Mr. Binh and Mrs. Hoa were our tour guides, travel agents and all around heroes during our stay. Upon arrival they served us with some banh mi, fresh cut fruit and cold water. They went above and beyond for all our needs— even surprised our friends, who were on their honeymoon, with a lovely dinner and a personalized cake! Herbal Tea homestay is situated exactly in the middle of town center and the beach, about a 10min bike ride. Definitely one of the best homestays I’ve ever experienced! Don’t miss out!

We felt at home from the first second we arrived late and Bhin welcomed us with a hug and hot soup. The room was large, clean and modern. Everything worked perfectly, the towels were changed every day and the room was tidied up. The breakfasts were great and varied. Free bike rental. Beyond value for money, we always felt that we were taken care of. highly recommended!♥️♥️♥️

Truly a gem. Couldn't recommend this place more. Almost a year later and im still thinking about it. You will not find a better stay in Vietnam. Make sure you book at least one of the many activities they are offering!

The family that runs this hostel is the most benevolent that we have been able to meet so far in 8 months of travel. In addition to that, the accommodations are of high quality, very comfortable, very clean (regular cleaning), the breakfasts are excellent,... In short, it is quite simply the best stay we have had, in particular thanks to the many little touches that make the difference. Large, spacious, hotel standard clean rooms which were well equipped! Value for money amazing! Breakfast included with the price every morning included choice of main, choice of drink and plate of fruit - tasty and incredible value. The host was amazingly accommodating,she went above and beyond to help with everything everyday !

Beautiful property and comfortable modern rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The owners were incredibly kind and went out of their way to take care of us. The breakfasts were amazing. The free bicycles made it easy to go anywhere we wanted. Based on our experience I would have expected the price to be 5x what we paid. Thank you Herbal Tea!!!

What a wonderful experience at the Herbal Tea Villa Homestay ! We initially planned to stay 2 days but finally extended our stay to one week because we felt in love with the place and the city. The owners are the kindest we met during our stay in Vietnam. The place was the best we had the chance to experience and this for a very affordable price ! Rooms are comfortable, clean and the place very calm. The free bicycle makes it easy to go to the city, only 10 minutes bicycling. Thanks for your warm welcoming, we will miss your place ❤️

What a wonderful place to stay for a longer period of time! We spent 5 nights at Herbal Tea Homestay and it was lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean, and oh-so-peaceful. The location couldn't have been better, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. Their warm welcome instantly made us feel at home. Plus, breakfast was not only delicious but also served in generous portions. Being able to hop on complimentary bikes for a quick 10-minute ride to the city center was incredibly convenient. Hands down, this was the best place we've stayed at during our 5-week journey through Vietnam!

Binh and Hoa are lovely people and make you feel like part of their own family. They helped us with everything we needed and made our stay in Hoi An very pleasant. The room is very comfortable and clean, the facilities are very well kept and the pool is a delight, and the place is quiet. The homemade breakfast is the best we have had in Vietnan. In addition to renting us a motorcycle, Binh gave us a free ride to the center in the evening and offered us transportation to the airport for a very cheap price. We only regret that we could not have stayed longer. If we return to Hoi An we will repeat here without hesitation.

Wow very hard to put into words how amazing our stay was with them. My boyfriend was unwell for 4 out of our 5 days here and they could not do more for him/us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Clean towels given sometimes twice a day. Beds changed. Food, drinks whenever we needed and not to mention how beautiful the rooms and outside pool area is, insane value for money. Tucked away from the busier streets but not far away from the hustle and bustle of the beautiful old town. Thank you SO much for everything. A must stay if in Hoi An!!

This place is amazing, and also their hosts. We were 5 nights, in an amazing room. The breakfast is the best one in Vietnam, and huge. If you want a place in the middle of a local neighborhood, close to the old quarter, clean, safe, chill and beautiful go to this place. And the family is always helping you or taking care about everything. We enjoyed so much! Thanks a lot❤️

Everything was simply perfect. The local family was amazingly nice and caring. The rooms were great (especially for the value), the pool refreshing, the breakfast tasty... We had a great time and recommend this homestay 100%. Thanks also to Emily who helped made our stay very comfortable.

What an amazing find! So homely, welcoming and comfortable. We felt as if we were staying with family friends, with a lovely dinner prepared for us on arrival and the (absolutely huge) bed decorated especially for our Honeymoon. The hosts are exceptionally nice people and offer plenty of extras like free bicycle hire. We recommend the breakfast too - very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food available and also Vietnamese or more Western options available (various kinds of scrambled/fried/poached eggs on toast) if you fancy it. We would stay again for sure. One thing to note is that the venue is in between the beach and Hoi An old centre. Whilst this was handy for us visiting both places, it does obviously mean you need to be prepared to walk/cycle/bike/hire a cab to get into town or get to the beach.

Wish I could give more stars. Stayed here for 2 weeks and had the most wonderful time. The rooms are modern, private and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Bed is super comfy. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast is wonderful and filling. You can also fill up your water bottles with their filtered water which was a huge plus as we often feel guilty about how many plastic bottles we use in VN - it’s also so much more convenient than having to buy water daily. The location is half way between beach and town. We hired a scooter from the host family to zip around with ease but there are also free bikes available. Plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. The family and staff are the kindest and most welcoming people you’ll meet and made our stay absolutely perfect. We were truely sad to leave but so grateful we found this gem. You will not regret staying here!

The place is perfectly located, the rooms are amazing. Clean, spacious and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The pool is also nice a deep, perfection. If that isn't enough to convince you, the people are beyond kind. Binh and Hoa did everything they possibly could and more to make us feel welcome and at home. Their manager Emily also did a fantastic job. Such an amazing place that we ended up staying way longer than intended. Thank you all so much for your hospitality!

I arrived very late in the night just after the reception had closed, and the owner was leaving. he helped me carry my bags to my room. the room was beautiful, very modern and clean, with a nice balcony. I only stayed one night but really enjoyed my stay. welcomed in the morning with a coffee and some herbal tea. owners answered all questions about the area, would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place. Everything in our stay was just perfect. The owners are really friendly, they helped us with everything, and always with cheaper prices. Thanks for everything !
