Fantastic pool and very friendly staff. Great location to the beach just two blocks away. Very good breakfast with omelettes and toast , good selection of fruit as well as many other items. Good outside seating on the street for coffee and drinks. Very comfortable bed with four pillows. Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel. Fantastic shower!

It’s just one of those hotels past it’s best. TV remote missing and TV not connected. Gave up after 2 days of asking. The chef at breakfast didn’t know how to cook an omelette as the oil and pan were not hot enough. Some of the cooked food was fatty and of low quality. Motorbike hire was good. The reception staff were rude. The cleaning staff removed a door key and this was my fault. They tried to hold onto my driving license as I guess they wanted money. They were not getting it. Literally a once grand hotel now in its decline

The hotel is super clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our driver Thinh took us to a few sightseeing locations and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time.

Perfect! Rooms're designed by neoclassical style. Decorated wooden furniture made the room being luxury, together with large window, giving unlimited angle of view from inside the room to outside. With more than 30 dishes, including Western and Asian cuisine, the hotel restaurant provides variety options for your breakfast.

What a great experience at the Cordial Grand Hotel. Our son and his fiancé stayed here and made the recommendation to us. Where do I begin? When we arrived to the hotel after a four hour flight delay from Ha Noi, Hai was polite and eager to help us with our luggage up the entrance stairs. He even carried our heaviest bag without complaint. Quyen was at the front desk reception and was so very kind and helpful throughout our check-in. She made sure that our room was situated on the requested floor. After settling in, we decided to go out for something to eat and se the Dragon Bridge at night. Thuong had joined Quyen at the front desk and was great. She made sure that my Grab App was installed and working properly. The next day we met our driver for the next three days. Bang was absolutely amazing and kind. Our three days with him in his vehicle were days well spent. Lily, the Reception Manager, was so kind. She made sure that our laundry needs were met efficiently. Cuong, our housekeeper was a gentleman through-and-through. He attended to my wife’s every need and request with a smile. Even Hoa Mi, who works at the sister hotel across the street, came by to say hello to us. I can only say great things about Phuoc, Hong and Thinh in the dining room. They were so polite, friendly and helpful with us at breakfast every day. Hong happily cooked my scrambled eggs to my satisfaction; even allowing me to assist (a little!). When we left for Phu Quoc, we felt like we were a part of the family. We travel a lot and this has been our finest hotel experience. Thank you Cordial Grand hotel family! We will see you again! Amy at the reception made sure my stay is pleasant and she gave me great local recommendations. All in all I enjoyed my stay at the Cordial, it's good value vs price with breakfast, gym and rooftop options.

I paid a little extra for one of the bigger rooms with a good view. The aircondition on the room did not work properly, so it was too hot on the room to sleep. One of the security guards brought up an extra aircondition, but that one didnt work properly either. Too bad they couldnt move us to a different room. The receptionist didnt speak that well english either and their card machine didnt work. I’m sure the hotel normally is good, but I did not get a good experience. The breakfast was good!

❌❌❌ Avoid this hotel ❌❌❌ I am a Travel vlogger & I Just checked into this hotel, and unfortunately, my initial impressions are less than favorable. The room I was assigned feels extremely cramped and closed in, giving off a claustrophobic vibe & very small room Moreover, the window view is virtually nonexistent, as it’s obstructed by a nearby wall. + getting alot of noises disturbance from outside which is causing headache literally

Stayed with my family during our vacation in Da Nang. The male receptionist (didn’t manage to get his name) was polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Affordable place with great location👍🏻

Love this place definitely has a 5-star aspects. great staff are helpful and efficient rooms are clean air conditioning works well Wi-Fi works well beds are comfortable views are good especially on the higher floors and it's very close to the beach literally about two blocks away. there is a small market right across the street as well as restaurants and good food all over. They also have underground scooter parking with elevator access.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, nice design, spacious. The staff are lovely and enthusiastic. Amazing trip and come back soon.

I stayed here with my family over the cny holiday and I love the hotel so much. It is close to the beach. The breakfast could be better but it was amazing. I would 100% love to stay again.

Group of 7 of us stayed here for 3 nights. The staff a were very attentive. Though not well verse in English but the Google Translate help a lot. The manager Hoàng had been very responsive to my request on transport arrangement before arrival. We were disappointed due to the price increase at the end was told that the management didn't grant approval but appreciate him for trying to nego for us. We were driven in an Hyundai 7 seater which is too narrow for all 8 of us including the driver. Those sitting at the back were very uncomfortable. We give 5 stars to the driver Thinh, he is very accommodative to our requests and very helpful. The buffet breakfast in the hotel is consider good for a 3-star. I love the healthy choices on the Vege and salad section. There is a mini Mart beside it and two other mini Mart within walking distance. The hotel is clean, room is spacious n comfy. Only 15 min to airport. 7 min to HAN River. Overall I recommend Cordial Hotel, Danang 👍

Stayed here for 3 days & found the staff very helpful, polite & smiley. The room was very well decorated, the bed & pillows the best I had stayed in, very comfortable & quiet room. The shower was powerful & plenty of hot water. Very clean & tidy hotel & would definitely stay here again.
