We had the best time here. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also arranged a motorbike for us which made our commute easier. The rooms were great and beautiful. Everything was perfect. The old town lantern street is close by. I would definitely recommend this place if you are going to Hoi An.

Namskar from India!!! I generally do not do reviews and post them publicly but this one is absolutely special. Hoi An CoCo River resort & spa hotel, I stayed 2 nights here for my honeymoon and fell in love with the hotel. Pros about hotel: 1. As soon as we arrive from airport we are greeted with welcome drink. That tea was fantastic soothing , i drank 2 of them. Receptionist n hotel staff speaks english so you wont have any issue in communication. 2. As i said i was there for my honeymoon, they nice decorated the room and kept a special surprise cake for us. We absolutely loved it. 3. Staff and Specially Levan Chau is absolutely awesome, they took care of all the request asked for. In the morning we requested them to arrange our breakfast near pool area so that we can enjoy pool and have breakfast as well, Levan not only took care of request but also made it special by setting up tables n getting us special menu. 4. Staff helped us in arranging rented bike n making it ready for us. They went out of their way to make it easier for us. 5. Facilities are awesome, instant hot water, bath tub is just magical. Our room had nice pool view. The river flowing in backyard just enhances its beauty. 6. Special area to have drinks n enjoy the riverview 7. You can do a round bambo boat ride but it was closed when we there 8. Hoi An Ancient town street is just 4km away hotel does provide a cycles for you or you can rent out a bike. Only Con - The hotel reopened after Covid so they dont have full strength of Chefs yet so if want to have dinner you have to tell them in advance. If not you can go to near by restaurants.

The staff was lovely and very friendly. The resort is amazing and clean. Great location and spot to just relax and have a nice day. The only thing was the blanket in the room was a little thin for me but apart from that, I would definitely recommend this place! 😁

The rooms are really big and have a beautiful balcony view. The service provided at the place is the best . Very hard working staff and very polite and helpful. As we stayed as a honeymoon couple, they surprised us with a lovely cake and honeymoon setup in our room. The only issue is location as it's quite secluded and at night it does not feel like you can go out.

We loved staying Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa. It was a beautiful resort with amazing staff who made us feel very special during our stay. The rooms, pool, restaurant and day spa were all so nice. Breakfast was good too! We highly recommend Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa.

Great resort about 5-7min from the old An Hoian which is great for the quietness and calming surroundings while being close to the city if you wish. They offer a taxi shuttle twice a day and bicycle free of charge. Rooms were clean and large for enough for our 3 daughters. Breakfast buffet was classic but staff made us feel special every morning! Mrs Vy at the front desk was always ready to help and always with a smile.

It is excellent and beautiful. The room and the landscape are unexpectly good. And service is nice. It takes about 5 minutes to go to the center, so that it’s very convenient to tour the city. Next time, i will surely try the cooking class here. Hope to come back soon 💓💓💓

The hotel is truly amazing. The rooms are big and spacious. The swimming pool and restaurant are beautiful. But what made our stay memorable was the attention of Tram from reception. It is easily the best attention I have ever experienced in a hotel, and I am lucky enough to travel a lot. From the check in, every single day she went out of her way to care for us. That is true passion for hospitality. Words cannot describe how incredibly pampered we felt. She was there all the time with the best attention to detail. 10 out of 10 service. Thank you very much. You made our stay in your country even more amazing. Cam on!!

Outstanding service: The staff regards the customer as king. In all situations, the staff is absolutely polite and kind, very dedicated, takes care of everything. During our big Vietnam trip, we perceived Coco River Resort as the best four-star hotel.

Very good service, clean and beautiful hotel. The service staff sunny is super helpful and friendly. Was told that there was a change in management 2 months ago. Would definitely come back to this hotel again if I'm coming to hoi an.

Great place to stay and excellent service. We were pleasantly surprise as we saw a few bad reviews in internet. After talking to the staff, we learnt that the resort changed owner 2 months ago. The resort is cosy and clean. There is a resort feeder bus to old Hội An town which is about 10min away. Sunny is really kind and helpful while we are her guests here. Her English is good and help us in our various queries.

This resort is worth the price. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was amazing. Rooms were very clean and neat . The staff were always there to help us with anything. The bf alone had limited options but whatever was served was very good. Overall, Staying at this place was a great and we had a lovely time.

The villa rooms (first floor) were absolutely gorgeous. Our room had a shower outside which was fun and sexy. The staff was great, attentive, spoke english very well and took care of all our needs. The morning breakfast was delicious with many different options. It was away from the noise and lights from the Hoi An markets but there was complimentary bus shuttles to and from Hoi An. We were very pleased with Coco River and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful garden and pool area, the rooms are amazing, excellent service at restaurant and reception, Vietnamese menu was excellent, western was okay but could be improved on. I loved the hammock and outdoor shower in the private courtyard. They made the room smell amazing with scented candles. There was a little gym and a pool table. The breakfast was western style which I really enjoyed. It’s so nice to sit and enjoy food in the riverside hut. We really enjoyed the daily cocktail happy hour. Love this place and would come back anytime again:)

Very nice ! Clean and fresh eco resort

We were there only for the cooking class. First I was reluctant but it was really nice and enjoyable learned many new things and techniques

My Mum and I stayed recently and absolutely loved every minute. The amazing staff (Sunny, Suong, Chau, Lenny) all looked after us like royalty or close family friends. When the usual inevitable holiday hiccups popped up (which were nothing to do with the hotel) the staff went above and beyond to ensure our maximum comfort at all times. The staff made communication easy and spoke English with us beautifully. They made excellent recommendations for tours and trips and stores to visit. Would absolutely recommend.
