Bác sĩ, MSc, MD Dương Xuân Lộc Shame on you, your obligation for being doctor i and my families visited Vinmec Danang emergency department at 18.Jun.2022 night. you consulted 4 including 2years baby as well. i clearly insisted that mostly our concern is baby after car accident. so wanted clear diagnosis and medical reports. you just issued 3 adults and said baby's one Vietnam Police will pay and take care. anyway we didn't get any medical report for baby and heard your hospital that didn't charge any thing for baby. meaning that you doctor and police pretended to care baby but nothing. be shame on you, you gave up responsibility of doctor that deliver correct information to patients and don't cheat them. if possible, i will spread this where i can including all your Vinmec hospitals branches.

This hospital isn't very busy so there is the manpower time and equipement to help you get the treatment you need and I thought the price was really good considering you get a private room with a private bathroom. All the doctors spoke english and were really personable. You can only pay in VND or credit card.

I took my boyfriend to A&E in Danang today, not knowing what to expect or if we could receive help as an English couple on their backpacking trip. They were AMAZING! We came into hospital, and within 5 minutes he had a bed in the emergency department. They did a consultation, and tests right away. Within two-three hours we had our diagnosis. He then was given 2 litres of fluids immediately, we were given all his prescriptions and he was even double checked by a general surgeon to confirm the diagnosis and rule out anything surgical. We even received a point of contact, incase we have any worries throughout our travels in Vietnam. We are over the moon to have answers, and we hope to continue our travel plans in a week or so. Highly recommend!

I am not sure why people only tend to write about their negative experiences, this really confused me when I had to do my search and decide whether or not to come here. My experience at Vinmec was actually great. I had appointments in advance and the fee was lower with one. The place is expectedly vast, clean, nice. I did not have to wait much since there were not many people around. Most importantly, the doctors were very kind and attentive which is not easy to get these days in Vietnam. They were very gentle and patiently giving advice. Overall, expect to pay higher prices compared to the market. But I think it's totally worth it if you don't want to wait, and just want to see a nice doctor who would really dedicate the time for a proper consultation.

I’m not local here in Da Nang city. Therefore, my knowledge about all the hospital here is not really well. However, I went to Vinmec before for some health testing, and it went smoothly. I was totally satisfied. This time, I also chose Vinmec based on my good experience earlier. It’s such a waste of my time with false information provided by the customer service department. I pay more to get better service, but this is the worst that I can get. The doctors are also rude when it comes to explaining the service that is unavailable (was confirmed by the customer service that it was available). I don’t mind waiting until everything got verified, but spending two hours for a rude attitude afterward is not worth it with the money I spend. Even though I got my refund, my time got wasted. Tired and frustrated…

Update: The quality of service has gone down every time I go. It's gotten so bad that I feel like I know more than the doctors do during my visits. You expect doctors to be confident and competent in their field and have a sense of authority and leadership. However, if they see a foreigner they clam up, get scared, it's pretty embarassing. Despite having quality translators, the doctor's passiveness is still obvious and doesn't leave you feeling confident about the quality of examination, diagnosis or any potential mistreatments. In my opinion, the lack of quality is not worth the price here. You will find better service somewhere else in town. After bad experience after bad experience I will go somewhere else from now on and don't intend to visit again.

You'd love to be hospitalized here for a long time but you have to make sure that you have an insurance that will cover all the bills because this hospital is very expensive. I mean, fair enough; - doctors and nurses are professionals and well trained they might speak a lil engrish but enough for you to understand them. Doctors have a translator. - medical secretary who also happens to be my translator is very cool and she'll always be there to help you not only for translating but for making you feel okay. - facilities such as ct scans, xrays, ultrasound are really great and modern so fast service no hassle. Medical staff who're assigned in are very friendly and warm. - clean and modern building. They'll clean your room and change the beddings everyday. - hospital food here are delicious and they're always on time. Variety of food in the menu, healthy side dishes and mains. - overall, everything is absolutely amazing. Nurses will take care of you, doctors come and visit you often to see how're you doing which is important. Thanks Vinmec and to all of the staff!

Had severe ear pain not sure from what and asked for a consultation with a ENT specialist via their website Saturday early morning (3 am around). 6:45 am I got an email asking if 9 am same day works. Gave them all details via email and when I arrived everything went smooth and quick. There is a bit of language barrier but they are trying their best to explain. The doctor was taking time to carefully explain.

I came into the Emergency Department with food poisoning and was very well looked after. The hospital is quiet and immaculate, the doctors are kind and efficient and there was no wait time. I was allowed to stay and sleep even after my treatment was finished. The head of Emergencies, Dr Tri was excellent and made sure I was well cared for.

I have used Vinmec services for several years. Previously, I was satisfied with the quality of treatment. But not now. The doctor's appointment took three minutes. The doctor examined me for 20 seconds. The doctor did not prescribe any examination or tests. it was amazing for me. I was prescribed 8 tablets and they said that was all. For such treatment, it was easier for me to just go to the pharmacy. Needless to say, my illness soon worsened and I became much worse. But the hospital wants big money for bad treatment.

Visited this hospital twice with the same problem and they did the exact same tests twice even though my previous medical report suggested a different method of testing. They wasted both my time and money. They did not take me seriously about my problem and insisted I do the same test twice. Not a good experience when you’re worried about your health.

The facilities are new, modern and good maintained. Excellent service and good room. The cost is expensive in DN city, but the room is private, and high security. I feel safe when my baby was here. My baby even received the lucky money in the 1st day of CNY. Haha.

No care for the patient, looking at me like I had plague or it was stupid to go to the hospital for a sinusitis. Then asked for way too much money, came back on this with shady arguments when I raised voice, made another price, changed for a third price when I mentioned the VAT invoice for insurance. Then once agreed, told me I could not buy the medicines from the hospital's pharmacy if I choose that way to pay, then the receptionist still made all the papers and I still bought the medicines at the hospital pharmacy (yes, when you scam, try to get your own staff in your scam plan next time!). TDLR; Scammers with shady technics, no care for patients, blurry diagnosis and treatment. Never again.

Honestly such a great hospital! I’d nearly go as far as saying better than the healthcare in Australia. I booked online to see a general doctor, they called almost immediately after booking to change the booking to a specialist. I saw the specialist, got an ultrasound and a urine test. All done within 3 hours. No waiting time at all, such great prompt service. Everyone spoke English very well and the hospital was super clean with modern facilities. All up it cost me $140AUD, including medication. I could never get this type of service for this cheap in Australia. Great job!

Terrible experience. I came to the emergency room because I suddenly developed a skin condition which seems severe. They could not help me as there was no specialist. They asked me to call a number to make an appointment. I called and their reply was: maybe next week. Yes, this in an emergency. I had to run to another hospital

Best Hospital in DaNang but not on same level as any private Thai hospital. Calling any Vinnec Hospital is a waste of time plus it costs mobey to waste your time as for me i called 12 times until someone could talk to me but it was the wrong city.... sadky its faster to drive to the hospital to speak to anyone.... phone is very bad, ezpecially if you have emergency and all they suggest is to use their mobile app.... very very very bad.... i hope they cancel their nationwide telephone answering service

Was were asked to come an hour in advance to take a covid test but waited more than 40 minutes before being asked to complete more documents that was not done ahead of covid test, then only covid test was done and we had to wait again for results before even getting to our appointment that was late. Our appointment was sheduled for 13h00, but we only started to transition from 13h40 towards the doctors after arriving at 12h00. SOME OF are not very friendly and HELPFUL with showing you where to transition too. The forms are all in Vietnamese only and the directions given by doctors are not clear for you to follow. There was a few very professional specialists un the general department. After doing all the general test for my son, we were told to wait for am hour for results. We did not want to leave because we thought that if we return the next day, we have to pay again for covid test lol. It's more than an hour later and we were still waiting.

The process to get sample for quick test is not flexible, stupid and takes too much time. Need to wait long outside which is not good for patient at all. The hall is full of sunshine or wind based on seasons and that is absolutely bad for patients who need to get inside quickly This is hospital but they are so careless from the gate @.@

The Staff and Doctor that greeted and treated me were professional and totally competent. The facility was modern and well equipped. Excellent medical treatment at a very reasonable cost..

Can’t fault this hospital - service was excellent during our trip to da nang. Partner was unwell for 48 hours - downloaded the vinmec app and booked an appointment that day which was confirmed instantly. Booked with a general practitioner but got seen by a gastroenterologist based on our symptoms description which was excellent. Most staff spoke enough English that we could explain symptoms and not need google translate. Got an ultrasound, bloods and other samples and results back within an hour. Pharmacy on site which filled prescriptions quickly. All up cost for these treatments/tests/medications was about ~ 3,000,000 dong or ~ $200 AUD. very clean and professional hospital - my partner and I are both health professionals and were very impressed.

Our vacation from US ended with a femur break and we found our way to VinMec after a rural clinic and Pacific Hospital. The staff were very kind. We especially appreciated the nursing skills of Thach, the translating from Thuy and the visits and advocacy from Dr Tri to get our travel insurance to take him to the best place for his surgery for his best outcome. Thank you!

Really well organized in the hospital. And the department of gastroenterology works perfectly, there are good specialists. But the dermatologist and gynecologist are some of the worst in my life. It seems to me that you need to greatly revise the staff.

We visited the hospital for ENT and Dental checkup but sadly the Dentist is not available, which is extremely disappointed. However, our visit with ENT doctor was incredibly nice. Dr Nguyen Van Thai is kind and helpful. He saved our experience at this hospital.

Overall a great experience. From the opportunity to schedule an appointment online (make sure to do it as it will be cheaper) to getting results in 2-3 hours. All the personnel speak good English, they even gave us a translator when we went to a doctor. Smooth process, they patiently explain you where to go and what to do next. We came early in the morning, so there were no queues. Fast results. Thank you so much!

$217 is how much it costs to put a cast on the hand of a 5 year old boy!!! This amount does not include doctor visits and x-rays. $217 just for a small arm cast! That's all you need to know about prices in this place!!!

Nguyen Thai Tri, Head of Emergency and ICU, did such an incredible taking care of a student of mine. We were traveling for study abroad and had to visit this hospital. I was so impressed by their professionalism and compassionate care. This doctor is fantastic and his staff was so helpful!

All of the doctors (especially Nguyen Thai Tri, MD, head of ER and intensive care), nurses and technicians who helped me were exceptionally competent, caring and supportive. I booked an appointment here and first they rescheduled because they had booked the appointment at the wrong place. But I got another appointment the next day and my experience at the hospital was very pleasant and comfortable. They had a translator at the appointment so a language barrier wasn’t an issue and I got all the examinations that I needed.

We came here after an accident had happened on the motorbike. The staff are friendly and well trained, most of them speak English which is good for foreigners. Also the Doktor Minh did a really good job with the surgery and to help us with the recovery process!!

Rushed to pay before any work done. Pay 36 million ($1,500 USD) for hit and miss staff. Some were excellent and others were just lazy to help. Rushed through exams without any explanation of the results with half of the staff. Still haven't received my blood work results or even an email. I came to Vinmec to locate my problem and now have another because of the services here. Zero help from customer service. Pay VIP prices for what kind of service? At least the hospital is clean 🙄
