Communication was great. I received my email confirmations and I received confirmations messages via WhatsApp the morning of pickup. Pickup was prompt and the tour guide that was leading the group was very welcoming. When we arrived at Ba Na Hill she gave me the time to meet back with the group. I arrived back to the meeting spot a little early and didn't see the bus. I sent a WhatsApp message and was assured that the pickup would be at 4pm. A few minutes later the driver came back and he walked over to where I was waiting to let me know he was back and he let me sit in the van until the group came at 4. I was very happy with this service that came at a fraction of the cost of all the other transportation options to Ba Na Hill.

I used the service today. I can say that the organization is great. In the morning I received an SMS with the bus number and estimated time of arrival at the hotel. Before it came I got a call and the girl told me the bus was coming and I had to get out in front of the hotel. On our return we also had no problems. The driver didn't speak a word of English. One of the girls we traveled with knew both languages ​​and translated when needed, but if she wasn't in the bus I don't know what we would do. My recommendation is to write down tour steps and explanations and will not matter if the driver speaks English or not, because everything will be clear to tourists.

We feel satisfied about the counselors of the company, they have very nice cars. Tour guide Dung was brilliant .kept us well informed .she is very good s a tour guide.she was a star in our eyes and is a great asset in her company.in short terms we found her brilliant!!

Did the job at a good price but took well over 1hr due to a couple of unnecessary stops at the side of the road. Poor communication with driver, limited English spoken. Ensure you have correct change and buy ticket for Ba Na hills online rather than from them

Pick up was fine but they made it aggressively clear to be back at the drop off point at a certain time with no exceptions. However, we then waited half an hour for the driver so why the double standard? Also buy any tickets with the travel online because it is impossible to explain anything if you ar an english speaker

Trip to Ba Na Hills with minibus: Pros: - the bus arrived on time - it's cheaper to book transfer and ticket package Cons: - there were some ladies who booked a tour with tour guide so our guide talked all the way there in Vietnamese - on the way back our guide talked all the time with the driver - the driver was on the phone - to be honest, Grab drivers drive better (more smoothly) than our driver and they respect you want to enjoy the ride and not listen them talking all the time
