Great place. We didn't stay in the hotel, however you are allowed to come swim in the pool while you eat at the restaurant. The food was nice, prices a high, especially for Vietnam, but that was expected at a resort like this. The pool is nice and it's not crowded which was great. The private beach area is very nice to use. We spent around 1200k - 1500k for lunch and drinks for these people. The staff speaks English well and are very welcoming and polite. Thank you!

Both my wife and I had a delightful "Two Night Stay" at this excellent hotel, which is basically right on the beach🌴🌞 Having stayed at two other "Victoria Hotels" on our previous visits to Vietnam we were not disappointed!!😁😁😁👏👏👏👍👍👍 From the minute we arrived to our departure two day's later we could not have asked for a more "Incredible Experience"!!! Firstly our Bungalow with it's own balcony was just six paces away from the sea!!... and what a sea??,...the view was spectacular!! 🤩🤩.... but what really made it was going to sleep 💤💤with the sound of the waves just yards away!!🌊🌊🌊 The actual bungalow it's was also impressive with a sitting area for drinking tea "Japanese Style"😁😁 and an "Outdoor Shower" plus a beautiful bath all en-suite..... Absolutely gorgeous!!👍👍👍 With regards the menu and choice of food, it was impressive to say the least. Breakfast was excellent as was the choice and quality of food that was on offer. Lastly we now come to what in our opinion makes "Victoria Hotels So Special"????..... and that is there staff,. The service, friendliness and sheer professionalism was a delight to experience!!! 👏👏👏😁😁🌞🌞 Also we must mention this hotels "General Manager"!!!.. this gentleman was absolutely everywhere!!!.... checking that his guests were all O.K. etc.....but what was most impressive was that this person spoke to absolutely all his guests👍👍👍....be it in and around the hotel and pool, or at reception or in the dining room.!! Without question this "General Manager" could teach certain "Five Star Hotel's in London" a thing or two!!! Would we stay here again???...... "MOST DEFINITELY"!!!👍👍😁👏💪

We stayed here for 03 nights and it was perfect! The room is cozy & spacious with vintage style. I love the swimming pool with a stunning view of the ocean. There is happy hour at faifo bar near the pool with 50% off all menu which definitely a steal! We went there every afternoon for sunset and had great drinks at so affordable prices. The breakfast is decent, Hoi An pho is a must-try. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to be back there next year!

Absolutely stunning and I’ll definitely return! The garden view rooms are a little old. It will be nice if they could upgrade it. Breakfast was spectacular! Looked forward to the bfast and the fresh croissants daily! I wouldn’t recommend the in house massage. It was average for a resort. We enjoyed the pool time so much! Definitely coming back!

Beautiful communal areas, very friendly and attentive staff who even helped us work out some flight issues. We stayed over Christmas in a junior suite and it was amazing! Beautiful design and right by the sea so you could hear the waves as you went to sleep. We signed up to the Christmas gala dinner and it was such a fun evening with great entertainment and even better food, would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to spend Christmas abroad but do be aware the weather can limit how much you want to use the pool etc if it’s rainy/ cooler season. We loved our stay here!

I was spending 14 days for quarantine in this resort. Aside from can not go out due to the rule, everything was comfortable. Oceanfront, beautiful environment, and everyone at the Victoria hotel is very thoughtful and caring to ensure that you are enjoying your quarantine periods. Food is the special part, very delicious.

We have returned twice to this Resort. Manager went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. I loved the outdoor shower adjoining our room. The food is first class n delicious so much variety and its so fresh. You can get good rates directly on site! They have a shuttle that goes to the township a few times a day plus different activities. You have the sea on one side and the river on the other as you can see thru the beautiful photo I took. It's so perfect it looks like a postcard not the real thing as it's that amazing. Have fun 👍

Hotel has great grounds and swimming pool. It has a beach. The rooms are a good size with balcony's. The breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly, attentive and very helpful. Special mention to Trina at the reception and the Concierge who was always attentive.

Where to start....the people. They are all wonderful at Victoria, but one standout was Diem. Thank you so much for all of your extra help like the train journeys for example. It was a last minute decision to expand our time in Hoi An and recalling a recommendation by a friend, I did not hesitate as a surprise...and then booked a second night!! And do the motorbike sidecar trip, so cool. We did not make it into the hills in the north with this lingering, but all the richer for the experience at Victoria, the memories and of course, we will return! Annie and Darin

This resort is just superb! When we saw it had all 5 star reviews on a booking platform we were suspicious. But truly, you just can't find any fault at this lovely hotel. The staff are beyond helpful, always right there and always in a friendly and comfortable way, not obsequious as in some hotels. Our room is beautiful and clean and bright and has a gorgeous view of palm trees, the pool and the sea. Everything is conveniently located around the hotel and the whole place has a lovely ambiance. The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent every day. There is a free shuttle into town and back in the evening which we used and we also used Grab regularly. It's only 10 mins into the old town and taxis are cheap. We really recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when we come to Vietnam next time.

At the conclusion of our Vietnam vacation, we spent six days at the Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort. Our vacation came to an absolutely wonderful end. Without asking, we received an upgrade to an ocean view. The space was exquisite. Had a wonderful massage in the spa and enjoyed the pool a lot. The personnel was excellent. Everyone, including the pool boys, receptionists, and bar personnel, was incredibly polite and helpful. Excellent as well was the brunch. This resort has our endorsement.

The Victoria always puts on good celebrations. Today's Christmas party was no exception. Great food, service, entertainment and great value for money. Wiell done team.

We had such an amazing time at Victoria Hoi An. Everything was great...the room, the location, the pool, and the beach. The food was delicious, and the staff were THE BEST ! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and it wasn't the insincere 'friendly' that you commonly encounter at hotels/resorts, it was genuine, the staff really want you to enjoy your time, but at the same time they are not intrusive. We will be back for sure!

We had a magnificent 9 day family holiday (including 16 & 12yo) at Victoria Hoi An Beach resort. It had been recommended to us by friends and exceeded our high expectations- fantastic bang for your buck for Aussie families with great value food, tours, and shopping. The resort has a fantastic relaxed feel to it with super friendly staff who seem to know you by name from day one. Amazing buffet breakfast, beautiful pool area and nightly happy hour by the pool. Hoi An is beautiful and well worth spending a week or more here to soak it up. We’ve stayed at many great resorts throughout Asia but this is our new favourite! We’ll be back.

This is a fantastic hotel. We had a lovely room, with plenty of space. It was kept clean too. The pool area is lovely, and the bars and restaurants are convenient. Costs are reasonable. We looked at the beach but decided not to visit as the pool was fine for us. There is a free bus to Hoi An which came in handy. Service was great a small issue with the balcony doors was dealt with quickly). Highly recommended.

I could not rate the staff here highly enough. They are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and the free shuttle and bike use is a plus too. Come visit! Hoi An could use your support post-covid, they are ready to welcome you.

It's a very nice resort, located near the sea. I love the decoration, the swimming pool with the seaview of this hotel. It also has a private beach. The breakfast is good 👍 and the staffs there are such friendly, smiling and efficient. It's worthy to spend your vacation there if you visit Hội An. High recommended 👌.

Second time staying at this resort. It’s a classic and not much has changed over the years - which makes it perfect! Friendly and helpful staff, pool area is great with view of ocean and a well needed ocean breeze. Travelled as a couple for a long stay which was very relaxing. Perfect location away from the heat of Old Town. Look forward to our next stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Victoria Hoi An Hotel and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the charming rooms to the beautiful swimming pool and the warm hospitality of the staff, everything was just perfect. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and had a cozy feel to it. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The room also had a balcony that offered a stunning view of the city. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Hoi An. The staff at the Victoria Hoi An Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions I had and even provided me with useful information about the city. The hotel's swimming pool was a real treat. It was clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It was the perfect place to cool off and relax on a hot day. Overall, I highly recommend the Victoria Hoi An Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. It's a beautiful hotel with charming rooms, a nice staff, and a stunning swimming pool. It's a great place to stay and experience the beauty of Hoi An.

Old and modern are mixed together in one hotel. Big swimming pool with really nice view of Cua Dai beach. You can enjoy Cua Dai beach as well if swimming in the pool is too boring. The room is quite big and beautiful decoration.

A great spot, overlooking the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and value for money is hard to beat for the location and facilities.

Food is great, unfortunately the weather was terrible, so we could not enjoy the magnificent pool. The room are good. The hotel has even a Billard lounge, which was great. There is a nearby beach that you can visit by bike and some small shops around. The area is charming somehow

Recently, we had a week-long stay at the Victoria. Not only is it a beautiful ocean-side property, with delicious food and first-class accommodations; as well, the staff was wonderful in every way. They exude kindness and excellence in all that they do. They paid careful attention to making our stay magical and marvelous. I highly recommend the Victoria, and look forward to returning to Hoi An and staying there again. Wishing you wellness and safety in the months to come. Thank you for being open!

Enjoy very much the quarantined time at Victoria Hội An! Lovely room with ocean view and great food and services!

Splendid resort with great views and good service. It is currently run down due to combination of the storms of last autumn (that heavily damaged the facility) and the low number of customers (due to ongoing Covid). But it definitely has huge potential and will shine once rebuilt.

Another excellent Victoria property. Rooms a spacious and comfortable, food is excellent, great ocean breezes and views from all across resort. Gym and spa and sufficient as well with good options for services. Easy to bike ride into town or take a taxi. The beach is at the end of the resort and we went every day (8 days). Clean. Will stay again!

Been coming here for a couple of years. Clean and efficient, and amazingly elegant. Great breakfasts and excellent lunch menu at a reasonable price. Best feature is its private beachfront location on the East Sea, and a great pool for kids. Perfect for sunrise calm

Colonial style villas in a beach resort, most with an ocean view and pleasant grounds with walkways following water channels full of fish. It's not the most modern of resorts but compensates with its warm welcome and competent staff, most of whom speak excellent English. It's also worth calling them direct as they offered a fabulous deal in person, beating the hotel comparison sites by about a quarter and threw in dinner for two for one evening and a complimentary child's bed for our room. Breakfast was everything you'd expect with juices, cereals, toast, pho, omelettes cooked to order etc. All in all, a great experience and fabulous welcome.

This resort was very beautiful with a long and clean beach. The location so far from city center. This place especially suitable for couples or small family.

Nice and peaceful resort. Location view 1 side of Thu Bon river, one side of Cua Dai beach…

Well what can I say, Service, Service, Service. English spoken very well and all staff really appreciated us being there. The building needs a bit of TLC, but did not affect our enjoyment in any way. Best breakfast selection

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. One of the best resorts in Hoi An to have a weekend getaway for everyone. Highly recommend.

We went to The Victoria for a week with our daughter, son-in-law and 8 month old grandson. We were aware that because of the time of year we may have some bad weather and we wanted somewhere comfortable just in case we got rained in. As it happened we missed our flight and arrived two days late. The Front Desk Staff were kind and understanding and changed our booking without penalty. We booked directly through the hotel and so it was good to have Diem as a contact to assist person us when things weren't going to plan! The Victoria was perfect in every way. Every single staff member was friendly and competent. They attended to our every needs. The baby had a lovely cot in the room and high chairs were available. The pool area is comfortable. The food in the hotel is good but there are also other options within walking distance if you want them. The rooms are not modern or glitzy. They are comfortable and large. We had two adjoining suites with balconies with sea views. The Victoria is close enough to Hoi An old town, but a bit away from the hustle and bustle. For us it was the best of both worlds, relaxing beach holiday and easy, interesting city holiday. We could easily have stayed longer. After one week The Victoria felt like home. I hope that we can return soon. Hoi An is a beautiful place and The Victoria is a great hotel. Thank you to Diem and all the staff.

I wrote a review on the spot but somehow it did not get uploaded. Here is what I remember writing: A stop at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort for a cocktail has been a highlight of several previous trips to Hoi An. But this time, with a dearth of guests and the allurement of a wonderful discount granted by the hotel administration, I indulged myself with a wonderful beachfront room and was nothing other than delighted.
