Horrific. We checked in and checked out in 5 minutes. The place is absolutely filthy and nothing had been cleaned or wiped down. You absolutely could not stay there. Don’t know how this place has any stars. Only positive was that the staff were so lovely and helpful and gave us a refund straight away, which makes me think this happens regularly.

A risk to your health. Mold galore. My lungs hurt after I woke up after a night there, and seeing the walls in the light of day made me understand why. Like many Vietnamese "boutique hotels" the maintenance at Raon is inadequate. Borderline useless Wi-Fi. Dirtiness. Mold. Damaged appliances and lack of electrical outlets. These rooms were not designed with guests in mind, and they are not maintained well enough to be fit for human residence. The front desk staff are willing to help you with anything you need at the moment. But what management really needs is to take care of their building consistently, not placate their guests acutely.

Please don't be tricked by the nice photos and reviews. Unfortunately, these are not accurate! The walls are stained, cracked, and in our room there were kids' crayon doodles all over the walls. The kitchen in the studio is in bad shape, the pipe in the bathroom leaks, and the room is very smelly. We think is a rip off we got asked to pay 330000 VND for the night we slept there, considering what you can get for this money somewhere else. I would recommend to management to put some care into this place and at least fix the cracks and repaint the walls in the rooms.

The room is very hot and old. I talked to staff and i want to change another room. But i must wait 30 mins because the staff must clean the room .but when i go to the another room . Omg, no clean the room. So dissapointed

Average budget hotel. Perfect when you only need a bed, toilet and wifi is not so good (at acceptable level). Though the receptionist is welcoming and helpful.

This place is disgusting, far away from what I saw on the pictures. Room was dirty, there was a lot of dust, mold and rust! It is ridiculous that it has such a high grade! I would give them maximum 3! Guy from.the reception pushed me to cancell my booking through the app, so I could not give any comment. I wouldn't spend any hour out there! Avoid this place !!!

I stayed solo on the 6th floor for 3 nights. It had an amazing view. But unfortunately, there was a leak in the bathroom. Then I stayed on the 5th floor for 3 nights and my fiend joined me for 3 nights. This room , 506 ( I think) has twin beds. It was quite spacious and my friend commented that it was a great find and value for money. The reception staff were very helpful. I had good conversations with Mai at reception and she has lots of information to share.

The staff was nice and polite. The location is near the beach so you could walk there, it about 400m away from the beach. It is also near a mini mart so you can buy anything that you want. Our room has a kitchen but unfortunately, we did not have the time to use it. The room was big and spacious for both of us so it is relaxing. But the equipment is a little bit old and our AC got water dripping out while I was lying on the bed

Mai was very helpful and showed us different rooms before we had to decide if we would like to stay or not. We got a message everyday if we need some room keeping or other stuff. The room was big and had a little kitchen. There was a free water refilling station at the reception. We had no problems at all!

Old style hotel with studios. All you may need is there for a small bush. Of course it is not luxurious and nothing fancy. it is basic and vintage style. But the studio is huge, with balcony, tv, ac, kitchen

Room was good and spacious. Hotel staff and representative was generous. She went out of the way and helped us book train tickets. Main travel places are also nearby as well as beach.

Mai at the reception made my stay worthwhile . She was very responsive and Immediately changed my room when I addressed the issues I had. My room on the 7th floor was perfect. She took care of my transfers, etc. and checked frequently to make sure I was comfortable. Quang on the night shift also very helpful. Location is great. Rooms do need a facelift!!

Hotel is really nice. Staff is really helpful especially a lady who works in the morning hours is very helpful and informative. Really liked and would suggest to book here. Price is less, room size is adequate and it is located in main area!

It was an amazing stay at raon apartment. staff at reception is also very friendly. overall it was so so lovely and cozy place and budget friendly too.

This is a nice accommodation in Da Nang city. It located nearby the beach. Room is nice, the staffs are very friendly and alway smile. This is a nice location for holiday. Highly recommended. I will go back for another time

The room was exactly what I wanted the location was close to beach and pubs and restaurants and the staff organised my early check in at 10.00am also my tour to ba na Hills and my cab to the train station

Really happy we stayed here. From first arriving the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. Very happy with the room and the facilities. The bed is really comfy and we both had a really good sleep. The area is fantastic and a lot of places to eat. Would definitely recommed this place to stay if you have a flight the next day.

This is a nice hotel in Danang city. It located nearby the beach. The room is so lovely and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will continue to choose Raon for the next trip.

A Fantastic hotel and friendly staff!!! My friends and I visited Da Nang and chose Raon as our accommodation which we are really satisfied. The room is clean and well organized. We impressed with staff here , named Giang who is so helpful and kindly. She showed us where we could go and what we could enjoy in Da Nang. Especially it took us only 6 minutes to walk to the beach which it’s so amazing. We will definitely stay here when we come back Da Nang. Highly recommended! Thank you Raon!

I and my friends have good time when we stay at Raon Apartment and Hotel. I loved this place soooo much! From the we arrived, Ms. Giang and the staff 😃 were very helpful, friendly and hospitable. We felt like VVIP. Service is perfect. They recommend us some interest place in Da Nang as Helio center and good restaurant to enjoy our meal The cafe shop looked nice and was a great spot to take photos. The room is so nice and clean.
