Don't book anything through this hostel. I booked a van through this hostel and they ended up putting a random address as my drop point instead of my next hostel. Mistakes happen, I get that. But when the van service and myself called them to sort out this issue, they hung up the call and refused to answer the phone when we called them back. Quality service. Other than that, the beds were private and air-conditioned, which was needed with there being 16 beds to the room.

Nice hostel with a very friendly manager. Good location, near by the bridge with the dragon and all the touristic attractions around. Big beds with courts is to give you some privacy. Has a terrace to spend some of the spare time reading or doing another think. The only negative point was one of the toilets, couldn’t close properly. Some of the staff is not very fluent in English but they try their best and at the end can understand you

It's a room and that's about it. it is expensive for the quality and size. the hotel goes by several names Ikigai, Dragon hotel and Posiki. We stayed on the 7th floor and the room was infested with ants. If you value peace then move on, it’s noisie both from neighboring rooms and the street. The bathroom fittings are falling down. the prices stated on Agoda are significantly lower than what they charge (Agoda stated 495kVnD, they charged 550kVnD) the prices for the same room also vary depending on who searches for the rooms. after 51 nights in Asia, I can state that this place is the worst I have tried in its class. do yourself a favor and find something else.

Simply not as advertised or reviewed. It’s currently more of a nasty local flophouse. First, they are no longer serving breakfast, and the coffee shop downstairs doesn’t make food. Second, there is no security . . . In the wee hours of the morning, they just half close the gate but leave the door open, and there are no locks on any of the dorm room doors upstairs, and bad smelling locals roll in and go to bed unshowered at 3 and 4am, even on weekdays. Lastly, I reserved 4 beds in a 4 bed dorm because I wanted privacy and security . . . Lol. My wishes were not honored even though I prepaid for 6 nights and wrote a note explaining that a private room was essential when booking. Upon arrival I was told the room with 4 beds was unavailable, instead they put us into a room for 6 and told us that even though other people had to walk through the room to go to the toilets, showers, and building entrance, no one else would sleep here or have their stuff here. That’s really not OK, neither private nor secure, but we had been traveling for 18 hours straight and just accepted it. That lasted for exactly one night! Our second night here the two extra beds were filled by randoms. I reported them to Agoda, demanded a refund and am writing this at 7 am, unable to sleep a wink due to the smells and snores and anxiety about getting out of here . . . Oh, the last thing I wanted to mention: when we first checked in and the girl at the desk didn’t understand I had prepaid, she quoted a special westerners only walk-in rate of 280,000 dong ($12) per person per night, when it’s $2 for locals and $2-6 online. So, so disgusted.

The place is confusing with several name and not clear signboard. You would have to pay attention to find it. Great service from the staff and very clear room guide/instruction. The room design wise is a bit weird. The family room is around 15-18 sqm and have packed interior but has a kitchen sink (dunno what for) when their rule is not eating in room. The upper deck bed is insecure and difficult for children to sleep up there.

The room doesn't have a natural sunlight or air. I appreciate that AC is turned all day.If they could have the windows open for air circulation it would be great.Towels smells clean and new everyday. Facilities are good. Location very convenient. Staff friendly. Overall, this place is ideal for a short stay.

I stayed in the only dorm opened to individual travellers. Tiny space with 6 bunk beds. Only common space is the corridor between the two rows of beds. Never seen so many beds in so little space. The room is on 2nd floor. Showers are nice and on 4th floor. All travellers should be warned when using the lockers. I discovered that the lockers have no end board so if you push your items too much inside, they will drop and you may not realize. Or someone can steal ? Ask the property for an explanation for such crazy arrangement.

Stay one night here, checked in a lil’ bit late around 11pm. And they actually locked the front door at midnight. But they will give us access key. (They inform thru email about this). Dorm room is quite nice and quiet. There are lockers outside the room, fit for hand carry bag (around 22’). And there’s a small box used as a safety box in each bed. Shower room is in different floor (there’s no elevator access to the shower area). But there’s a toilet in each floor. Location is good too, walking distance to the church, local market, restaurants, cafe and bar.

It should be called "posiki coffee shop". The staff at the "reception" are all always busy with the ppl that come to stay at the coffee shop at the first floor and not really worried about the guests of the hostel-dorm part. The bathrooms are not cleaned daily and so it's a little gross to shower and use the toilet. The hostel has a nice "system" but it doesn't really work. Sad !

This is the best dorm ever I have stayed here. Staffs are so friendly, nice with us. Because Posiki dorm is located in the central of Da Nang, so there are many tourist attractions around. The room here is so clean and cozy. The next DN trip, I will choose Posiki dorm to stay :)) Love this dorm so much!!!

Do not be mistaken by the pictures it dose not look this clean in real life, not hygienic. Staff is young and friendly but still the beds and space was not clean at all.

Ms Luan made my stay a very pleasant one. She is very helpful, polite and customer- oriented. She deserves the highest commendation for making your hostel proud!
