The people at PAWS do a lot of good. They save dogs and cats off the street and help them find good homes. I respect them for that. But after visiting their shelter in search of a dog to adopt, I feel that they're either inexperienced or working beyond their means at the moment. They often take in injured or disabled dogs and cats, but they don't always give them adequate care. The dogs are often covered in sores and deep wounds either from being allowed to drag across concrete all day or from being left in their wheelchairs for hours upon hours upon hours. They develop rashes from not having their diapers changed enough. They are in obvious pain and discomfort. And when volunteers or the owner of PAWS are asked about these issues, they show little remorse and take no responsibility for the poor state their animals are in. Like I said, they do a lot of good and help a lot of animals here in Da Nang. But I don't believe they should be caring for or taking in disabled animals if they don't have the knowledge, resources, or willpower to do so. Negligence can be just as harmful and painful as abuse, especially for disabled animals that need extra care.

I can never explain the care and love I was shown due to my situation with my little dog. Getting my little pop back to South Africa is not going to be easily, but I believe Paws will help me as much as is humanely possible. Thank you for the amazing part you play in our lives ❤

This organization is filled with kindhearted and passionate people. We took our 7-month old cat to get sterilized and the procedure went well. There were no complications and she healed quickly. The vet provided us with a lot of information about the sterilization procedure and made sure that we understood how to take care of our cat while she was healing. We also visited the Cat House and it seems like all of the cats are well taken care of. The volunteers play with them daily and clearly adore the cats! What an amazing group of people. However, if you want to adopt a cat from here, be aware that their cats have recently had a high rate of getting FIP, which is deadly for cats. If your current cat has likely never been exposed to feline coronavirus, which can evolve into FIP under stress, then you should consider whether you want to risk exposure to your cat before adopting/fostering. The cat house manager did not tell us about their high rate of recent FIP deaths before fostering. I don't mean to dissuade you from adoption/fostering if you're considering it, but I believe that every cat parent deserves to be aware of these risks. All of their cats are so sweet and I'm sure that any one of them will make a great addition to your family.

We had a very good experience here with our puppy at the clinic. When we first entered, we were thoroughly given advice on how to take care and vaccination our dog by the doctor. She are very experienced, professional and patient. The reception team is very welcoming as well. The facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this place for any concerns with pet.

This place is a very good resource for pet owners, they are also very good about caring for animals who need temporary shelter. They have an excellent foster program, as well as a great staff of friendly volunteers.

Yestersay my lovely puppy took a dental polish and scaling. I was really worried about anesthesia for old dog. But I understood it should to help keep health when i talked with Dr.Nevena. She kindly explained the procedure what they do and happen. When we picked up mafter treatment, Dr. informed how she did surgery process and also how our puppy recover to normal condition. today my lovely puppy already got a normal and good teeth condition. If someone looking for pet clinic that conversation well, I highly recommend here! Don't hesitate to keep your puppy healthy. REALLY APPRECIATE to Sue, Dr.Nevena, Dr.Tan and all staff.
