if we could wait, it weird that the restaurant by that time no customers at all except us, never seen this situation before at Al Fresco’s, I guess the Chef left for some reason that why they didn’t have cookers
