This place is ok but the old man who is the owner is always telling me how to use the equipment. I am 245lbs. I had 8 15kg plates on each side and he did not like I used that much weight. He would not let me on the tread mill because he said I was too big. When I signed up for a month and the old man said I didn't until I had to point in a book where my signature was. Go if you want to be micro managed during your work out. Whatever!!!

30k for a day pass, 100k for a week, insane price. No a/c since there is no wall. has all the machines(not fancy) you need and especially bunch of incline and flat benches. I was the only foreigner here lol. staffs and ppl who are working out here are all nice.

30k entry fee! I dont use machines but there are some options to train bodyweight exercises. gym has only one pullup bar and no much space. pros are entry fee, no aircon (just fans), lots of free weight. cons are lesa space and no proper pull up bar. All overal it is just fine for the price :)

Idiot in honda suv got upset with me because he wanted to back out the wrong way on a street and o didn't move right away for him. He is owner or something and there was plenty of room on street.

Cheap, but congested, gym. Daily entrance is 30k, which is an overall great value. It cost an extra 10k if you'd like to use the treadmills. The equipment is outdated but it has everything that you need in a gym. There is no A/C, only fans.

This place to too cramped with too many machines. Staff don’t speak English and no fans switched on to keep cool so if u sweat at all and it drips on the machine then staff don’t like it. There are much better gyms in Da Nang so no need to choose this one.

Hot! It's a sauna with gym equipment. Too much equipment in too small a place. Costs more than the top notch gym I now go to. Was tolerable until I found better. Everyone was always kind tho. That is the plus. Do something about the heat ( Vent roof with vent rain cover). Take out some of the unneeded equipment ( Alliw room to walk).

A big room packed with all sorts of gym machines and weights. We used it for a week and great workouts. The only three matters are it's closed from 11.30AM to 1.30PM sharp and on Sundays; there is no air conditioning. However, it wasn't an issue for us. Great mood inside!

It doesn't have aircon and closes from 10:30am-1:30pm and closed Sundays, but it is really affordable and has all the equipment you need to workout. They don't offer classes but I don't need that anyway. I've been here each time I visit da nang and I'd go back again.
