You can find cheaper fruits here in comparison with other places. Of course very dirty as all Asian markets, but prices are good because market is for locals. We risk to eat there ice cream (avocado coconut ) 15k and it was yummy. Also tried snails 20k one portion and it was disgusting. Also you can find there some cheap clothes and fresh sea food.

Local market that is less touristy with a variety of stalls ranging from clothing, cookware, to food. Food here is very much affordable for those on a stricter budget.

For a local market it's clean enough for me. You can buy almost anything about your daily need here for a cheap price ( as long you know the price rate and you can bargain ). Many choise of food and drink. Best option if you want try a lot of local food with cheap price and good taste. I like the ice cream, only 12.000 VND and you can get fresh, sweet and delightful avocado.

Local market with cheap produce, seafood, meat, spices, and other goods. The market is hosted outdoor and indoor. Indoor, you will find a lane of food vendors with cheap food and drinks, from about 10k. Restaurant menus have prices listed. It can be very crowded as you navigate both people and motorbikes. All of the activities, scents, and sounds really give you a sensory experience. You’ll mostly find locals here, which is a sign that things are cheap. Highly recommend checking out if you are in the area. Very little English is spoken here, so be prepared with Google Translate and the calculator on your phone for pricing. Market closes around 6pm. Parking is available for motorbikes at 3k.

Local experience but don't expect to have much things to buy as a tourist. You're better off at Han market if you're looking to do some shopping. There's an ancient bridge nearby which is why tourists end up at this place.

Went there for breakfast for five consecutive days because food there are very cheap. The avocado coconut ice cream dessert was very special and nice. Can't resist the milkshake and fruit juice and was a must have for me everytime I go. The market opens throughout the day so it's not necessarily just breakfast.

Great local wet market with eateries and plenty of shops inside. Don't miss the avocado ice cream or my new favorite the Banh It Ram Beo, the little dollar-sized sticky rice dumplings served with green onions and fish sauce...addicting!

This is a great local market with all kinds of things, including Vietnamese foods, drinks, produce, fruit, domestic items, clothing, and much more. They have an awesome avocado ice cream that I recommend for 12,000 VND. Food stalls sell Vietnamese noodle dishes for 15-25,000 VND, about $ .65 - $1.10.

A place you go with light airy clothing. You also need to be prepared to have a dirty shoe or wet feet. The place is intoxicating with people trying to sell you anything from fruits to meat to nuts and bags. Fresh meat can be found along the road side and the owners haggles with you. Food store owners generally welcomes foreigners but communication is a problem. A tip - Use your mobile phone to translate. Have fun if you go there. Beware, it's tough to get out as grab cars cannot enter the area.

It's good for fruit, nuts, some veges. The market stalls selling clothes, house items etc are pretty old and not a lot of variety.

General locals market. Sells clothes to live animals and fish. The avocado ice cream is a specialty, personally, I didn’t try it, I can’t imagine the water was a particularly clean.

Chó Băc market in Mý An district is a superb and authentic shopping experience. As I live here a few months of the year, I constantly shop at this market. The food quality is extremely fresh and the choice of foods is always extensive. The fish are always moving on the ice trays, as they have only been caught literally an hour ago if you shop at 07.00 (the best time, as there are no tourists, and only locals getting all the best food !!). For those looking for a genuine vietnamese market. You will not go wrong here. Today in the photos you will see what I purchased.. all that for only 280k dong. That's how to live cheaply here and as a local.

This is the people's market for sure. It's has a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. I shop here often for fresh cut pineapple, dragon fruit, mangoes, mangosteen, and coconut water. Prices are generally good. I walk around to get a feel and then I zero in on the vendors that I connect with. Just came back with a nice selection today. 👍 I only wish that we knew about this market when we first got to Da Nang, it's close to are Airbnb but a little hidden. Our host seemed to think it was too far to walk as he said the closest market was driving distance. I'm guessing he doesn't walk anywhere or doesn't know about this place. Price are...

😠 Only worth going to if you have an outbound international ticket. Don’t bother otherwise…. And even then, they send your items to pick up the airport anyway, so actually no point at all. Hopefully this information will help and pre-warn, as it was impossible to find any information otherwise. Curren...
