The most bizarre gym from a customer service experience. Staff are nice enough but the cleaning lady likes to terrorize the clientele. And she actually seems to get a kick out of it. Hey lady… Don’t hit the customers with your broom. Don’t turn off the sauna while it’s in use. Don’t toss peoples stuff in random lockers while they’re working out. Just absolutely strange. From a customer friendliness standpoint, you won’t find any dustbins in the change room, or soap at the sink, and most of the facility is in disrepair (like no steam room). Just goes to show you their mentality. There is simply better out there. You need not waste your time here for any reason.

Good equipped gym, not crowded at all. Cafe is available. I would give 5 stars if only paper cups were provided at the water cooler & the water pressure at the showers was better. Upon arriving, I switched on the Sauna ( as it takes sometime to warm up ) and even notifies the staff that I wanted to use it after my workout. After my workout, I was looking forward to the sauna but it was switched off. 80k for a day pass, I’d come back again though

I literally came down to this beautiful pool every day while in Da Nang. Single ticket is 55k, combo is 65 (you can choose any drinks from the coffee next to the pool). Staff was nice, the pool isn’t crowded, temperature is a bit warmer than what I’m used to in Europe, but the cleanest pool I’ve been to in Vietnam!

Typical indifference of personal to customer service. I went to this gym for a month and only used the pool each time. I changed in the regular changing room, which is located on the third floor of the building. When I came to the gym again - I was told that now I have to change on the first floor in the shower room. Of course, there are no benches, no proper lighting, and no hooks on which to hang clothes. The showers themselves are a dark room that cannot be closed for privacy because the door locks are rusty and apparently haven't worked for a long time. Trying to solve the problem and find out why some visitors are allowed to use a suitable room and others are not, I was told that the manager would not be in until a week later because he had left Da Nang.

I’m between 3-4 stars on this fitness Center. Good location and not too busy but it has its downsides. Some of the cons would be the cleanliness of the pool is a big one for me. It seems like the pool needs more chemicals, maintenance and care. I swim here on a regular basis and the water is always a bit dirty. The gym itself is alright, with average equipment. The service staff is friendly and nice. Pricing is a bit expensive for DaNang, as I think that the main clientele is western or Russian. Pricing I think is 100,000/day or 1M for a month. I mostly use the pool here for now. Without the pool, I think that Pig gym is better for the equipment.

It's as good as it gets in Danang I guess. Lot of employees doing nothing while the equipment is all over the place. Front desk folks are nice

Good gym, decent rates, decent equipment. Sometimes it gets busy but it’s usually not too bad. My biggest complaint is that sometimes you’ll have to deal with someone who decides everyone needs to hear their diarrhea pop music at full blast. Then it’s on you to either ask them to turn it down or turn up your own headphones full blast. Why people listen to soft music while working out, I’ll never know. I would recommend this place, but make sure you have some noise-cancelling headphones.

I love that place. I got all what I needed. Enought free weights, the nice pool, not a lot people, the frendly staff and the good price. If to talk about the bad moments, then I will say the following. When i was there in the summer I hated music. Every day staff turned on the same playlist with Vietnamese mainstream songs like a gym for staff and not for visitors. At the same time, I was forbidden to train without a T-shirt even when it was a terrible heat of 35 degrees and the air conditioners almost did not work, while the staff themselves often showed off in front of the mirror without T-shirts. But it was in the summer. In the winter that became much better. I recommend this gym.

Pretty good gym with a wide selection of machinery/equipment. Changing area a little on the small side with only 2 showers, and the CCTV camera in the changing rooms is unsettling, but the steam room and sauna are nice after a workout. They should provide paper cups though at the water cooler, instead of a communal plastic cup with never gets washed. Prices are quite reasonable with discounts for longer term memberships, and are for gym only, gym and pool access, or gym, pool access and yoga classes all inclusive.

Would be great if the local 19-year-old male staffers didn't feel the absolute need to force everyone to listen to their musical choices at the highest allowable decibel level in Vietnam. You know, the song about how the dude glances at the gal's bosom in the local live chicken market and dreams about having nine children with her with the help of heavy state subsidization. Yes! Turn that up to at least 11! My God, Journey would be better. But they play that a lot, too. How about playing no music? Nope. No one has ever thought of that one.

Clean and great facilities. And most importantly Air Conditioned. Staff receptionist Trinh is very helpful and professional. I did not use my membership after leaving the country for a few months. She helped me reset my membership for an extra 3 months without any problems. A very honest system which other gyms would never honor. 5 Stars from me!

Very few negatives. Cracking pool and amenities. The foxy 40 year old glampus with the bronze hair who works there and floats around the complex in leopard print and stilettos made it very difficult to get out of the pool due to the significant bulge in my shorts. Tragic that she's married. Great place.

Great fitness center in this location. Has everything you could want: swimming pool, gym on two floors (free weights on the first floor, and comprehensive machines and cycling on the 2nd floor), along with large yoga / Zumba room on 3rd floor (and even an aerial yoga room on the first floor), and top it off with shower and sauna on the 3rd floor. Oh, and there’s a mini football field and ample parking. This neighborhood “sport” center is really ideal for anyone taking their health and fitness seriously. There are reasonable rates for day, week, and month. Great location for those staying near this area. So glad to have found it after being here for a week. Ignore the low reviews from those who are probably competitors to this place—this place has it all for a great price.

I can't comment on the gym as I haven't used it. However, I had the misfortune to be badly stung by jellyfish larvae whilst sea swimming at My Khe beach and it severely dented my enthusiasm to go in the sea again. It was such a relief to find the public pool at My An Sports Center and at a really nice price to go swimming regularly without the risk of being stung by invisible sea critters.

The best gym in the area, but not comparable to western gyms. Staff just mostly hangs around, and a good cleaning would be needed. They accept credit cards.

Good air-conditioned workout facilities with a full-sized pool for playing or swimming laps. Friendly & helpful staff! Great place to bring the kids to swim anytime!

Best gym here. Friendly staff and 80,000 Dong for a day pass. They have all the equipment you need and they keep it clean and tidy. Lots of space and never too busy or cramped. Plus, they have AC and a pool.

Has a lot of good things, but the staff plays their music that they like, loud, which is very rude because most customers have headphones to listen to what they like, but they cant. We will not renew our membership here, will find a gym that cares about we the customers. I recommend the staff use headphones like others, then everyone can listen to what they want.

This review is for the pool only. I have been swimming here for a couple months and I probably won't renew my membership. The pool is sometimes clean, sometimes not. The reception staff are friendly but the fitness staff are very loud and sometimes rude. Today I was swimming and a fitness staff member jumped in the same swimming lane as me right behind me without any warning. I would imagine it will only get worse with the busy summer season so I'm going to find somewhere else to swim.

My An Sport Center has made a big difference in my life since joining 4 months ago. First, it’s an exceptional facility with modern equipment, classes and pool. Most important, management and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I realized 4 months ago I had gained a lot of weight during lockdowns. After joining, I exercised 2X daily at My An Sport Center, lifting, aerobic and swimming. In that time, in conjunction with smaller food portions, I have lost 11.5 kilos—and am continuing, planning to lose more. I highly recommend My An Sport Center. It is a calm oasis in the An Thong area of Da Nang.

A wonderful place to work out, swim and relax in the sauna. The staff is friendly and there is a very alluring atmosphere, similar to a top-end club. The gym equipment is varied, but I'd love to see a reclined bike and a rowing machine. Otherwise, it's pretty fantastic!

😠 Tourist trap. 20min to serve you 1 coffee, while they rush you to pay first, and do not give back the change. Your service does not deserve any tip. You better hire more barista instead of so many waiter discussing at the bar and ignoring customers.

👍👍 Finally, the perfect Korean barbecue experience! Obviously the price is a little higher but the service is exemplary. There is always a member of staff nearby cooking and preparing for you.
