Would give 0 stars if I could. We showed up at 2pm (check-in time) and the room wasn’t ready. After waiting over an hour, we get the key and the room was INFESTED with cockroaches. Most disgusting thing ever. Ended up having to go to a different hotel. Don’t even waste your money.

The hotel did overbooking and told us that they were cancelling our reservation shortly before we arrived. They wanted to leave us lying in the middle of the night with a two-year-old baby. We were derived to the hotel across the street, which is lower category and less stars. After a while, the same thing happened to another couple. they don't speak English at all

Take the premier room with higher rate or the king bed room with smallest bathroom sink i have never seen before and not happy about it

room and service are super bad. They provide water and towel for 2 even though we have 3 people and we have ask for water but they reject

This hotel is ok. It is quite cheap (€6 per person per night), the rooms are fine, but the breakfast needs some improvement. Our room key didn't work, at breakfast the coffee and the eggs were cold.

Great place to stay in Da Nang. The breakfast buffet is really good and the location is not far away from the beach. You can book tours and/or motorbike rental. The staff was really nice. Only downside was our room wasn't ready when we checked in at 2 pm.

I booked a room here and received a booking confirmation right after that, and it said I'll pay all the fee on Jan 25th 2020, but after 3 weeks since the day I successfully reserved the room, they forced me to make a 50% deposit before Jan 15th 3020 or they'll cancel my booking, and then I asked them if there were any misunderstanding, they didn't reply me, that's so UNPROFESSIONAL

Called this place to ask for a refund, it was 2 months before my actual stay. Firstly, they said to do it online. Second time I called the same number, they claimed we got the wrong number. This place is a scam, sketchy, bad customer service, receptionist did not understand English, kept hanging up the phone when I called the second time. Do not trust this place. Bad morals.

The best hotel available for a couple or single person stay. Value for money. Clean and very polite staff.

This hotel has a good rooftop view of Da Nang, and flying my drone from there is priceless. The room is quite clean, and the location is close to the beach. The staff is friendly, but they don’t speak much English!
