Hotel with good potential (nice and clean rooms, facility), which the team kills. Unfortunately very underwhelming experience and very junior management team compared to other 5* establishment in Danang or closeby in area. From the unwelcoming check-in and attitude from the team, general lower service standard. Spa is part of the package, but some staff are like like beginners/trainees, not following the filled paper, uneven pressure, wring angle and technique of massage. Hopefully the hotel will improve, it would be very pity to have such nice venue, but inexperienced team.

The staffs are very friendly and quick to respond. Room cleaning is carried out from time to time so that it can be kept clean. The spa service was a pretty high-end service among the spas I received locally. The breakfast menu was prepared in various ways, and I was satisfied that there was even a vegan menu. I want to visit again. (Beef burger and red beef curry are delicious in the room service, so be sure to try it)

I would rank this place as one of my most favorite resort in vietnam in term of service level !!!!!!!!!!! Design and decoration are typical nice and well care but the services are superior !!!! I am not kidding, I got here when the resort just re-open and their welcome drinks surprisingly unique, a well-served tea pot made in front of me (feel very nice in a cool and windy day) Even more surprise when check in the room with a fridge full of health drinks and fruits (ALL FREE). Every night, they will give you 1 new experience such as a sleeping tea (lavender), put a latern in the pool and praise ❤️,…—-> i ve never experienced this before but this show a well-cared to me and I am thankful for that. Their breakfast is beyond delicious, its not buffet kind you typical see at other resorts, the food and drink is super healthy and flavorful (I love cao lau, all the drinks and milk in the menu) And if you book the package, you will get 45mins msg per day and also enjoy free class (i love daily taichi ❤️❤️) It has been months since my last visit and I definitely come back for another long retreat! I hope they still keep this level of services and improve it to the best everyday!! Thanks for making my trip more enjoyable in Da Nang !

Beautiful memory here except below 1. Quite poor tasty food ocean side restaurant 2. Unstable wifi connection...1 day 1 repairing required but they dont know the reason why yet

I can't even describe how beautiful TIA Wellness is. This is one of the best resorts I ever been. Staying here is truly a relaxation for body and mind . You can join yoga classes ,enjoy spa and massages or just chill by the private pool next to villas or infinity pool by the beach .I have to mention food and specially breakfast -its heaven for vegans and vegetarians .But also if you prefer seafood and other variations ,its just so well prepared and so helthy . All stuff are lovely helpful and truly looking for your wellbeeing. Resort is near to Hoi An and Danang as well . I highly recommend this place and I am looking forward for my next visit .

We stayed in June 2022, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast and food selections were wonderful, especially for plant-based guests. Our villa was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Having stayed in 5, 6 and 7 star hotels all over the world, TIA Wellness Retreat has beaten them all. From the team of beautiful staff, to the treatments, the decor and of course the food, Chloe and her team have taken customer service to the next level. Our honeymoon stay of 11 days was totally blissful, the staff went above and beyond, taking the time to find out what we loved and then providing it with true pleasure to make us as happy as possible. For the first time in both our lives we were tearful to say goodbye although we are determined to return as TIA and their staff have a special place in our hearts. thank you SO much for a truly memorable holiday!

WOW! One of the best hotels that we ever stayed in. The rooms are big, luxurious, and the inside pool is great! Moreover, the staff were amazing! They were so helpful and nice. The 80 minutes retreat that is part of the package was absolutely fantastic!! The breakfast was great also, with a huge variety from buffet and a la carte dish. They also gave us a cake for my husband's 30's birthday. We'll Come back.

Wonderful hotel, the wellness concept is implemented really well in every aspect. The hotel has great facilities, loved the spa treatments, breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable. The villas are nicely designed, spacious and comfortable. Small improvement in the villa would be a espresso machine and better quality hair dryer. Overall we had an amazing experience and the stay was the highlight of our trip in Vietnam.

We enjoyed our stay very much especially with the wellness treatments they offer. The rooms were really modern and we appreciated the privacy they offer. Especially with the private Pools.

Fantastic and laid back beach resort. Each villa has its own little pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa was also very good. Overall a great place to stay in Da Nang!

Some times noisy around, weather is very cold and couldn't swim. Not much thing can do in this weather except massage but seems some therapists look tired and lack of strength on hands. It might because of busy and continuous schedule. It seems need to manage it better.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. Excellent!!!!!! Best stay ever. Super good service. They check in every alternate day to see whether you need anything! House keeping twice a day. Massage is fantastic. Food is pretentious like how I like it. Only thing is they don't have oat milk. But the rest is really beyond excellent. Highly highly recommend and I rarely write raving reviews.

It is a very well made and maintained property that provides you a calm, soothing experience. Just a few setbacks include 1. Ants near room swimming pool and bathroom floor 2. Tall buildings being built around now overlooks the cottage style rooms and hampers privacy 3. We personally did not like the vegetarian food being served. Breakfast and room service included. Although, spa was amazing and so was the no plastic, no waste culture being followed all over the resort. Worth visiting if things above get taken care of.

This is a great resort! I really enjoyed my scrub and massage, and the classes were great. Breakfast here is also amazing and the staff are super friendly 😊 We will definitely stay here when we come back to Da Nang!

Place was clean, spacious and the overall vibe was relaxed. It was not crowded during our stay. Good spread of facilities. Perhaps most impressive of all was the 2 free spa treatments each person is entitled to, which my wife and I enjoyed thoroughly. Food can be a slight concern: while breakfast was superb, we did not quite fancy the idea of eating at the resort for our other meals as well. Then again, it's easy enough to get transport out to the rest of Danang, or take their free shuttle to Hoi An.

Resort is located not too far from city center. Room is clean, modern and has full facilities. Breakfast doesn't have too many options but its enough to me and it tastes good. Minus Point: i have note with resort that my family will check in at 2pm but we still must wait 30' mins to check in 1 room (we have 3) and 30' mins more to have 2 rooms left.

A really peaceful and tranquil place to be at, with excellent service (thank you, Thuy) and a surprisingly delicious plant-based menu. It's great value and I couldn't really bear to leave the resort at all for the full 3 nights I was there. Went for the retreat-inclusive option that included full board plant-based meals and 120 minutes of spa treatments everyday. It's definitely worth giving this option a shot, and as someone who's never been a vegetarian before, the plant-based options were surprisingly manageable.
