The Happy Day Hotel is wheelchair accessible, for the most part. Its cheap and across the street from the perfume river. There's an elevator down below where they park scooters, it's fairly step and hard to push up/down. Elevator goes to all floors. Our standard room was accessible, huge bed and bathroom with a deep tub/shower. There's a window between the shower and bedroom with a curtain to close, but no curtain to keep water from soaking the entire bathroom. The room was filthy and bed hard as a rock, was was it was for 15usd.

stay here for 4 days 3 night. everything is good. staff friendly and great location! we went to the spa for hair wash and massage everyday.

Room is just normal, don't expect too much. The location is excellent. If you are looking for simple and cheap hotel, this is the choice. But if you are looking for good facility, then this is not for you. Front desk did provide a good service as well.

As they say " location, location, location". Make sure you get a room with a balcony, or at least a large window in front of the river. Great views. And in the centre of the action. This way it is worth the price as this hotel is 3 stars at the most. One thing to mention: we saw a large bug in the bathroom one night...that might scare some people like it did for my wife.

Rooms are good but not cleaned very well. Still had used ear buds behind the door from previous people. Cleaners need to clean properly. Front desk staff helpful and made room for our bike motorbikes

Central location, convenient, from hotel room can see Han river, dragon bridge, Nha Tho Giao Xu An Hai Catholic Church, near Danang Cathedral.

Super great location and room at this low cost price. Would totally recommend.

I was happy with everything except the cleanliness, there is a ton of dust on the floor (closed to my bed) and on the sofa!

worst hotel ever!! the room is very dirty and bad smell i could not sleep at this hotel,i had to change the hotel, if you guys don't want to waste time and money, do not book this hotel. Totally terrible🥵🥵🥵😨😨😨

It's right on the street, but rooms are dirty. Walls have strains like dirty hands have been rubbed on. Aircon doesn't work so good. And none have a window. Service is alright but hygiene is 1/5

It was a very disappointing experience At first we got a room where we found they had not even cleaned the room so they shifted to another room , that room was ok but still not satisfied ac was not working properly when we complaint for that the receptionist told us its in all room you will get the same issues ...Also please check which room has window big one or balcony ...as major of the rooms don't have window .. So overall rating Value for money - 1/5 Location - 5/5 Service - 1/5 Cleanliness - 1/5

Nice view but extremely dirty. Ac wack, spend one night have to book a new hotel. Don’t waste your money on this place. Most 5 or 4 star rating is fake. Don’t trust it y’all

hotel with great location, situated right next to the main road and riverside, everything is close-by within walking distance, central market is just 200m away. rooms are well maintained and clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

Prime location with extreme value! Right on the river, the location is perfect. 3 minute walk to Cho Han where authentic, local great food is available cheap. Lovely ladies at front desk. Best room rates are available in person, not thru agoda :(

Overrated, overpriced, unrealistic reviews The Pics on the net are unrealistic, standard of the hotel does not at all match the description given on various booking Sites. Rooms are small, and rooms with Riverview are right at the 4 lane street with traffic 24/7. Beds are uncomfortable, hard as a a stone. The cleanest of the room are on a very low level or openly spoke dirty, real dirty. Also lights in the bathroom and on one side of the bed were not working. Floor finishing are broken on various locations in the room. Bathroom had broken tiles. Made the mistake to go through the room with socks on and set in the bed with the socks. A nightmare what you will find afterwards in your bed sheets. In addition we had bugs all over the bed and the room. Don't know what these critters are at least we were not bit during the night. We asked for a room clean up and change of bedsheets. Which was done but didn't had any benefit in respect to cleanest of the sheets or the room. We are not at all picky regarding standards or even have in mind to judge the Vietnamese hotel by western level! Had to pay the room in advance otherwise the staff would have kept our passports! Highly questionable behavior, as you normally would not give your passport out of Hand in Vietnam or any foreign country, remember your Visa is in the passport! In Vietnam you are requested by law to have your Visa on you when you are on the move. We left the hotel after one night. Had a little discussion with the staff about the refund as the didn't wanted to make a refund on the credit card. In the end the paid the refund in cash back to us. To be fair I must mentioned that they gave us a discount for the night of 25%. Thanks for that! But keep in mind the trouble and inconveniences we had. Sleeping a night with little critters and make an hour of research to find a new hotel. As I assume that most of the high rated reviews are not honest reviews (including the reviews on other platforms in the web)....you probably can imagine what I mean! They are just fake reviews. Overall the hotel is overpriced as you will find brand-new hotel near the coast line for less money. Or if you want to stay near the city center also there.

Great view with friendly staffs! When we arrived there, we have to wait about 30 minutes for late room clean. But we will need 3hours the next day and they give us 3hours more. So we can enjoy more time in hotel.

Good, clean and affordable. My room is not so big, but it was cheap and up to my satisfaction. Receptionist was very kind and considerate. The hotel is located on main road surrounded by many tourist attraction.
