별 하나도 아까움 가봤던 중 최악의 불쾌한 게스트하우스/위치 불편함 / 불친절함 /엘레베이터 없음 /언어소통 안됨.영어못함 /계단 높음 /수건없음 / 11시 통금시간있음 /가족이 하는곳이라 숙박업소관련된 사항 전혀 숙지안되어 있음/ 청소안되어있음 / 딸인 10대소녀가 1층 까페겸 카운터에서 주로 업무를 보는데 한숨 푹푹쉬며 정말 기분나쁘게 응대를함. 방안 너무 더운데 에어컨을 수시로 들어와 꺼버림. 선풍기 틀었더니 가져가심. 까페 메인 출입문이 닫히면 출입이 불가능함. 침대아래 사물함 다 망가져서 사용할수가 없음. 사물함이 다 부서져 있는지도 체크가 안되어 사용하라고 권장하며 이때문에 4층 높이의 숙소에서 1층을 몇번을 왔다갔다함. 침대아래 먼지가 많아 가방을 둘수도 없음. 사이트보고 예약해서 갔으나 가격더 높여서 부름. 픽업차가 와있는데 금액이 다르다며 여권을 돌려주지 않아 애먹었음.

Nice homestay, friendly staff. Eventhough homestay usually close early but the owner allowed me to come back late, just need to ring the bell 😎 Good english. Almost every staff can speak English fluently. Will come back again soon! ^^

숙소에 들어가기가 무서워요.여기 주인아들이나 딸 손버릇이 의심되네요 쇼핑한 물건들 몇 개가 여기 숙소 나온 뒤 없어졌어요 제가 베트남 숙소에서 감안해야되는 부분은 어느정도 알겠는데.. 2층 키친에 쥐덫은 진저리가 납니다. 거기는 도저히 건축이후에 청소를 한 번도 안한 것처럼 온갖 벌레가 득실대구요 1층에는 카페를 운영하고있지만 가족 중 아들(10대로추정)되 보이는 분이 하시고 아주머니는 직장인이라 평일오전 일찍부터 출근하셔서 남아 계신 아들분하고 소통을 해야하는데 간단한 영어조차 소통이 안되서 제가 머물렀을 땐 메일로 대화를 했어요 .. 근데 답변조차 없으시더군요 .. 아고다에 기재된 기본 서비스 헤어드라이기는 없다하시는데 다른 룸에서 찾아서 빌려주시는데 타올제공 이런 세세한 것 까지 일일히 말해야되고(체크인시 룸 위치만 안내해줌)더 큰 문제는 자유여행객은 외출시간이 정해져있지 않아서 늦은 귀가시 벨을 눌려야하는데 카페가 종료되는시간과 아주머니 밤 10시 취침이후에는 해결방안이 없습니다 정날 부탁인데... 다른데 가세요 ㅠ0ㅜ

The staff was really friendly - the room less The owner and the staff were very helpful and welcoming! Made us feel at home The room and especially the toilet room are very old and the opposite of welcoming so for those who really care about those things like us that can be a downer..

Not expected that nice; 1. No lift , the share room at lvl 4, if you are carrying big luggage, pls do not take the share room, the belt guy is not helpful, you will feel like that is not his problem and job. 2. Air condition———->> really really such, Really didn’t know that Vietnam culture don’t like cool environment, event the downstairs cafe also without aircon and fan. 3. Toilet =====>> first time saw this type construction design , 1 door but 2 bath room and 1 toilet between the 2 bath room, and the flow track only at the toilet side, mean if you are taking shower, pls do not ........., because after you pee, you will step on the urine and go out from the toilet. 4. To town-=-=-=>>>> to far to town and Han market. 5. The best , very low price.
