I trained at this gym for about  2 and a half months in total. The positives are it's incredibly affordable. The manager is a really personable and affable guy. Also, the gym itself has a decent range of fairly well-maintained equipment, with plenty of squat racks and benches. The negatives are that although many of the gym-goers are strong enough to lift the weights, they are not strong enough to  actually put them back! When you're constantly having to unload someone else's weights before you can begin, starts to become quite frustrating. Also, there are the normal annoyances that I think you'll find in a lot of gyms thesedays: People hogging a piece of equipment while they just scroll on their phone. And groups of gym-bros taking over a whole area of the gym. They'll be using one bench, resting on a 2nd and using a 3rd to place their belongings- regardless of how busy the gym is. In summary, it's a decent enough gym, - possibly even one of the better ones in Da Nang, but some of the regulars need a lesson in basic gym etiquette.

Needs to be maintained and slowly upgraded. It is a good place but nobody maintains anything. Bike seat loose ( nobody cares and no-one has a tool to tighten it, Leg massage machine upstairs has no power cord, etc.). Could use something to keep the sun from shining in tge window upstairs, by the medicine balls). Music is lousy which is amazing seeing how there are thousands of music tracks for working out ( epic/ hardcore/ baddass---Workout music, gym music, etc.). Maybe hire fewer people. You have like 5-7 people "working" there. Working meaning they are playing on tgeir phones or playing League of Legends on the computer. How bout they clean something (floor, machines, etc), organize the weights, fix/maintain the equipment. Honestly you only need 2 working there for all the work I see them not doing. And secure the punching bag so its not swinging around everywhere. ^ . . Nice place, good equipment and spacious. Open air but with a high ceiling that is vented.

One of the best gyms I have ever been. It is 2 floor place, so well equipped, you have everything you can think off. I have been doing amazing workouts here because of the options they offer. The young man who is running the place is such a legend, always happy to help and give you instructions for free :) Always nice music, clean, good opening hours and the price is just a big bonus. We paid 300.000 for one month, drop in is 50.000 (smth like that). Amazing :) 5/5

Price increased to 30k/day. Gets crowded in the afternoons which doesn’t help with the lack of weights for the benches and machines. Still a solid place to work out if you go early to midday. Two floors with everything you need. Be aware that they BLAST the music here. No need to bring your own headphones.

Pretty nice gym. They play the music at a volume that will cause hearing loss (100db+). Bring hearing protection if you don’t want to go deaf.

Good set up for power lifting. One of the few gyms with actual bumper weights, but the platforms are not big enough for Olympic lifts. Typical pop music selection, so headphones are recommended. Number 1 choice when back in town.

It's Good gym, spacious have all of necessary equipments. There are 3 racks squat and 2 deadlift. Cost 30k for daily visiter, it's much cheaper compare to other gym in the same area so definitely it gonna more busier, should go around 10am - 2pm to avoid crowded. All staffs are friendly and helpful.

As is the case in most if not all of Vietnam, staff is very friendly. A two small deadlift areas with bumpers. Squat racks upstairs. Plenty of benches and machines. Treadmills. Has all the basic amenities you need in a gym all for 40k VND.

Still 40k for a day pass. Pretty busy but not as loud as a western gym would be with that many bros in it.

Great gym, has everything you would want in a conventional gym. It's 300k per month which is extremely good value, when you consider other gyms in the area

Spacious but both bikes broken. Always a central part of my warm up so was quite disappointed.

It's a great gym. The day pass is 40k dong and the water 5k. If you wanna train legs, they have everything you need in the second floor. They have great variety of machines and dumbells in the first floor. I wouldn't recommend to cardio though, when I was only two of the treadmills were working and the bikes don't work properly. But in general is great. Be in mind there is basically no locker. Since all of them are full of stuff and doesn't close, but you can leave your stuff with the receptionist. Which is a really cool guy

This is a gym for lifters. Friendly local and foreign members and the staff is great.

My son and I went here today. It is our 3rd day back in tropical weather. Your body maybe in shock as it is extremely humid in Da Nang. Prepare to sweat like a pig if you spent the last 3 months cross country skiing in -30 weather.🤣 That being said, the gym has everything you need for powerlifting. People wait for their turn. I just hope the other customers put back the weights or bar they use or at least arrange it on the side. Definitely an excellent gym to visit during your stay in Da Nang.
