My boyfriend and I stayed here for my birthday and it was absolutely magical! We spent 2 nights in a fancy private room with a deep bathtub and big, comfy bed. We then spent 2 nights in a dorm because we’re on a budget. Both room types were wonderful. The architecture of the building is incredible, the breakfast was beyond compare and the service was perfect and friendly. We still talk about our stay there all the time.

A truly wonderful experience at this hotel. We had previously booked to stay at a luxury resort on Son Tra Peninsula but we're so dissatisfied with the service we were receiving for the cost per night we left Son Tra after one night and headed straight to the Memory Hotel. We were greeted by the wonderful staff who sat us down to complimentary juice, hot towels, choice of breakfast noodle soups all made on site, and house made soaps... and then upgraded our room for free when we didn't even ask! The room is stylish, modern, but cosy and extremely comfortable with a wonderful bath and very reasonably priced mini bar. The staff are professional to 5 star hotel standards, speak an excellent level of English, are attentive without being intrusive, friendly, polite, and really make the hotel a great place to stay. The pandemic has been difficult on the hotel industry in Vietnam and so many have used this as an excuse for poor service. The Memory Hotel clearly chooses to focus on maintaining its high standards as a means to succeed rather than the unfortunately all too common 'it's because of COVID' excuse that so many hotels have resorted to in order to absolve themselves from blame...something that the 2million per night Son Tra Resort used on us. We had the hotel arrange a private car to take us to Hoi An for the day for a very reasonable price, the driver arrived 20 minutes late which didn't really bother us at all, but upon returning to the hotel that evening they were so apologetic and had arranged for us to receive a complimentary foot spa as an apology for the driver being late...the driver was from a third party and nothing to do with the hotel but they still felt it important to show us how sorry they were for the driver's late arrival. Not many 5 star hotels would accept such responsibility. We were charged less for four night's stay at The Memory than one night's stay at a 'luxury' resort on the peninsula. Please keep businesses like this going because they deserve to survive. Thank you Memory Hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the Memory Hostel in Danang with my family with our small children for a few days. We booked two rooms and while they were generally comfortable, but some beds were less comfortable than others. The rooms were adequately equipped and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. For the Breakfast we could choose from several options and pre-order a day in advance. They also had a delightful small fruit buffet. The only downside was that the breakfast didn't include drinks (coffee/juice), so it didn't feel like a complete inclusive breakfast. The pricing appears to be on the higher side considering the offerings provided. Nonetheless, our experience was positive and enjoyable.

Just like the name of the hotel. A memorable stay for 5 days in danang. Welcome drink once arrived. All staffs are good and helpful whenever you need. Breakfast had plenty of choices to choose in the menu which is mostly Vietnamese dishes and is authentic and delicious just to compare to others local restaurants around danang. Very good Vietnamese coffee. The lady staff not sure if call katy or thy has recommend me alot of place for seafood and drinks and helpful in all aspact. And ofcourse other staff is good too. End up we took a photo. And have a small gift from the staff when we are checking out. Room cleaning is everyday ! Whenever come back to the room its look tidy and clean. Close to perfect. But, i booked a room with balcony and the balcony is not facing any view is facing inside the hotel reception. So u cant smoke even u have a balcony. But this can be forget. I still enjoy the room. And so the sun light is not enough. I love the bathtub though. Location is good, but not great. But in the city is just so near to anywhere u wanna explore with grab car. Few minutes walk to the beach. The hotel environment is up to my expectation. I could rate 5 star, because the issue that i mention there is no space to improve any further. Except that all is just perfect. My honest review. 4 star ! And the 1 star lost is just because of the little imperfect.

One of the best hostels we stayed at during our Vietnam trip. It has great architecture, great vibes, great staff, free fruits & water. The beds in the dorms were very cozy. It is definitely not a party hostel and that is nice. It has more of a calm community vibe. There is only a small number of people staying in the hostel which makes it even more chilled. During our stay there was severe flooding due to monsoon season with power outages. The situation was handled perfectly by the staff.

Loved my stay here! The rooms are super clean, the atmosphere is very nice and serene! Their breakfast is amazing good local food that you wouldn't know to try! And staff is very nice!

It made my trip complete! PEOPLE make this place SPECIAL. I'd love to say a big thanks to all the staff at Memory, they are very very friendly, always ready to help and talking with you, they will make your trip easier with very good recommendations. I appreciated everything they treated me during my stay, it was very touching. The truth is the service here exceeds my expectations, very delicate. I've never had this feeling before, this the first time I feel like HOME. It is small but not really. Definitely back! Highly recommend!

Close to the beach, but bit far from where the busier streets are. The room was so comfortable and super clean with amazing staff. Throughout the day they had free fruit on offer. The breakfast was good however limited vegetarian/vegan options. Would definitely stay again.

It was a last minute trip for our honeymoon. Upon arrival the staff gave as welcome drink and cold towel. The hotel interior is very unique, also the room is a very aesthetic with a cool tub. The staffs are friendly and warm and very professional. Breakfast was included with the free snacks and fruit that was available all day. We also rented a scooter from the hotel, which was very affordable and explored the area. The location is very near to everything (beach, restaurants, convenient stores and coffee shops). Highly recommended The Memory.

I found this place because some online reviews said they have great food and coffee and they did not disappoint. They have the best Cau Lau! The hotel is also very beautiful but there is a problem with its accessibility. For people who are challenged to climb stairs, I suggest to ask for the rooms that has access to their lift since the other part of the building doesn't have access. Either way, you still need to climb the stairs to reach the lobby. On our first night, I got into a minor accident while I was exiting through the main entrance. But Ngoc, one of their staff, took care of me while we were waiting for assistance. She went above and beyond - took me to the hospital, helped us talk to the locals, waited until I was discharged (paid by the property), and brought me back to the hotel. Amazing! Even if with its accessibility issue, I'd still go back. I had an amazing stay there and it was because their staff. We all felt pampered and taken care of. They were very friendly but not intrusive. They go above and beyond their service. I highly recommend staying here. And in case you need to work while staying here, their wifi is okay. A bit spotty inside the room.

Gorgeous hostel!! Friendly staff that loved giving recommendations. Great hospitality. Feels more like a boutique hotel than hostel. Maybe not a super social hostel, but a nice break from the “backpacker scene”without going to a hotel/breaking the bank. Def recommend.

A really nice and well decorated hotel. The four bed dorm was slightly small but the breakfast was delicious and the staff were beyond helpful. When we arrived late at night they cut us some fruit and made us tea! Well located near the beachfront and some nice bars/restaurants.

I had such a great experience here! The dorms and private rooms both are really nice and clean - the showers and bathrooms are well maintained! Staff here was super helpful with anything i needed to get around the city and breakfast options were amazing! The coffee here is great and they offer takeaway breakfast which is very rare at places! Highly recommend the hotel and would love to stay with them again!

Comfortable bed, cozy rooms and a well designed building. The bathtub was nice. The breakfast was amazing but you have to specify what you want the previous night. The staff will help you pick from their menu and they were very sweet and helpful and gives a customised service to the guests. Overall one of my favour stays in Vietnam. I was in a private room. Cleanliness is 10/10

Really really friendly staff, amazing service and stylish lobby. They were really helpful with bookings,  luggage and they even put my ordered food into a bowl! The bar is really nice and they offer welcome drinks and cold towels. The breakfast was amazing and a lot. The water and the fruits are for free. If you want to stay, please treat yourself and get a private room. The shared rooms can not be locked (intended). The beds are old and the paint is coming off.. the bed sheets and bathrooms were not a 100% clean. The soaps provided were empty. If you are looking for a hostel, it is not worth the money. But private rooms definitely are!

We had such a wonderful experience here. The private room with the attached bathroom was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful during our whole stay. We were also so happy with the breakfast food - it was delicious and a great way to start our days every morning. The location is about a 5-10 min walk from the beach, so we were able to explore the beach and come back to the hostel to wash off. AC in the room worked well and we often just lounged in the room to cool off. Definitely recommend!

It is a very nice place near the tourist attractions such as My Khe(4mins by walk)​, and Han market(10mins by grab)​. The room seems airy and comfortable. Unfortunately, it has been renovated during I stayed there. However, all staffs are very cute, they give very well services. So, it is worth to stay here.

I only stayed one night before heading to the airport but it was amazing, my room was perfect before a long journey and the bath was great!! Roof top area is really nice and the people who work they are amazing, making you feel so welcomed and calm :) will definitely be back !

This place is a true gem. Very refreshing and inspiring neo-rustic theme interior design. Cosy, quiet and relaxed. Warm and pleasant staff, lovely people. Breakfast menu offers a variaty of tasty vietnamesse dishes and some western options. We loved every minute of our 5 day stay. Thank you The Memory.

The Memory is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The hotel’s design is unique and the facilities were better than our expectations: beautiful, vintage, extremely clean and comfortable. The staffs are incredibly helpful and friendly, they always ask me where I was going, introduce famous places in Da Nang city to me and ready to help when their guests need. Moreover, the lobby bar looks really luxurious and have great drinks. Would highly recommended

I spent 3 nights here. The room was super clean and comfortable. The designed architecture was amazing and oriented. Five stars services with super friendly, helpful staffs. Just 3 minutes walking to the beach. Breakfast included, free fruits all day. Definitely I will come back with my family in summer.

Just love this hostel! We’ve been in meetings at 3 am for a place to sleep cause the hostel which we originally booked was full of bedbugs and mold so we left as soon as we arrived. I texted the memory on messenger and they replied immediately and said they were waiting for us. We arrived and the lovely guy did a super quick check in with us. The rooms are super clean! The beds super comfy! The breakfast amazing! Definitely have a chat with the team they help u with everything u need and even try some of their candy it’s amazing! For Christmas Eve they even gave us an amazing small present 🎁 just love this place !
