What
a
great
experience
at
the
Cordial
Grand
Hotel.
Our
son
and
his
fiancé
stayed
here
and
made
the
recommendation
to
us.
Where
do
I
begin?
When
we
arrived
to
the
hotel
after
a
four
hour
flight
delay
from
Ha
Noi,
Hai
was
polite
and
eager
to
help
us
with
our
luggage
up
the
entrance
stairs.
He
even
carried
our
heaviest
bag
without
complaint.
Quyen
was
at
the
front
desk
reception
and
was
so
very
kind
and
helpful
throughout
our
check-in.
She
made
sure
that
our
room
was
situated
on
the
requested
floor.
After
settling
in,
we
decided
to
go
out
for
something
to
eat
and
se
the
Dragon
Bridge
at
night.
Thuong
had
joined
Quyen
at
the
front
desk
and
was
great.
She
made
sure
that
my
Grab
App
was
installed
and
working
properly.
The
next
day
we
met
our
driver
for
the
next
three
days.
Bang
was
absolutely
amazing
and
kind.
Our
three
days
with
him
in
his
vehicle
were
days
well
spent.
Lily,
the
Reception
Manager,
was
so
kind.
She
made
sure
that
our
laundry
needs
were
met
efficiently.
Cuong,
our
housekeeper
was
a
gentleman
through-and-through.
He
attended
to
my
wife’s
every
need
and
request
with
a
smile.
Even
Hoa
Mi,
who
works
at
the
sister
hotel
across
the
street,
came
by
to
say
hello
to
us.
I
can
only
say
great
things
about
Phuoc,
Hong
and
Thinh
in
the
dining
room.
They
were
so
polite,
friendly
and
helpful
with
us
at
breakfast
every
day.
Hong
happily
cooked
my
scrambled
eggs
to
my
satisfaction;
even
allowing
me
to
assist
(a
little!).
When
we
left
for
Phu
Quoc,
we
felt
like
we
were
a
part
of
the
family.
We
travel
a
lot
and
this
has
been
our
finest
hotel
experience.
